社会热点问题能够引发舆论的关注和思考,我国大学生作为社会主体当中的新兴力量,他们对网络比较熟悉,每天都会通过网络接触到各种不同的社会信息,因此我们应当探查大学生对于社会热点问题的认知,在高校思政教育工作中,教师应当要加强对于社会热点问题的把握,帮助学生在接触信息的同时能够厘清自身的思想价值观念,树立正确的政治立场,培养学生的思想政治素养.
Electrical stimulation is a safe and effective method applied by means of a pulse current which acts on the nerves-muscles moving point to produce muscular contraction,thus improve the muscle strength.It has made significant results in the field of competitive sports.With the development of molecular biology,scientists have made extensive research on the mechanism of muscular strength.This paper introduces the molecular biology mechanism of electric stimulation training.It provides scientific and theoretical guidance for P.E training.
文章对湖南省11个地市的14所普通高校2007、2008级大学生及体育教师的问卷调查进行研究,就有关问题与各校体育教师展开讨论.旨在通过问卷调查与专家访谈相结合的方法,调查军事体育进入大学校园的可行性与必要性,研究军事体育开展的主要困难,并提出相应的解决措施.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the operative effect on arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament in knee joint using ligament advanced reinforcement system(LARS)artificial ligament.METHODS:A computer search was performed by the first author on VIP database(http://www.cqvip.com/)for articles about cruciate ligament reconstruction using LARS artificial ligament.The search time limit is 2000-01/2009-12.Key words are arthroscopy,LARS artificial ligament,reconstruction,anterior cruciate ligament,posterior cruciate ligament in Chinese.After the first trial,each article citation was looked over.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,27 literatures were retained.RESULTS:Artificial ligament has been improved for a long history,definitive clinical effect only emerges,in recent decade years.Analysis on the LARS artificial ligament effect shows that,most of them have a good clinical efficacy within short and medium term,and the complications are rare,especially acute synovitis is free of the report,but long-term effects can not be determined.CONCLUSION:Arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament using LARS artificial ligaments can leads to a good anatomic reconstruction and knee stability;as for young patients who require rapid recovery,especially anterior athletes with cruciate ligament injury,LARS artificial ligament is an ideal and safe graft material.
背景:研究表明,快肌和慢肌的最大缩短速度存在差异,这主要由于快慢肌所表达的MHC类型不同,引起肌球蛋白ATPase活性差异的缘故。目的:介绍不同运动条件下骨骼肌纤维肌球蛋白重链组成变化的研究内容,理解运动训练与骨骼肌收缩性能的关系。方法:应用计算机检索PubMed与Medline springlink数据库1990-01/2009-10有关骨骼肌肌球蛋白重链的文章,检索词为"skeletal muscle"、"myosin heavy chain"、"training",限定语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库2000-01/2009-10期间的相关文章,检索词为"骨骼肌,肌球蛋白重链,训练",限定文章语言种类为中文。纳入标准:不同运动形式对骨骼肌肌球蛋白重链的影响。排除标准:重复或类似的同一研究。结果与结论:肌球蛋白的形态学特征:快慢肌中含有不同类型肌球蛋白重链。运动对肌球蛋白重链的影响:耐力训练可引起肌球蛋白重链由快向慢转变,但受训练时间、强度以及年龄因素的影响;抗阻力量训练使得快型肌球蛋白重链升高,同时也受训练强度、时程的影响;减少活动大多会引起慢型肌球蛋白重链向快型肌球蛋白重链转化。抗阻力量训练可引起骨骼肌肥大表现为肌纤维肌球蛋白重链增多,以及肌纤维的转化表现为MHC-Ⅱx(以前称ⅡbMHC)向MHC-Ⅱa转化,低氧训练可以引起慢型肌球蛋白重链向快型方向转化,减少活动方式多数会引起慢型肌球蛋白重链向快型肌球蛋白重链方向转化。
This research studies hepatic apoptotic gene,and applies research data for hypoxic training in sports practice applications.It attempts to explore the relation between apoptotic gene and apoptosis on living high/training low.60 male SD rats are randomly divided into six groups.Group C do not hold hypoxia and training.Groups HE and Hilo are held in hypoxia chamber(12.5% concentrations of oxygen,simulated as a altitude of 4 000 m) with 8h and 12h each day,5 days per week for 4 weeks.Groups T and Hilo are trained at the speed of the 25 m/min for 1 hour each day,5 days per week for 4 weeks.Immunohistochemical and computer image processing technique are applied to detect positive expression and quantificational analysis for HIF-1α,bax and bcl-2 protein.As compared with group C,the index of apoptosis increases significantly in other experimental groups(p0.01).The index of apoptosis occurs significantly in group Hilo more than HE and T(p0.01).The index of apoptosis has non-significance in group 8Hilo and 12Hilo.As compared with HE and C,bax in group Hilo increases significantly(p0.05),and increases slightly with hypoxia long time.It demonstrates the correlation(r=-0.693,p0.01) between TUNEL and bax.Bcl2 in group HE expresses more than group C,then bcl-2 in group 12hHE expresses lower than 8hHE(p0.05);As compared with 8 Hilo,it shows decrease in group 12Hilo,then it is still higher than group C(p0.05).As compared with C, bax/ bcl-2 shows that there is prominent significance in groups 12hHE and 12Hilo (p0.05),and as compared with T,there is prominent significance in groups Hilo(p0.01).It demonstrates the correlation(r=-0.958,p0.01) between HIF-1α and bax.In conclusion,Bax,bcl-2 and HIF-1α gene participates to adjust liver apoptosis.HIF-1αprotein may adjust bax and bcl-2,and it is related with bax prominently,HIF-1αpromotes bax protein expression to induce liver apoptosis.
文章采用数理统计法和问卷调查法,对2009年湖南省跳箱体育高考生的成绩进行了分析,结果表明,跳箱考试难易适中,但考生成绩整体不高,考试具有一定的区分度。考生成绩偏低的原因是身体素质不合格,心理素质不良,动作不规范以及对考试规则不了解。因此文章希望通过有针对性地提出科学、全面、系统的训练方法,在有限的时间内提高考生的跳箱成绩,使考生在体育高考中取得优异成绩。
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对定向越野进行研究,主要是从其概念、分类、特点以及该项目在学校开展的意义进行研究,结果表明:定向越野是阳光体育运动首选项目之一,值得推广.

By retrieving Chinese Journal Full-text database and Springer,this article will analyze 5-HT,fatigue and their relationships.It proves:5-HT is the possible mechanism for the appearance of fatigue of nervus centralis,5-HT increases after Acute or endurance exercises,5-HT receptors play an important role in the fatigue of nervus centralis,supply of glucose or amino acid will reduce the 5-HT secretion and delay the fatigue of nervus centralis.This article may have some value of reference for the research on fatigue of nervus centralis.
糖是运动过程中的三大能源物质之一,对于运动能力的维持有着极其重要的作用。而体内糖的储备情况对于运动时间的维持,提高运动成绩有着密切的关系。运动前和运动中合理的补糖,可延缓中枢疲劳的出现;运动后,补糖90min后,中枢神经5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量增高,可加速中枢疲劳的产生,兴奋性减弱,抑制加强,糖原合成加强,提高机体内糖的储备。上述的研究对竞技运动的研究有一定的参考和应用价值。
Concerning on the issues of getting no interests on sports and the skills of sport competitions with which as a goal etc in university physical education,this thesis is written and explains how a new university physical education system is established in order to make conditions for the all-round development education,with the theme of 'learn to create','keep fit foremost' and 'do sports in whole life',and based on the closed relation between sport and health as well as the relation between creation skills cultivating and teaching conception for university students.
目的:观察极限运动后低氧暴露情况下大学生篮球运动员血氧水平的变化.方法:10名大学生篮球运动员分别在安静状态下(A组)、极限运动即刻(Al组)、极限运动后进行2小时的低氧暴露即刻,即Po2为14.6Kpa(相当于3000m海拔高度)的低氧暴露即刻(A2组),采取桡动脉血2ml,测试代表血氧水平的指标值Po2(氧分压)、O2sat(氧饱和度子)、O2cont(氧含量)的变化.结果表明:代表血氧水平的指标值Po2、O2Sat、O2cont,A1组相比A组有下降的趋势(P>0.05);A2组相比A和A1组均显著上升(P <0.01).结论:极限运动后进行2小时Po2为14.6Kpa的低氧暴露对篮球运动员血氧水平影响显著.
