目的 研究黄芩黄酮Ⅰ对结直肠癌细胞迁移、侵袭和上皮-间质转化(Epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)的影响.方法 取对数生长期结直肠癌LoVo细胞,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,分别用DMEM培养液和含80μmol·L-1黄芩黄酮Ⅰ的DMEM培养液处理.用划痕实验检测LoVo细胞的迁移能力,用Transwell法检测LoVo细胞的侵袭能力,用蛋白质印迹法检测LoVo细胞中上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、神经型钙黏蛋白(N-cadherin)和波形蛋白(Vimentin)的表达,用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测LoVo细胞miR-378的相对表达.结果 对照组与实验组细胞迁移率分别为(61.79±1.24)%和(46.18±1.41)%;细胞侵袭数分别为(79.96±1.55)和(58.41±0.98)个;E-cadherin蛋白表达量分别为1.01±0.03和2.60±0.07;N-cadherin蛋白的表达量为0.99±0.02和0.45±0.03;Vimentin蛋白的表达量为0.99±0.02和0.52±0.04;miR-378相对表达量分别为0.43±0.03和0.85±0.02,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 黄芩黄酮Ⅰ可显著抑制结直肠癌细胞的迁移、侵袭和EMT,其作用机制可能与上调miR-378表达有关.
目的 探讨肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的CT、MRI表现特征.方法 分析经手术病理证实的肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤26例28个病灶的CT、MRI表现.结果 肿块直径<3 cm 4个,3~5 cm 8个,>5 cm 16个,平均直径为6.5 cm.CT表现(17例19个病灶):平扫密度均匀4个,不均匀15个,伴有坏死囊变11个,有出血4个,弧形或斑点状钙化5个.增强后双期强化4个,不均匀强化 15个,11个囊变和坏死区未见强化.MRI表现(9例):T1WI均匀等信号 1例,片状低信号6例,稍高出血信号2例;T2WI均匀等信号1例,不均匀高信号8例.增强后6例早期不均匀明显强化;3例肿块延迟3 min后逐渐强化.结论 肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的 CT、MRI表现有一定的特征,结合临床资料多可明确诊断.
目的 探讨软骨肉瘤的影像学诊断.方法 回顾性分析44例软骨肉瘤的影像学表现.结果 44例软骨肉瘤X线、CT示大片状骨破坏31例,斑片状骨破坏13例;骨破坏边界模糊36例,边界清晰8例;有分隔5例.钙化37例,其中可见弧形钙化9例,无钙化7例.显示软组织肿块29例.20例MRI检查中,T1WI 15例呈等信号,其内可见斑片状低信号(与肌肉信号比),其中2例可见条状高信号分隔,3例呈不均匀低信号,2例呈不均匀高信号.T2WI呈不均匀高信号(与肌肉信号比),其间可见斑点状低信号,其中10例呈囊状高信号,其间可见低信号分隔.19例CT或MRI增强检查中,呈环形小叶状壁样、弓状强化.结论 软骨肉瘤影像学表现有一定特征,影像学对其诊断有重要价值.
Objective: To observe relation of MRI appearances and pathological findings in hemangiomas and vascular malformations.Methods: MRI appearances of 435 cases hemangiomas and vascular malformations contrasted with their pathological findings.Results: Among 205 cases hemangiomas,170 cases showed increased signal on T2-weighted images.Their pathology features were more vascular endothelial cells,hypertrophy and less lumens of blood vessel.35 cases showed markedly increased signal,and their pathology features were few vascular endothelial cells,capillary lumens expanded,capillary enlarged lumen areas,and much mesenchyma.180 cases were separated by low signal network on T2-weighted images.Their pathology features were that tumor tissue was divided by fibrous tissue.Among 230 cases vascular malformations,15 cases showed homogeneous signal on T1 and T2weighted images,their pathology features were that blood vessels were thin.215 cases showed inhomogeneous signal on T1 and T2-weighted images,and their pathology features were large and distortion blood vessels,multiple mesenchyma,calcification in some cases,bleeding in 75 cases,and thrombin in 10 cases. Conclusion: MRI features can evaluate pathological change in hemangiomas and vascular malformations on some extent.The change of signal and configuration of MRI was closely correlated with component of pathology tissue.
目的:探讨MRI在诊断四肢关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的临床意义.方法:回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的30例关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎患者MRI影像资料.结果:膝关节发病26例,肩关节和髋关节发病各2例.膝关节滑膜弥漫性增厚和不规则结节状增生26例,膝关节内软组织肿块16例,髌下脂肪垫受累14例,T1WI呈等或低信号,T2WI呈等或稍高信号;含铁血黄素结节18例,T1WI、T2WI均呈典型低信号.关节积液26例,以髌上囊为著.关节内软骨侵蚀18例、邻近骨组织破坏10例以及后交叉韧带受累8例.T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号.关节周围软组织肿胀14例,STIR序列呈斑片状高信号.8例髌骨关节面见骨质缺损区,MRI均能明确显示.结论:色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎MRI表现具有特异性征象,能准确显示关节内部结构及关节外受侵情况,有助于诊断.
目的:探讨不同组织类型乳腺浸润性非特殊癌CR钼靶X线征象及与组织学类型的关系。方法:回顾性分析120例经手术病理证实的乳腺浸润性非特殊癌患者的影像学表现,并与肿瘤组织类型进行对照研究其相关性。结果:肿瘤CR钼靶X线表现为肿块99例,毛刺征62例,钙化48例,结构扭曲、紊乱16例。肿块样表现见于浸润性导管癌55例、单纯癌34例、黏液腺癌2例、髓样癌6例、混合癌2例,其中并钙化40例;毛刺征见于浸润性导管癌41例和单纯癌21例;结构扭曲、紊乱多见于浸润性小叶癌8例、浸润性导管癌8例,其中并钙化6例,仅表现钙化2例。结论:不同组织类型的乳腺浸润性非特殊癌表现不同的CR钼靶X线影像,组织类型与其影像表现具有相关性,诊断乳腺癌应综合分析肿瘤各种X线征象。
Objective To analyze the X-ray findings of occupational bone fluorosis and their influence factors. Methods Eightynine subjects who comprised 60 suspected fluorosis and 29 known fluorosis (observation group) and 855 healthy workers (control group) underwent plain X -ray film examinations of the pelvis and extremities. The X-ray findings acquired from the both groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Among 89 subjects of the observation group, plain X-ray films showed various degress of abnormal bone changes, of those, trabecular changes of pelvis and low lumbar vertebrae as predominant were found in 56 (62.9 % ) cases, peripheral changes of long tubular bones as predominant in 26 (29.2 %) cases, involvement of both the pelvis and extremities in 7 (7.9 %) cases. The coexistent injuries of the lumbar vertebra and pelvis were the most frequently encountered in the observatian group. Among 855 healthy workers of the control group, plain X-ray films non-shawn skeletal abnormality. Conclusion The specific signs of occupational bone fluorosis on X-ray films and the definite occupational history exposured to fiuorine are reliable evidences for diagnosing this disease. The severity of bone injury is a positive correlation with occupational history and the concentration of fluorine in working environment air.
目的:探讨外周恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的影像学诊断.方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的16例外周恶性纤维组织细胞瘤患者的直接数字化X线摄影、CT、MRI影像学资料.结果:6例骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤患者,行直接数字化X线摄影检查6例,CT检查4例,显示不规则溶骨性破坏,其中2例可见片状高密度,骨膜反应;行MRI检查4例,T<,1>WI呈不均匀等信号(与肌肉信号比),T<,2>WI呈以高信号为主的混杂信号(与肌肉信号比),其中2例可见显著高信号,2例MRI增强呈不均匀明显强化;6例中4例显示巨大软组织肿块.10例软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤患者,行MRI检查10例,T<,1>WI呈等信号,其中4例可见低信号,2例可见高信号,T<,2>WI呈不均匀高信号,其中4例可见低信号及显著高信号,8例MRI增强呈不均匀明显强化;行CT检查2例,直接数字化X线摄影检查1例,显示骨皮质侵蚀破坏.结论:影像学对外周恶性纤维组织细胞瘤诊断有重要价值.
Objective To observe the imaging features of tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate.Methods Imaging features of 40 patients with tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among these 40 patients,34 were local type,including 24 located in metaphysic,7 strided over epiphyseal plate and 3 located in osteoepiphyseal portion.Six patients were widespread type,including 2 lymphoma,2 ewing's sarcoma and 2 osteoblastoma.Each tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate had its own imaging features,but bone destruction,change of bone density and marginal sclerosis were observed frequently.Conclusion Tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate have some characteristics.Imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis have important clinical value of these diseases.
目的:探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的影像学诊断.方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实肺硬化性血管瘤7例患者的直接数字化X射线摄影、CT表现.结果:7例肿块呈类圆形,边缘规则,光滑;3例肿块显示浅分叶.4例肿块无分叶;4例肿块密度均匀.3例肿块密度不均匀,其内显示斑点状、斑块状钙化;3例肿块可见贴边血管征、肺血管增粗征、肺血管引入征.2例肺门、纵膈淋巴结增大.结论:影像学时肺硬化性血管瘤诊断有重要价值.
Objective:To explore the differential diagnosis of nonossifying fibroma,desmoplastic fibroma and fibrosarcoma of bone by imaging.Methods:The X-ray plain film,CT and MRI findings in 43 cases of nonossifying fibroma,desmoplastic fibroma and fibrosarcoma of bone were reviewed retrospectively.Results:On X-ray plain film and CT,cystic and expansive destruction of bone were found in 14 cases of nonossifying fibroma,and delicate residual osseous tissue within the lesions was seen in 8 cases.In 12 cases of desmoplastic fibroma of bone,4 cases had cystic and expansive destruction of bone,8 cases had osteolytic destruction of bone,2 cases had delicate residual osseous tissue and 6 cases had coarse residual osseous tissue within the lesions,respectively.In 16 cases of fibrosarcoma of bone,5 cases displayed cystic destruction and irregular margin,and 11 cases displayed osteolytic destruction of bone.In 9 cases of nonossifying fibroma,9 cases of desmoplastic fibroma and 11 cases of fibrosarcoma of bone on MRI,all cases showed isointensity and hypointensity on T1-weighted images,and hyperintenity and hypointense heterogeneous signal on T2-weighted images.The hypointense areas were circumscribed in non-ossifying fibroma and fibrosarcoma of bone,but large patchy in desmoplastic fibroma on T1WI and T2WI.Three cases of fibrosarcoma of bone had hyperintensity signals on T2-weighted images.Conclusion:Diagnosis imaging can characterize the features of nonossifying fibroma,desmoplastic fibroma and fibrosarcoma of bones,and plays an important role in the differential diagnosis.
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of imaging on sofitissue hemangiomas and vascular malformations. Methods The X -ray,CT,MRI and CDU finding of 71 cases with softtissue hemangiomas and vascular malformations were reviewed retrospectively. Results The X-ray plain film studies demonstrated reactive bone changes adjacent to the sefttissue hemangiomas and vascular malformations in 6 patients. 71 cases showed sefttissue mass images on CT. In 28 eases sefttissue hemangiomas on MRI,24 cases showed increased signal (approach fat signal) and 4 cases showed markedly increased signal (increase fat signal) on T2-weighted images. In 43 cases softtissue vessel malformations on MRI, 4 cases showed increased signal and 39 cases showed markedly increased signal on T2 -weighted images. In 28 cases sofitissue hemangiomas by CDU,23 cases showed vessel density≥5 vessels/cm2 ,5 cases showed vessel density < 5 vessels/cm2. In 43 cases softtissue vessel malformations by CDU, 1 cases showed vessel density ≥5 vassels/cm2 ,42 cases showed vessel density <5 vessels/cm2. Conclusion X - ray and CT can not be used as method of differential diagnosis hemangiomas and vascular malformations, MRI and CDU play important role in the differential diagnosis softtissue hemangiomas and vascular malformations. CDU is a first chioce to diagnose hemangiomas. MRI is a necessary examination with vascular malformations preoperative patients.
Objective To explore the imaging differential diagnosis of vascular malformations and intermediary character hemangiomas.Methods The roentgenographic,CT and MRI findings of vascular malformations and intermediary character hemangiomas in 58 cases were analysed retrospectively.Results In 42 cases with vascular malformations,the lesions were irregular with definite margins,and 5 cases showed the bone compressed adjacent to the lesions.31 patients studied with MRI ,3 cases appeared as hyperintensity(equal to fat) and 28 cases appeared as mixed hyperintensity(higher than that of fat) on T2WI,20 cases showed circular markedly vessel-like hyperintensity on T2WI .In 16 cases with intermediary character hemangiomas,7 cases showed circular soft tissue masses,the masses were lobulated in 8 cases and "crab nail" in 1 case,5 cases showed edema of around the tumors and occupying effect on CT and MRI,3 cases showed bone corroded adjacent to the lesions,2 cases showed bony destruction.Of the 11 patients studied with MRI,the lesions showed hyperintensity on T2WI.Conclusion The imaging findings of vascular malformations and intermediary character hemangiomas are different.
Objective To study recurrent reasons of peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations.Methods Analyzed pathological changes positions,MRA findings,the operation findings,the pathological results of peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations in 102 patients whose pathological changes recured after operation.Results In 102 cases with peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations,57 cases recured in operational position,46 cases reeured in approach operational position,4 cases recured in operational separate position.14 cases showed deep vein vascular malformationS in 46 cases magneth resonance angioqraphy(MRA).There was no proliferated vascular cells and 8 cases showed high blood pressure in operation in 100 cases,there were proliferated vascular cells in 2 cases.Conclusion Recurrent reason of peripheral vascular malformations was extensive pathological changes scope can not been operated completely,Another recurrent reason of arteriovenous fistulae was arterial blood lashed pathological changes.Recurrent reason of peripheral intermediary character hemangiomas was vascular tumeur cells proliferated.
Objective To study the relationship between MRI and MRA features and vascular endothelial growth factor expression of peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations.Methods MRI and MRA features were compared with vascular endothelial growth factor expression in 71 patients with peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations.Results In 38 cases of peripheral hemangiomas,31 cases showed increased signals and 7 cases showed markedly increased signals on T_2-weighted images;31 cases were higher and 7 cases were lower in vascular endothelial growth factor expression in hemangiomas.In 33 cases of peripheral vascular malformations,3 cases showed increased signals and 30 cases showed markedly increased signals on T_2-weighted images; 2 cases were higher and 31 cases were lower in expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in vascular malformations.Vascular endothelial growth factor expression was closely related to the features of signals on T_2-weighted images in hemangiomas.Conclusion Vascular endothelial growth factor expression,MRI,MRA features are different in peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations.MRI and MRA features can evaluate the degree of vascular endothelial cell proliferation and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in hemangiomas.
血小板减少血管瘤综合征,也称为Kasabach-Merritt综合征,是巨大血管瘤伴血小板减少性紫癜,低纤维蛋白血症,继之发生出血、贫血,严重者发生DIC危及患儿生命,此病少见,手术时有大出血危险,临床治疗困难.本文回顾性分析6例血小板减少血管瘤综合征MRI、MRA表现,探讨血小板减少血管瘤综合征的MRI、MRA诊断.
Objective To explore the value of MRI in the diagnosis of soft tissue vascular malformations.Materials and Methods The MRI findings of 575 cases with soft tissue vascular malformations were reviewed retrospectively.Results In 490 cases with soft tissue vessel malformations, 88 cases showed signal isointensity and 402 cases with heterogeneous signal intensity on T_1-weighted images; 475 cases showed inhomogenous signal hyperintensity and 15 cases with homogenous signal hyperintensity on T_2-weighted images; 210 cases showed circular signal hyperintensity on T_2 weighted images, 216 cases showed tip-angle change in the margin of lesions. In 43 cases with soft tissue lymphatic malformations, 2 cases showed signal isointensity and 36 cases with heterogeneous signal intensity on T_1-weighted images; 38 cases with inhomogenous signal intensity, 5 cases showed fat thickening on T_1-weighted and T_2-weighted images, 26 cases showed cyst change. In 42 cases of combined malformations with soft tissue vessel and lymphatic malformations, 2 cases showed signal isointensity and 40 cases with heterogeneous signal intensity on T_1-weighted images; 42 cases showed inhomogenous signal hyperintensity.Conclusion Soft tissue vascular malformations have some characteristic MRI features, MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of soft tissue vascular malformations.
Objective To study MRI differential diagnosis of peripheral hemangioma and vascular malformations.Methods MRIfindings of peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations proved by operation in 61 cases were retrospectively analyzed in comparison with pathological results.Results In 29 cases of peripheral hemangiomas,20 cases showed equal signal intensity (equal to muscle) and 9 cases showed heterogeneous signal intensity on T1-weighted images; 24 cases showed increased signal intensity (approach fat signal) and 5 cases showed markedly increased signal intensity (increase fat signal) on T2-weighted images,25 cases had septa as low signal network on T2-weighted images,4 cases showed enhancement separated mass enhancement after intravenous contrast injection.In 32 cases peripheral vascular malformations,16 cases showed equal signal intensity and 16 cases showed heterogeneous signal intensity on T1-weighted images.3 cases showed high signal intensity and 29 cases showed markedly increased signal intensity on T2-weighted images,15 cases showed inhomogeneous enhancement after intravenous contrast injection.Conclusion MRI plays an important role in differential diagnosis of peripheral hemangiomas and vascular malformations.
