目的 基于网络药理学原理分析《金匮要略》所载调和阴阳代表方剂桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤"异病同治"治疗老年人不寐的作用机制.方法 运用计算系统生物学实验室TCMSP平台、BATMAN-TCM数据库及PubMed数据库查阅文献并予以补充,收集桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤活性成分及作用靶点,运用DisGeNET和GeneCards数据平台获取老年人不寐疾病的靶标,应用线上服务平台VENNY2.1获取复方与疾病的共同靶基因,运用CytoscapeV3.7.2构建药物-活性成分-靶点网络,在STRING数据平台构建蛋白互作分析,借助UniProt平台对靶点基因做标准化处理、在DAVID数据库做靶点基因GO功能和KEGG富集分析.结果 桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤方活性化学成分151种,其中桂枝7种、白芍13种、生姜5种、甘草92种、大枣29种、龙骨2种、牡蛎3种,合并去重后119种.在靶点中与疾病交集的靶点有71个.GO分析可见桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗老年人不寐主要在蛋白质结合、转录因子结合、RNA聚合酶II启动子转录调控、DNA模板转录正调控等生物过程.KEGG分析结果得知桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤凭借肿瘤通路、TNF通路、MAPK通路、百日咳通路等60条通路达到治疗老年人不寐的目的.结论 桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤"异病同治"治疗老年人不寐遵循多成分、多靶点、多通路的机制.
目的:探讨脏腑推拿治疗方案对五迟、五软(脑瘫)小儿肌张力和粗大运动能力的影响.方法:以简单随机抽样法纳入66例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,病例选取起始时间为2019-11,截止时间至2020-12,以随机数字表法将其分为参照组和治疗组(各33例),前者行常规康复训练,后者在参照组基础上采取脏腑推拿治疗方案.以统计学对患者治疗前后的肌张力(MAS评分)、粗大运动能力(GMFM评分)等数据进行处理分析.结果:治疗前,两组患儿治疗组患者MAS评分、GMFM评分相似(P>0.05),治疗后,治疗组MAS评分明显低于参照组,GMFM评分明显高于参照组(P<0.05).结论:脏腑推拿治疗方案对五迟、五软小儿肌张力和粗大运动能力的恢复有积极影响,临床疗效显著,建议优先选择.
研究显示高达90%的肝癌患者在发病进程中遵循"肝炎→进展期肝纤维化→肝硬化→肝癌"这一发病的规律,从这样的发病规律我们可以得出肝癌的发生在肝纤维化时期就已经埋下伏笔的结论,即中医所说"毒伏肝络".就目前对肝癌的治疗仍缺乏行之有效的手段.然而"毒伏肝络"机制能为肝癌的早发现、早治疗提供新的思路.
小儿五迟五软疾病主要是小儿发育障碍常见病症,五迟指立迟、行迟、语迟、发迟、齿迟;五软是指口软、手软、足软、肌肉软,其特征为发育迟缓、瘘软无力.该疾病主要是由先天禀赋不足所致,若病情较重,不利于预后.中医学理论认为,对小儿五迟五软疾病采用理筋通督推拿治疗效果显著,具有调阴阳、通达督脉、疏通经络、推动经气运行之功效.
在本科视障针灸推拿专业课程设置中,《方剂学》占据重要地位,它不仅是视障针灸推拿学专业必修课,更是临床实践与基础理论之间的纽带与桥梁.然而该课程具有"两多""两少""两难"的特点.视障学生与健全学生之间最大的区别是失去视觉能力,学习能力又普遍不如常人,因此,找到一种有效的教学模式尤为重要.结合视障大学生学习中的问题,将OTD教学模式应用视障大学生《方剂学》课程中,已取得较好的教学效果.
现阶段我国社会的发展水平日新月异,各行业也逐渐向着国际化方向发展,目前我国视障大学生数量十分庞大,为视障大学生提供学业和职业的帮助也成为社会的重点工作之一.中医学教学法在视障大学生的中医课程教学当中有着重要作用,因此要从视障大学生的实际情况出发,改革教学方法,为视障学生群体提供更加便捷有效的学习环境,进而让社会更加和谐,确保中医教育能够高质量发展.中医当中推拿师大部分视障群体选择较多的技能,中医学教学法是推拿教学当中一项重点内容,本文针对中医学教学法存在的问题进行分析,对怎样采取因材施教的教学法提出建议.
目的:探讨扶正解毒通络方对人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖、凋亡的影响及其机制.方法:MTT法观察细胞增殖能力;RT-PCR检测细胞内Bax和Bcl-2 mRNA水平;免疫印迹(Western blot)检测细胞中Bax、Bcl-2、活化的caspase-3、SIRT3、P53及Fas蛋白水平.结果:扶正解毒通络方能明显诱导减少HepG2细胞内Bcl-2基因转录,增加Bax基因转录;扶正解毒通络方能明显诱导减少HepG2胞内Bcl-2蛋白表达,增加Bax、活化的caspase-3、SIRT3、P53及Fas蛋白表达.结论:与正常对照组比较,正常血清组人肝癌细胞HepG2细胞内Bax、Bcl-2、活化的caspase-3、基因及蛋白表达水平无明显改变;与正常血清组比较,扶正解毒通络方低、中和高剂量含药血清和阳性对照组HepG2细胞内Bcl-2基因转录减少,蛋白表达减少;Bax基因转录增加,蛋白表达增加,活化的caspase-3蛋白表达增加.
针对目前视障大学生就业能力的现状,笔者提出了四条提高视障大学生就业能力的对策.通过强化视障大学生心理健康教育,为视障大学生创造实践机会,构建视障大学生培养就业能力的空间.并且以就业为导向,深化教育教学改革以增强视障大学生就业能力.同时,提高视障大学生就业能力还需加强对视障大学生的职业生涯规划教育.
Nowadays,the number of graduates in China shows increasing trend, employment becomes a focus that state and society pay attention to.And now the problem of the disabled is still a serious social one.Due to the statues of more job-seekers and fewer jobs, the employment for the disabled people is difficult, which brings influences for their living and psychology.Based on analyzing the problems existing in the employment for disabled persons, this paper gives some solutions according to the current policies.
目的:观察龙胆苦苷对体外培养的人肝癌HepG2细胞的抑制作用。方法采用噻唑蓝法( MTT)和流式细胞术( FCM)研究龙胆苦苷对HepG2细胞的增殖抑制作用和对细胞周期的影响。结果龙胆苦苷能够抑制肝癌细胞的增殖,且呈剂量依赖性,半抑制常数 IC50为107.93μg/ml;随着其作用浓度的增大,肝癌细胞期S和G2/M期细胞减少,G0/G1期细胞增多;Sub-G1期细胞变化明显,出现明显的凋亡峰。结论龙胆苦苷具有抑制肝癌细胞增殖和改变细胞周期分布的作用,对肝癌的中药治疗具有重要的指导意义。
PBL教学模式在实践中往往易从一个极端走向另一个极端,即由学生的被动学习变成完全以学生为主体的盲目学习。PBL教学模式并不是要求教师在课堂中无作为,教师应合理进行教学管理。
以玉竹种子为实验材料,研究不同浸种水温、不同浸泡时间、不同环境温度和光照对玉竹种子萌发的影响.结果表明:浸种水温与玉竹种子发芽不呈正相关,最佳浸种水温是40℃;浸种时间与种子发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数不呈正相关,最佳浸种时间是24h;环境温度在15℃/25℃条件下发芽率、发芽势最高,分别为80.2%和68.1%;避光处理的玉竹种子发芽率是光照处理的1.32倍,避光处理更有利于玉竹种子的发芽.
“PBL教学模式”是一种基于问题的教学方法,它的重要意义是在教学过程中前所未有地将学生角色摆到重要位置。本文通过对视障大学生“PBL教学模式”中学生角色的分析,为今后特殊教育改革提供了参考依据。
Taking 1a rhizome of Polygonatum as experimental material, this paper studies the effects of different planting densities, dif-ferent kinds of planting diameters and different sowing depth on the growth and yield of Polygonatum. The results indicate that the planting density shows no positive correlation with plant height, leaf numbers of mean individual and per unit rhizome yield, the opti-mum density is 10cm × 30cm, 1a Polygonatum rhizome yield reaches 2332. 8kg for 667m2; Plant diameters show positive correlation with plant height, leaf numbers of mean individual and per unit rhizome yield, the average weight of a single rhizome with planting di-ameter 1. 1cm is 0. 1653kg, which is 1. 64 times than the average weight 0. 1005kg of a single rhizome with planting diameter 0. 2cm, the increasing amplitude of the yield is 64. 5%. Therefore, the rhizome being thin and fine is not suitable for reserving as seeds;sowing depth is not positive correlated with plant height, leaf numbers of mean individual and per unit rhizome yield, 6cm is the best sowing depth, the rhizome yield increases by 111. 2% than that of the sowing depth 14cm, 44. 2%than that of the sowing depth 10cm and 36. 1% than that of the sowing depth 2cm.
In order to develop fine varieties of sour jujube , meet the requirements of large-scale production, tissue culture experiment is made by using one-year old stem as explant, the best induction medium selected is 1/2MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L and inducing rate is 93.3%through experimental comparison;Differentiation medium is MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L, after 30 d incubation, proliferation coefficient reaches 3.5;The rooting medium is 1/2MS+NAA 0.75 mg/L, rooting rate is 96.7%, dark cul-ture 10d is more beneficial to root than direct light culture after vaccination .While test-tube seedling transplanting, the effect is best with sand +garden soil+forest humus soil (2:2:6) medium, which can accelerate the speed of seedling .
The raising,introduction and cultivation experiments of Zizyphus jujuba seedlings in Liuhe County,Jilin Province were made,the results showed that Zizyphus jujuba seed dormancy phenomenon didn't exist,the hard endocarp was the main factor for limiting seed germination;during Zizyphus jujuba sexual reproduction,the seed needed to be saved by low-temperature sand reservoir for 90d ~120d,unearthed germination was neat,high germination rate amounted to 91% ~95%.1-year-old planting seedling needed to be buried in soil for fighting the cold in winter,2-year-old saved bed seedling could safely fight the cold in winter,its average height was 80.6 cm,its average diameter was 0.94 cm,maintaining the original good shape;the adaptability was strong,the drought,cold,disease and pest resistance abilities were strong.
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the comprehensive control techniques of spot blight of Gentiana scabra Bunge.[Method] Different spraying pesticide periods,shading methods,transplanting density and methods of cleaning fields were experimented respectively to indicate their control effect on the spot blight of G.scabra Bunge.[Result]The results showed that control effect reached 79.6% by means of sterilizing soil,seedling and spraying the pesticide in seedling stage.The disease could be lightened by shading cultivation and intercropping with corn and control effect reached 57.1% and 35.8% respectively.The disease could be delayed 4-9 days when the fields were cleaned,or the fields were cleaned and plants were sprayed pesticide.When the transplant density was 200 plants/m2,the control effect reached 42.7%.[Conclusion] The paper indicated that ideal control effect was hard to get by spraying pesticide alone,but it could be got by comprehensively using control techniques of sterilizing soil and seedling,cleaning the fields,shading cultivation and spraying the pesticide.
