学术不端行为败坏学术风气,违背科学精神和学术道德,极大地损害学术形象[1].科技期刊坚决抵制各类伪造、篡改、抄袭等学术不端行为,对其采取的是"零容忍"态度,但期刊编辑有时会遇到作者由于各种原因对学位论文再次发表.学位论文能否在科技期刊再次发表,这种情况是否会有著作权纠纷,是否属于学术不端,已成为困扰作者和编辑的重要问题[2].笔者比较学位论文与期刊论文的差异,对本刊作者最为关心的学位论文再发表所涉及的著作权及版权问题进行分析,为学位论文再发表提出适用条件和合理途径.
目的 从文献计量学角度分析2011—2017年连续7年入选TOP期刊的中文科技期刊的国际影响力,探索中文科技期刊的快速健康发展之道.方法 以2012—2018年《中国学术期刊国际引证年报》的数据为依据,统计分析2011—2017年入选中国自然科学与工程技术类(科技类)TOP5%和TOP5%~10%期刊的国际他引总被引频次(TC)、国际他引影响因子(IF)和国际影响力指数(CI),以及中国知网收录的各期刊的基本情况,包括主办单位、创刊时间、出版周期、单期页码、年发文量、数据库收录情况.结果 2011—2017年连续7年入选TOP期刊的中文科技期刊有115种,其中TOP5%期刊28种,TOP5%~10%期刊21种,TOP10%期刊66种.连续7年入选TOP期刊的中文科技期刊的IF平均值、TC平均值呈逐年增长趋势,CI平均值基本保持不变.从办刊单位来看,这些期刊中中国科学院主办的期刊最多,其次是中华医学会主办的期刊;另有大量各个专业学会主办的期刊及少量高校和企业主办的期刊.从出版周期刊来看,大多数期刊为月刊.从单期页码来看,200页左右的期刊最多.从年均发文量来看,TOP5%年均201~300篇最多,TOP5%~10%和TOP10%年均101~200篇最多.入选TOP5%的期刊加入的数据库最多.结论(1)中文科技期刊在国际上已有了一定的影响力,而且在逐年增强,但在数量上和强度上仍需努力.(2)加强学术团体的国际合作与交流、缩短出版周期、增加单期页码、增加年发文量、加入尽可能多的数据库等举措在一定程度上可提高期刊的影响力.(3)政策的调整、鼓励国外优秀华人学者在国外办中文期刊、培养和重视期刊出版人才等,有助于提高中文科技期刊的出版水平.
美国海军"仁慈"号医院船主要承担战伤救护与人道主义援助任务,少有疫情高发地部署的做法.COVID-19疫情期间,美国海军派出"仁慈"号医院船支援美国洛杉矶地区的抗疫行动.部署期间,医院船执行严格的收治范围,采取严密的感控措施,阳性病例出现后受到了陆基力量的及时支援,任务结束时并未造成船上疫情的大规模暴发.本文将对"仁慈"号医院船的部署情况、防控措施、存在风险与不足等进行介绍与分析.
Objective To analyze statistically the international impact of the Chinese Sci-tech TOP journals published from 2011 to 2015, so as to provide solid evidences for the foundation for the exploration of the regulatory institutional mechanism and devel -opment of China′s outstanding Sci-tech journals .Methods Based on the data from the Annual Report International Citation of Chinese Academic Journals from 2012 to 2016, the international total citation (TC), international impact factor (IF) and international clout in-dex ( CI) of TOP 5%and TOP 5%-10%journals of in Chinese Sci-tech field in 2011-2015 years were statistically analyzed .Results The international impact of TOP journals in Chinese Sci-tech field from 2011 to 2015 increased year by year , the average TC of TOP 5%journals increased by over 10%annually, and that of TOP 5%-10%journals increased by over 20%annually.The average IF all increased by over 20%annually, and the number of SCI and English journals also increased year by year .The international influence of some non-SCI journals , including Chinese non-SCI journals , surpassed that of certain SCI journals by a larger margin , which deserved further study and analysis .Conclusion To further expand influence of academic journals , the editorial boards of related journals should devote more efforts to attract high quality papers so as to build high caliber publishing platforms .In addition , bilingual publication might be a better form for global dissemination of journals , and the rapid rise and development of language translation software and intelligent translation might contribute to the solution of the problem .
美国海军战略着眼于全球部署,因此十分重视传染病的预防与控制.笔者介绍了近年来美国海军在传染病预防与控制研究方面的进展,包括传染病的监测策略研究、多种海军易发传染病的防控研究,并分析了传染病预防与控制研究的发展趋势.
随着数字化的发展,读者的阅读习惯和阅读需求都在发生改变,科技期刊加快实施移动在线办公、移动查稿、信息推送、移动订阅等移动公众服务的步伐迫在眉睫[1-2]. 2012年腾讯公司推出微信公众平台服务,运营者无需进行重新开发,便能利用平台提供的服务,如即时信息推送、界面个性化管理、移动支付、web 2.0等[3-4]. 海军医学杂志微信公众号(微信号:hjyxzz )创建于2014年1月,本刊作为军队医学科技期刊,由于内容的专业性、受众的特殊性,使得期刊在微信公众平台的应用中存在一定的局限性,笔者现就军队医学科技期刊微信公众平台使用的优点、应用中存在的问题与对策分析如下.
目的通过对2011版《要目总览》中收录军队医药卫生类期刊和核心期刊的分析,了解现阶段军队医药卫生类期刊的质量及其存在的问题。方法采用Excel 2007对《中文核心期刊要目总览:2011年版》中收录的军队医药卫生类期刊进行数据计算与分析。结果军队系统(包括武警)期刊共计94种,占全国期刊数(1 240种)的7.58%,军队核心期刊共计27种,占全国248种核心期刊的10.89%;基础医学类核心期刊(R3)占该类军队期刊的比例最高(50.00%)。地区分布以北京最多,为35种。军队系统入编期刊中,以解放军总医院最多,为11种。27种军队医药卫生类核心期刊中半月刊3种,月刊11种,双月刊12种,季刊1种。结论军队医药卫生类期刊入选核心期刊的比例较高,基础科学、预防医学和卫生学、临床医学/特种医学是军队医药卫生系统的优势学科;军事医学、特种医学特色突出;主办单位集中,集中在经济发达地区;出版周期较长,应与国际接轨,缩短期刊出版周期。
Objective To conduct a preliminary analysis on HBO research in China from 2010 to 2014,so as to provide evidence for the development of the discipline.Methods Information retrieval was made by using Chinese Biomedical Disk (CBM) as the chief source of information.Through the approach of bibliometrics,analyses were made on the year distributions of literature,the amount of literature published within the years,the regional distributions of authors,institutions and related journals concerning HBO research from 2010 to 2014.Results The amount of papers published from 2010 to 2013 was generally stable,but with a slight decrease in 2014.Analyses of regional distribution of authors indicated a downward trend from the higher distribution in the east coastal areas to the lower distribution in the mid-west inland areas.Nine institutions that have more than 15 contributions within the said years are basically located in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other highly developed coastal and river basin areas with rich water resources,with hospitals as the main research bodies.Subject analyses suggested that researches concerning HBO research were mainly focused on the toxication of carbon monoxide,the treatment of such diseases as cerebral infarction,craniocerebral injury,sudden hearing loss,diseases of newborns,coma,loss of consciousness,cerebral ischemia,spinal cord injury,cerebral hemorrhage,diabetes foot,etc.,as well as its application in the rehabilitation of patients following surgery.The Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine as the core periodical in the field of HBO research,is the one that has the largest amount of papers published within the years,with the medical journals on neural diseases and rehabilitation coming next.Conclusions Great progress has been made in the research and application of HBO in recent years,which is mainly manifested in the treatment of diseases that are more susceptible to HBO therapy.However,most papers are on clinical applications,few papers are associated with basic research.On the other hand,significant differences could be noted in the regional distribution of author population and research institutions.
细心的读者会发现,自2016年1月起《海军医学杂志》发表的文章参考文献著录格式发生了改变,在原有的参考文献条目后增加了一项编码,即数字对象唯一标识符( digital object unique identifier,DOI)。随着大数据时代的来临,互联网技术及计算机技术飞速发展,很容易获取海量的空间目标数据,面对海量的空间数据,人们很难获取到所要的信息,造成了“数据丰富而信息匮乏”的现象,主要体现在找不到所要的目标,以及检索到的数据不能满足需求。分析其原因,在于空间目标存在多种编码体系,生产者和用户来自不同的领域,很难实现对目标一致的定位。因此,必须为空间目标进行统一的标识,建立数据生产者和使用者的联系。 DOI作为数字化对象的识别符,对所标识的数字对象而言,相当于人的身份证,具有唯一性[1]。 DOI一方面通过数字对象唯一性标识技术对数字对象进行识别和注册,利用目标标识检索技术准确地找到目标;另一方面通过地理本体知识的应用,建立了地理信息的语义沟通方式,按照应用本体知识重新组织生产数据,使用户全面高效地从空间数据库获取所要的信息,为空间信息共享开辟了新思路[2]。
Objective To perform information visualization analysis on the papers published,research hot points and network relationship concerning "Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine",so as to provide reference materials for the establishment of the visualization analysis method of the source data in the said military medical journal.Methods By using the papers collected in the China Science and Technology Journals Database (CQVIP) as a statistical source,statistical analysis of the 1337 articles published in the journal fiom 2004 to 2011 was made accordingly.Statistical method was further used to analyze the quantity of papers published,columns classification,the number of contributions and the state of author cooperation.Bibexcel software was used to generate keyword co-word matrix,and SPSS software was also used to perform clustering analysis,and NetDraw was used to draw a network map.Results The number of papers published per issue in the journal was 30.4,with cooperative rate of coauthors being 90.5%,the authors'cooperation rate being 4.28,the institutes'cooperation rate 1.55 and the Price index being 24.7%.Facts revealed that there were 2 core institutions and 3 hot research areas.Conclusions Through bibliometrics and keyword co-word matrix generated by Bibexcel,the main research institutions concerning nautical medicine and hyperbaric medicine were military research institutes,military hospitals and universities.Their main research hot points were nautical medicine,diseases induced by anoxia and gas poisoning.Team cooperation was the main research mode,which displayed the toughness and high academic level of the discipline involved in the research.At the same time,it could provide a new approach for the information visualization analysis of the source data of military medical journals.

<正>1876年,中国第一份科技期刊《格致汇编》的出版,是近代科技出版的开端,它开创了西方科学在中国传播的新途径和新媒介,这一滥觞于洋务运动期间的刊物,助推着近代中国科技进步和社会生产的近代化。其后100年,中国技期刊发展取得一定的进步,但由于社会的动荡及生产力发展的停滞,导致科技期刊发展速度下降。改革开放之后(1980-1990年),我国科学研究领域解除了各种束缚,取得了突飞猛进的发展,各种学术论文的数量更是呈"爆炸"式增长。1990-2005年,我国各种学术论文的数量与质量有了长足进步,中国科技期刊进入黄金期。自2005年以后,由于多种问题的出现,我国科技期刊发展存在停滞甚至倒退的情况。现
目的 统计分析《海军医学杂志》2006-2012年作者群,以期为该刊撰稿人提供建设性意见,为医学信息部门以及该刊的办刊和评刊工作提供数据和参考.方法 采用文献计量学方法和Microsoft Office Excel 2007软件对《海军医学杂志》2006-2012年所刊发论文的地理分布、作者单位、核心作者、作者合作度分布及作者单位合作度进行统计分析.结果 (1)《海军医学杂志》2006-2012年共刊发论文1595篇,分别来自23个省、自治区、直辖市;其中,上海、浙江、广东为发表论文最多的前3个省、市,发文量占总发文量的60.50%.(2)发表的1595篇论文分别来自310家单位,发表论文数排名前10的单位共发表论文866篇(54.29%).1595篇论文分别由1105位作者(第1作者)撰写,其中瞬时作者(仅发表1篇论文的作者)有786人(71.13%),核心作者(发表论文数≥2篇的作者)319人(28.87%).(3)作者合作度分析,论文的平均合著率为80.25%,平均合作度为2.97.作者单位合作度分析,论文的平均合著率为31.91%,平均合作度为1.17.结论《海军医学杂志》在中国大陆有了较广的影响,尤其是沿海地带.该刊的核心作者正在形成的过程中,作者间及作者单位间有了一定的合作,其状况有进一步提升的空间.
Objective To analyze statistically the author population in the issues of the Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine (hence termed as the Chinese Nautical Medicine) from 2006 to 2011,with the aims to offer contributors constructive advices and give reference and basic data to the medical information service divisions and to those who run or evaluate the Journal.Methods Statistical analyses were made on the authors,authors' institutions,cooperative rate,authors region distribution in the papers of the issues published from 2006 to 2011.Results (1) The papers published in the issues of the Journal from 2006 to 2011 were 1062,involving 28 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.Mainland provinces except Qinghai all had their papers published in the Journal.Such cities and province as Shanghai,Beijing and Shandong were the top 3 contributing regions,accounting for 53.38% of the total contributing amount.(2) The 1062 papers published in the issues were respectively from 322 institutions.The number of papers published in the Journal by the top 10 contributing institutions during this period were 322,accounting for 42.09%.The 1062 papers were contributed by 785 authors (first authors),of whom 593 were instantaneous author (published only one paper),accounting for 75.54%.The number of authors who published papers no less than 3 papers was 55,accounting for 7.01%.(3)The cooperative rate of coauthors was 91.15%,with an average cooperative rate of 4.34.From the analysis of contributing corporate institutions,the average co-institution rate was 29.66%,with an average co-institution rate of 1.39.Conclusions In the fields of nautical medicine and hyperbaric medicine,the Journal was quite influential and attractive to readers,and it also showed that the authors and authors' institutions of the Journal displayed a rather good cooperative spirit.
引证作为一项重要的文献指标,能够较为客观地反映某一学科的发展状况.同时,在一定意义上,引证也是学科发展的风向标之一.通过对学术论文引证频次进行科学分析,能够及时了解掌握某一学科的研究发展方向和阶段性热点问题,为学术期刊编辑工作提供借鉴.军事医学研究随着医药科学的迅速发展,进入了快速发展的新阶段.本文拟利用文献计量学研究方法,以《中国引文数据库》网络版为数据统计源,对军事医学类研究热点文章、作者、机构和刊发刊物进行统计分析,以期进一步了解军事医学主要研究方向及其趋势,并对军事医学期刊编辑的优化组稿提供借鉴.
Objective To investigate the direction and development trend of military medicine.Methods Online source of Chinese Citation Database during 2007—2012 were selected as data source,and military medical topics were studied.The statistical analysis was performed by bibliometrics method.Results A total amount of articles in military medical topics was 14,850,and the number was stable every year.The total amount of adduction frequency was 17868 time,and it was increasing in the military medical topic each year.The top three adduction subjects were special medicine,military medicine and hygienics.There were 38 high cited papers with frequency more than 15 times(high-cited papers),whose percent of the total number was 0.9%.The highest frequency of one paper was 43 times.Conclusion Subjects of guidelines,laws and regulations in special medicine and medical science are widely studied for military medical topics,and techniques of informationization,rescuing medicine and non-war military rescue are getting more attention.
航空母舰是一种以舰载机为主要作战武器的大型水面舰艇,舰上人员密集,战位复杂,为了让甲板上的作业人员在舰上有序作业,从而保证人员和舰载机的安全,国外海军给航母甲板上的工作人员配有不同色彩的服装,要求甲板作业人员按照分工穿戴不同颜色的甲板识别服及配套头盔。本文对外军航母上甲板人员的识别服和人员的分工情况作一综述,供有关人员参考。
Objective To enable readers to have a more comprehensive understanding of "the Journal of Navy Medicine" through statistical analysis of bibliometric indices about the Journal of Navy Medicine from 2006 to 2010,and also to provide a theoretical basis for the editorial board to further improve their work.Methods Following research methods were used in our study.(1) The bibliometric statistical methods,such as the direct quotation statistical method,the time sequence organization method,the chart organization method,etc.(2) Through reference to " the China Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports(the expanded version)" from 2006 to 2010.Results(1) Citation indexes:the scores of total cited frequency in 2010 were the best in the last 5 years,ranking No.2624 in the 6 196 kinds of source journals,i.e.at the slightly higher than the middle level.Impact factors in 2010 were slightly lower than the highest value in 2006,with the ranking slightly lower among the journals(ranking No.3387,at the middle level).Immediacy index was from 0.009 to 0.039.Cited rate in the five years was more than 0.9.Cited half life in 2009 was 4.76(the shortest in the five years),while that of 2007 was the longest,(6.21).H index in 2010 was 8,reaching the peak in the last 5 years.(2) Original indicators;On the whole,source literature of the Journal from 2006 to 2010 remained at a stable level,i.e.from 214 to 232, ranking from No.1779 to 2180 in all statistics source journals.Ranking among special medical journals remained basically stable,also at the medium level.Literature selected rate was from 0.97 to 1.0.Average number of citation was from 3.78 to 4.70,and average number of authors was from 2 to 4.The number of regional contributors distributed in 17 to 19 provinces,cities and autonomous re- gions.The number of contributing institutions also remained stable at 82 to 85,unexpectedly increased to 106 in 2010.Fund papers ratio was from 0.004 to 0.052.The half life of reference was from 5.98 to 6.46 years.Overseas contributors were not found in the journal. Conclusion "The Journal of Navy Medicine" is an academic journal facing navy medical service at all levels.From quantitative evaluation results of bibliometric indices,the journal was basically at the medium level in all the statistical source journals in China.As can be seen,there is still much room for further development.
Objective To analysis the high cited indexes about the Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine from 2006 to 2010 and to make readers have a more comprehensive understanding of the characteristics and discipline of the journal Academic quantitative indicators status as well as the important scholars and key institutions within the range of subjects of the journal to provide a theoretical basis for the editorial department to further improve their work.Methods (1) The data of the China Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports (expanding the published version) from 2006 to 2010 were referenced.(2) The knowledge service system and its effective link of National Engineering Digital Library of the China Science and Technology Information Research Institute were used.(3) The bibliometric statistical methods were used.Results (1) From 2006 to 2010,there were 526-871 piece of papers in all in the Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine,total Cited frequence was 237-324,impact factor was 0.313-0.532.(2) Eighteen was the most times cited among the 10 piece of paters high cited in all papers from 2006 to 2010,including in the paper of " Analysis of common factors influencing on effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen on craniocerebrai injury",1 artical; secondly,13,2.Twenty high cited authors in this journal from 2006 to 2010 were Pan Xiao-wen,Huang You-min,Xu Yuan,Yang Lin,and so on,whose total cited frequence was 213 with 27.62% of the total frequency from 2006-2010.Ten institutions were high cited one of the journal from 2006 to 2010,which were Navy General Hospital,Second Military Medical University,Naval Medical Research Institute,and so on.Their cited frequency was in all 332,with 46.37% of all published cited frequency from 2006-2010,nearly 1/2.Conclusions As a core journal of science and technology in China,the Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine from 2006-2010 has a greater impact in the field of nautical medicine and hyperbaric medicine,and are also improving the quality of its academic view from highly cited index.
ObjctrtiveTo study the detection of controlled bacteria with povidone iodine effervescent tablets,so as to increase the detection rate of controlled bacteria. METHODS:With the disintegration of povidone iodine effervescent tablets,the starch adsorption method and sodium thiosulfate neutralization method were used to remove bacteriostasis,and then conventional method was applied to detect the controlled bacteria. RESULTS:Experiments showed that the detection rate of the controlled bacteria was high and the growth of the positive control bacteria was quite good. CONCLUSION:The starch adsorption method and the sodium thiouslfate neutralization method could all be used for the detection of controlled bacteria with povidone iodine effervescent tablets.
