Objective: To observe the visual quality contrast after WG-QO-LASEK and WG-SBK for the correction of high myopia. Method: We carried out the retrospective analysis of pre- and post operative clinical data of 40 cases (80 eyes) that have gone through WG-QO-LASEK and WG-SBK in the department of ophthalmology in our hospital. All patients were required to take preoperative and postoperative examinations including UCVA, BCVA, posterior corneal surface height, WaveScan aberrometer test and so on. And they filled in the NEI RQL-42 table. Results: There was no presence of severe postoperative complications. Each period, there was no significant difference in two groups of patients with uncorrected visual acuity, higher order aberrations. The total high order aberration, spherical aberration and coma were higher in WG-QO-LASEK group than those in WG-SBK group on first month and third months (P<0.05). two groups had no significant difference between the high order aberration, refractive error of quality of life scale NEI RQL-42 after operation between two groups were increased significantly. And the two groups of postoperative subjective visual quality indices were no significant differences. Conclusions: WG-QO-LASEK and WG-SBK in the treatment of myopia have effective prediction, accuracy and safety. On the early days after treatment, the total high order aberration, spherical aberration and coma in WG-QO-LASEK group were higher than WG-SBK group, but after six months, there was no significant difference between the two groups.
AIM: To observe the effect of the wavefront aberration-guided combining Q-value optimized LASEK(WG-QO-LASEK). METHODS: Retrospective analyzed the pre- and post-operative clinical data of 140 cases(280 eyes)that had gone through WG-QO-LASEK in the department of ophthalmology in our hospital. The observational index was compared in patients' visual acuity of pre- and post-operative and the subjective and objective examination of vision.RESULTS: There were no severe postoperative complications. Totally 132 patients'(264 eyes)uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA)was achieved to the expected correction degree within ±0.5D. Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)improved one line in 88 eyes(31.4%)and 2 lines in 46 eyes(16.4%). Postoperative scores of NEI-RQL-42 were significantly higher than preoperative ones. After operation, the proportion of higher-order aberrations increased, mainly manifested in spherical aberration and coma, but it did not influence the visual quality obviously. CONCLUSION: WG-QO-LASEK treatment of myopia has good predictability, accuracy and safety.

眶颅贯通伤临床少见,眶颅贯通伤合并木质或竹片异物存留则更为罕见,若延误诊治可危及生命~([1]).自2005年以来,由我院神经外科联合耳鼻咽喉科、眼科成功手术治疗眶颅鼻窦贯通伤并异物残留2例,效果较好.现报告如下。
目的:探讨兔的角膜上皮厚度在A型超声下与共焦下测量结果的相关性,及表麻药对角膜上皮的作用.方法:分析左右眼之间的统计学差别后,将20只兔子随机分为两组,一组滴用表麻药为实验组,另一组点用平衡液作为对照组,分析表麻药对角膜上皮的影响;最后将对照组用同样方法处理后,将40只眼的角膜上皮在A超下与共焦下的测量值进行统计学分析.结果:(1)兔的眼别与角膜中央厚度的测量差异无统计学意义;(2)滴用倍诺喜表麻液与滴用平衡液两组差异有统计学意义;(3)A超下测量角膜中央厚度与角膜上皮厚度,二者呈正相关;(4)A超下与共焦下的测量的角膜上皮厚度呈正相关.结论:倍诺喜表麻液会使角膜上皮厚度增加,可使角膜上皮的松解,可以缩短乙醇浸泡角膜上皮的时间;A超下测量角膜中央厚度越厚,其角膜上皮厚度越厚;A超下测量角膜上皮越厚,其共焦下测量角膜上皮也越厚.

Objective The correlation of corneal epithelial thickness measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter and confocal microscopy was discussed. The role of local anesthetics on the corneal epithelium was also studied. Methods 20 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups;group benoxil eyedrop and roup equilibrium liquid. Corneal epithelial thickness of 40 eyes (20 rabbits) measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter and confocal microscopy was analyzed. Results ①There was no significant difference between the eyes of rabbits and CCT (central corneal thickness). ②Statistical correlation was found between group benoxil eyedrop and group equilibrium liquid. ③CCT was positively correlated with corneal epithelial thickness measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter. ④The corneal epithelial thickness measured by A - type ultrasound pachymeter was positively correlated with that measured by confocal microscopy. Conclusion Benoxil eyedrop could increase the thickness of corneal epithelium, loose the corneal epithelium and decrease the time of soaking corneal epithelial with alcohol. The thicker CCT is,the thicker corneal epithelial thickness under A -type ultrasound pachymeter will be. The thicker corneal epithelial thickness under A - type ultrasound pachymeter is, the thicker the thick mess under confocal microscopy will be.

目的通过对76例共同性内、外斜视眼外肌及7例正常眼外肌的电镜观察,探讨斜视发病机制.方法应用电子技术对34例共同性内斜视眼、42例共同性外斜视眼及7例非斜视行眼球摘除眼的眼外肌进行超微结构观察分析.结果非斜视组肌细胞正常,肌丝,肌节排列整齐,方向一致,Z带清晰,线粒体分布正常,未见坏死,斜视患者弱侧眼外肌部分肌纤维不同程度萎缩,变性,肌原纤维稀疏,有的肌原纤维排列方向紊乱,线粒体增多,肌质网扩张;有1例肌纤维坏死,结构消失,代之以纤维组织;有些有髓神经髓鞘结构破坏.结论提示共同性斜视眼外肌的确产生超微结构改变.
目的为探讨不规则先天性眼球震颤手术的疗效.方法采用四条水平肌肌延伸术对38例不规则先天性眼球震颤进行手术治疗. 结果 38例不规则先天性眼球震颤肌延伸术后正前方眼震值平均减低3.5mm,正前方平视残留0.5~1mm眼震值.术后随访半年,无明显回退.结论采用肌延伸术治疗不规则先天性眼球震颤,可明显减低正前方眼震值,术后疗效满意.
糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的并发症,也是眼科致盲的重要原因,本文通过测定糖尿病视网膜病变患者红细胞膜ATP酶的活性[1,2]及平均红细胞体积,并与无视网膜病变的糖尿病患者及健康志愿者进行比较,探讨红细胞膜ATP酶活性改变及红细胞体积的改变与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系.
目的为评价囊膜上超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术的手术疗效.方法对106眼白内障行囊膜上超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术.结果术后一周裸眼视力≥0.5者占83.01%,术后3个月裸眼视力≥0.5者占84.89%,矫正视力≥0.5者占92.30%,术后1周平均散光为1.75±1.00D,术后3个月为1.25±0.75D.结论囊膜上超声乳化白内障人工晶体植入术术后视力恢复快,散光轻,并发症少,是一种有前途的手术方法.
目的通过对28例斜视病变眼外肌的病理学研究,了解其发病机理及手术时机.方法在手术过程中将病变眼肌缩短纠正眼位的同时,取切下的斜观病变眼肌行病理常规检查.结果斜视眼肌肌外衣结缔组织明显增生,炎症细胞侵润,同时发现肌组织萎缩,排列较紊乱,部分眼肌仅见成熟的胶原纤维组织.结论共同性斜视眼外肌的确产生病变,不能排除感染的可能性.而且随着年龄的增长,病程延长,斜视眼肌的病理变化愈明显.
