Dechlorination rate of TCE is up to 72%within 60 minutes under conditions of 5 wt%Ni,initial pH value 6.5 and 0.4g/L Ni/Fe powder. With the higher Ni content,the lower initial pH value and the more Ni/Fe powder,the Ni/Fe nano-alloy powder can better dechlorinate TCE in the water and produce butane,butene and ethane. This hy-drodechlorination occurrs on the surface of Ni/Fe alloy.
Micro wave digestion procedure was applied with HNO3-H202( v:v=5:1)mixed acid for digesting Mon-golian drug establish a method for simultaneously determining six element contents(Hg, Pb, Cd, As, Sn and Cr)in five Mongolian drug,element concentrations were determined by ICP-AES.The results showed that the average re-coveries all analysis elements were from 98.00% to 109.77% with RSD from 0.96% to 3.47% and detection limits from 6.33μg/L to 23.27μg/L under optimum experiment condition. The method is rapid,simple and accurate, and suit-able for simultaneous determination of above-mentioned six elements in Mongolian Drug.
In this paper,the feature of infrared spectra and themostability of Tungstomolybdophosphate have been studied by IR and TGA-DSC method.The result of determination exhibits that compound is great thermostability material.
Instead of ashing method, the milk tea powder sample (10.000 0g) was emulsified with 25ml of 200g·L~(-1) OP solution and made up to 100ml in a volumetric flask, shake for 5min, 10ml aliquot of the homogeneous sample solution were directly introduced into the atomizer and its iron content determined by FAAS. Both the standard addition method and the standard curve method were used in the measurement. Detection limit of the method was found to be 0.028μg·ml~(-1), and the RSD′s were less than 2.5%. As compared with the ashing method, consistent results were obtained.
The aloe sample is pre-treated with HNO_3 and HClO_4 and evaporated to dryness. The residue is extracted with water and adjusted to pH 2.0~4.5, and the insoluble substance in the sample solution is removed by centrifuging. After a further separation of Ge(Ⅳ) from hydrochloric acid solution by extraction with CCl_4, Ge(Ⅳ) is finally determined photometrically with phenylfluorone in the presence of PVA. Linearity is obtained in the range of 0.036~0.98μg·ml~(-1) of Ge(Ⅳ), with a detection limit of 0.042μg·ml~(-1) (n=11). Contents of Ge(Ⅳ) found in dragon-claw aloe are 26.1~28.6μg·g~(-1) (crecovery: 91.6%~97.5%) and in kulaso aloe are 16.8~20.0μg·g~(-1) (recovery 87.1%~94.5%). Through study of the FT-IR spectra of these two aloe, a distinguishing difference is found by the spectral peak at 2 100cm~(-1), and two aloe can be differentiated.
本文用分光光度法测定鱼翅中的总锗量.结果表明,鱼翅中的总锗含量为18.25-22.75μg*g-1;回收率为85.8%-93.2%.
A novel heteropoly tungstomolybdophosphate, [CH3NH3] [NH3 (CH2) 6NH3]H-3[P2Mo2W16O62].H2O has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA-DSC and single-crystal Xray structure analysis. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/m, a = 1.259 6(3) nm, b = 1.871 5 (4) nm, c = 1.981 6(4) nm, alpha = gamma = 90degrees, beta = 90.16 (3)degrees, V = 4.671 (2) nm(3), Z = 2, M-r = 4 358.66, D-c = 3.100 g.cm(-3), mu = 19.978 mm(-1), F(000) = 3 792, R = 0.083 5, R-w = 0.2026. The structure analysis shows that a kind of micropore with size of 0.736 4 nm X 0.835 4 nm was formed in the crystal structure.
Total amount of Germanium in sea cucumbr was determination by spectrophotometry.The results show,total amount of Germanium in sea cucumber is 14.16~15.18 μg·g -1 .The recovery is 88.1%~94.8%.
