目的 提出一种基于高斯过程的下肢关节力矩估计方法,实现人体自然步态下下肢关节力矩精确估计.方法 根据自然步态关节力矩曲线特点,选取平方指数核函数探索关节角度和关节力矩之间的相互关系,建立基于高斯过程的数据融合模型,该模型输入为下肢关节角度,输出为关节力矩.结果 1例健康受试者以0.8 m/s的行走速度在步态跑台行走,采用提出的高斯过程模型进行3次关节力矩预测试验,试验结果显示大部分预测的期望值都落在置信区间内,89%的预测值与实际值的r2>0.8.结论 该方法可以较为精确地估计出关节力矩.该研究潜在应用在于优化外骨骼机器人、控制主动式假肢以及调节类人机器人的关节力矩等.
目的 设计一款新型踝关节康复训练器,以实现多种康复运动.方法 根据正常踝关节的运动模型,结合机械设计和治疗师康复手法,使用SolidWorks软件建模,设计一款包含旋转平面和活动机构的康复训练器,允许进行复合运动.结果 设计的踝关节康复训练器模型可以实现踝关节跖屈/背屈、内翻/外翻和内收/外展运动,可模拟踝关节实际运动,进行单轴或多维运动康复训练.结论 本康复训练器结构简单,可满足康复训练需求,配合相应的康复训练方案可有效改善踝关节运动功能障碍.
The ankle joint, which plays an important role in human 's daily life, is not only the largest -load joint of human body but also has the highest fracture rate .To design an ankle rehabilitation training device aiming at the needs of home -based rehabilita-tion after ankle injury , which is removable and easy to operate .Based on the human anatomy and kinematics of the ankle ,the ankle re-habilitation training device was desighed after consulting a large number of literature and actual investigation .The apparatus was opti-mized according to human factors engineering .Passive training used the motor -controlled ropes;active-resistive exercises used elas-tic rope to pull.Ankle rehabilitation was composed of two parts:passive and active training .The rope control of flexible control , the an-kle rehabilitation could achieve the ankle plantar flexion , dorsiflexion, varus and valgus.According to the different ankle range of mo-tion ( ROM) , the rope could pull from different angles , training ankle in the different range .The ankle rehabilitation apparatus is per-sonalized and general applicability , which increases significantly in ankle rehabilitation training .
Ankle joint affords most of weight of human body, and is an important joint in lower limb movements .Ankle injury has become common orthopedic dis-ease nowadays.In this paper,there is a design of a trainer utilizing the torsion of spiral spring for ankle rehabilitation and to assist dorsiflexion of the ankle joints ,in order to achieve the purpose of assisted rehabilitation for patients with certain capacity for ankle action .The device consists of the leg sets,coil springs,curved rod,straight con-necting rod,gloves five parts,the use of technology for integrated multi-axis rod designed for 3D printing technology.When flexible coil spring is deformed,it generates a certain torque potential,which can drive to enhance the forefoot portion gloves,in order to achieve ankle dorsiflexion,plantar flexion
目的:观察早期运动对中重度颅脑外伤(TBI)大鼠认知功能的影响.方法:成年雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为运动组、对照组和假手术组.制作中重度控制性皮质损伤(CCI)颅脑外伤模型,运动组大鼠在术后1天进行电动跑台运动训练,30min/d,1次/d,为期2周,训练结束后休息1周;术后第21-25天行Morris水迷宫(MWM)检查,评估大鼠认知功能的变化;术后第26天行Western blot检查海马区脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达.结果:运动组术后第21-24天平台搜索的潜伏期较对照组缩短,术后第25天颅脑外伤后运动组的象限游泳路程占总路程的百分值(29.1±0.02)大于对照组(23.10±0.02)(P<0.05);运动组和对照组大鼠损伤对侧皮质内BDNF蛋白表达分别为(0.94±0.10)和(0.65±0.03),表明运动上调损伤对侧的海马区BDNF的表达.结论:早期进行适宜强度的运动训练治疗能改善颅脑外伤大鼠认知功能和上调海马BDNF的表达.
我们设计一款多部位、多角度可调的吞咽训练轮椅,结合吞咽造影检查用车需求,可供患者在摄食训练和吞咽造影检查时使用,避免了患者在不同环境移位的风险,改善了患者的吞咽功能,为患者的康复训练助力.
Objective :To establish an animal experimental focal traumatic brain injury (TBI) model for investiga-ting the underlying mechanisms of rehabilitation .Methods :After adult SD rats had received a severe controlled corti-cal impact (CCI) injury ,they were randomly assigned to TBI group (n=8) or sham operation group (n=8) .After TBI ,the neurological deficits scoring ,foot-fault test and cylinder test were performed .On 21-25 days post-injury ,rats were tested for spatial learning and memory in a Morris Water Maze .On 28 days post-injury ,animals were sacrificed and evaluated for quantitative cortical lesion volume and pathological changes .Results :The rats in TBI group demon-strated declined neurological deficits scores ,coordination and asymmetry compared to sham operation group (P<0 .05) .The rats in TBI group showed obvious deficits in spatial learning and memory (P<0 .05) .We also observed significant change in lesion volume ,neuron loss and overexpression of microglia around the lesion in TBI group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Rats undergoing a severe CCI injury showed significant sensorimotor ,cognitive performance im-pairment and pathological changes .It is suggest that the model should be useful for assessing the effects of rehabili-tation in TBI .
Facing on the plan for educating and training excellent engineers,talent cultivation of medical instrument has its specificity based on the specialized characteristics of engineering combined with medicine. In reforming experimental teaching on personnel training for medical instruments,the objective and direction are clear.,We should aim at improving the students ' innovation capability,practical ability and the quality of experimental teaching,and the experimental course system has to be optimized. "University-Industry-Hospital"joint laboratory and"Teacher-EngineerDoctor"triple type experimental teaching team have been established. The experimental teaching model of " Innovative Experimental Project Driving " has been set up. Incentive mechanism of experimental teaching quality has been completed. Through these reforms,the students' comprehensive quality has been improved remarkably. An innovative experimental teaching system for talent cultivation in medical instruments industry has been set up and it is very hopeful to cultivate much more excellent innovative engineers for medical instruments.
After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of hard disk protection card and virtual machine,and analyzing the practical situation of the college,a new model that combined the above methods for software management and maintenance was created,meanwhile a scientific and effective management principle was established as well.For similar professional computer room,this model and principle could be brought into practical application.
本文通过无源医疗器械检测技术实践教学改革,优化整合实践教学内容,增加创新性拓展实验,建设课程中心网站,实施小组实验模式,实行开放式实验管理,完善考核方式,使实践教学效果明显提高,学生综合实验素养有效增强。
BACKGROUND:Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion results in the breakdown on blood brain barrier,leading to cerebral hemorrhage,brain edema and the aggravated damage of brain tissue.OBJECTIVE:To summarize and analyze the effects of associated molecules on the blood-brain barrier damage in animal models after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.METHODS:A computer-based online search of PubMed(2001-01/2011-12) and CNKI(2006-01/2011-12) was performed for related articles with the keywords of "cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,blood brain barrier permeability" in English and Chinese,respectively.Researches on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and blood brain barrier permeability were included.Repetitive studies were excluded.A total of 17 articles were retained.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The molecules associated with blood brain barrier after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury were summarized from many aspects,such as inflammatory infiltration,matrix metalloproteinases hydrolysis and aquaporin opening.The blood-brain barrier function is regulated by many factors and many links.The 3-hour time window of the blood brain barrier opening after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is crucial for the emergency treatment of ischemic penumbra.The later repairing effect of matrix metalloproteinase may provide basis for the drug innovation.
This study took the saccharin sodium and sorbic acid as the research object in the plant protein drinks,and we established a liquid chromatographic method for monitoring food safety and providing technical supporting.Plant protein beverage samples were precipitated by the potassium ferrocyanide and zincacetate protein,centrifugated;water ultrasonic extracted and filtrated,the supernatant samples were collected from the above,and the filtering liquid was filtrated by the 0.45 μm membrane for directly sample analyzed.Chromatographic conditions:C18 column,the mobile phase was 5:95 methanol,5 mmol/L 3-methyl-amino methane buffer solution(pH4.5),flow rate was 1.2 mL/min,the UV detection wavelength is 205 nm,the measured results were and compared to the national standard.The same samples of the plant protein drinks were analysed for five times;its coefficient of variation was less than 2 %,and the recovery were 102.4 % and 98.6 %.This study used the time-ion-pair chromatography method for simultaneous detecting the saccharin sodium and sorbic acid content in the plant protein drinks for the first time,which do not have derivatives;the method is fast and simple,so it has the application value in the health test.
Aiming at training innovation-oriented talents,the medical instrument laboratory center of university of Shang-hai for science and technology(USST) considered the requirements of innovational education in the reform of experimental teaching.They practised aggressively in the experimental teaching system,content,method,regulation and team develop-ment of teachers,and built an innovative experimental teaching system eventually.The system is integrative,multilevel and modular type,which works very well in practice.
