以人本管理理论为指导,分析导师队伍建设的现状与特点,提出倡导柔性管理、建立导师队伍终身教育制度、完善与创新导师的激励机制和监督制约机制等实施意见,从而实现导师队伍的全面发展。

It is a moral question to conduct education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace for college students,which is the basis for college students' quality education and the precondition for their ideological and moral education.Hence,if we want to ensure the effect of the education,we must obey the basic rule of the moral formation and moral education,and insist on the unification of the five factors of moral acceptance,including perception,sensibility,will,belief,and acceptance.We should start with aggrandizing perception,upgrading sensibility,building up the will,firmly holding the belief,and strengthening acceptance to make sure the unification of understanding the honor and shame,loving,developing,and practicing the honor,hating,avoiding and discarding the disgrace.

<正>按照现行高等教育分类,地方高校主要指管理权限隶属于地方政府的区域性、地方性大学。经过近十年的发展,我国地方高等学校的规模和硬件建设有了很大变化,学科建设也取得了很大发展,学科的数量和种类有了明显增多,但是学科水平和学科质量上与国内一流高校还有很大的差距,突出表现学科的地方特色不明显,学科间的协调性较差等。当前,面对新时期和发展机遇,地方高校如何深入实践科学发展观,应对挑战,再上新的台阶,加强学科建设,提高学科建设水平,是提高地方高校的核心竞争力,促进高等教育质量全面提升的关键。

树立社会主义荣辱观,重在把遵守社会主义荣辱观的道德要求逐步转化为广大公民的道德行为.开展大学生荣辱观教育,不是一时的突击性活动,而是一项长期而艰巨的任务.社会主义荣辱观的特点及其教育规律,决定了大学生社会主义荣辱观教育必须放置在探索和构建长效机制上.

要大幅度提高接受高等教育人口在我国整个人口中的比例,必然要求高等学校扩大办学规模,加大建设力度,而在国家公共财政投入严重不足的情况下,庞大的建设性投资必然迫使高等学校作出相应的战略选择,即导入市场理念和经营理念,着力寻求多元化筹资渠道。

This paper introduces the appeal system for Chinese college students and the state its implementation.It is necessary to strengthen humanitarian care for college students who lose a lawsuit in their appeals.The author holds that psychological help for these students is needed for them to get out of the setbacks.At the same time,colleges and universities should help the dismissed students to continue their study and encourage and support these students to take the employment training course which will enable them to have jobs in the future.
