目的 了解浙江省病原微生物实验室生物安全管理现状,为相关政策的制定提供参考.方法 通过实地查看,人员访谈、备案信息倒查、实验室记录与档案随查、体系文件抽查等方法,对5家省级医疗卫生单位和11个地市的44家医疗卫生单位进行实验室生物安全专项检查,并对检查结果进行数据分析.结果 在科室层面编写体系文件25家(51.02%);存在未备案实验室或备案信息更新不及时26家(53.06%);人员培训不规范26家(53.06%);实验废物放置和分类处理不合理23家(46.94%);个人防护不到位21家(42.86%);实验室布局不合理23家(46.94%).结论 近几年浙江省实验室生物安全管理取得了快速发展,体系和制度建设不断完善,但实验室生物安全管理仍需加强,建议在实验室硬件设施上需加大投入,改善实验室布局,加强安全培训.
Objective To grasp the general situation of patent application and authorization of 77 medical and health institutions in Zhejaing,to provide reference and basis for promoting the patent application and conversion.Methods Patent data were searched through Bai Teng net patent database,and SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results The total number of patent application showed a trend of generally rise.There were 1430 valid invention patents in total,among which 264 were invention patents and 1166 utility model patents.The total number of patens as well as invention patents were positive correlated to province GDP GDP and doctors per thousand population (r=0.824,0.812,0.784,0.771 respectively,P<0.001).The rate of collaborative patent application was 6.28%,and there was a significant difference (α=0.05/3,P<0.001) in the collaborative patent applications around Hangzhou,provincial and other cities medical and health institutions.Conclusions The total number of patents in 77 medical and health institutions in Zhejaing has reached a certain scale,and the number of patents increase with the economic development and the number of doctors per thousand population.The effective patents present in concentrating in regions,and the proportion of invention patents was low.
Objective To provide references for administration and policy research through the systematic analysis on the overall situation of the Zhejiang medical science and technology awards. Methods Based on the award-winning information collection of the Zhejiang medical science and technology awards in 2007-2017, the award-winning numbers, rate, units were analyzed. The distribution and promotion of award-winning achievements were also analyzed. Results During the period of 2007 to 2017, total of 1612 achievements were awarded including the 3 special prize and the proportion of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize was 9.06%, 32.07%, 58.68% respectively. The award-winning rate was 51.20% (95%CI.48.06%-54.98%) and the award-winning units covered 10 provincial units, 4 universities, 14 university affiliated hospitals, 123 municipal and county units.29.03% of the award-winning achievements were completed by different units in cooperation. The distribution characteristic indicated that the award-winning number in municipal units was the most, the municipal and county units accounted for 61.72% of the total number. More than 70% of award-winning achievements in municipal and county units were awarded the third prize. All Special prize, 91.78% of the first prize and 51.84% of the second prize were awarded to the universities and the provincial units in which the proportion of these prizes above was 69.57% and 58.85% respectively. Zhejiang medical science and technology achievements had also been awarded 405 Zhejiang science and technology awards, 20 Chinese medical science and technology awards, 19 national science and technology awards later on. Conclusion The effect of Zhejiang medical science and technology awards stimulated the different types of units to actively participate in the medical research and development. The number and level of the Zhejiang medical achievements were improved and the innovation of medical science and technology was promoted.
Objective Analyzing the construction process and application of health appropriate technology database in Zhejiang province and proposing related considerations and recommendations for the database construction.Methods To design and construct the technology database system,and using excel software to calculate statistic data.Results Established a health appropriate technology database,which contains 826 technologies that can be selected and promoted by the demonstration bases in the whole province.Conclusions The establishment of the technology database increased the efficiency of health appropriate technology transformation at the provincial level,and also provided a reference for the national-wide generalizing of health appropriate technology.
目的:总结浙江省基层卫生适宜技术推广平台建设的做法,并以心血管病防治为例,提出基层卫生适宜技术推广平台在心血管病防治中的作用和意义。方法对浙江省开展心血管防治适宜技术推广的基层卫生适宜技术示范基地进行调查。结果利用基层卫生适宜技术推广平台,开展心血管病综合防治工作,可以有效降低心血管疾病及其并发症带来的危害,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
对浙江省基层卫生适宜技术示范基地建设情况开展了调研,结果显示:浙江省于2009年启动“1+X”模式的基层卫生适宜技术示范基地建设,现已建成六大类78家示范基地,取得了良好的社会和经济效益;基层卫生适宜技术示范基地的建设离不开政策的推动、科研成果的保障、信息化建设的支撑.
