在基础医学课程整合的背景下,针对出现的过多基础医学课程群,基于专业群构建基础医学平台课程,实现与专业的有效对接.并在教学内容融合、应用型知识强化及教学模式改革等方面得到了提升,同时为进一步的改革深化提出了设想和建议.
The course of human functional physiology is established according to the logicality of clinical thinking in our college,and the content is organized on the basis of requirement of clinical thinking. At the same time the students are guided to train their clinical thinking and various ability. These are beneficial exploration on study of practical knowledge and training of occupation ability which are suitable for request of the professional position.
宁波卫生职业技术学院通过教学实践,针对医学技术类各专业搭建了人体结构与功能通适平台课程,实施中遭遇课程内容重组融合、专业特色教育资源匮乏和理实一体教学等课题。学院分析了各专业对基础医学知识要求的异同点,重视专业的特定需求,提取专业要求的共性统一实施教学,以灵活性和整体性为原则,满足专业和岗位对学生的知识与技能要求。
目的:观察羊栖菜多糖(SFPS)对离体小鼠脾细胞免疫调节活性的影响.方法:10、30、100mg/L浓度的SFPS分别作用离体培养的小鼠脾细胞24、48和72 h.采用酶联免疫法测定其所分泌IL-2、TNF-α和IFN-γ量.结果:SFPS可显著升高小鼠脾细胞IL-2、TNF-α和IFN-γ的分泌量,这些作用与时间、浓度相关.其中,各浓度组均使IL-2的分泌量明显升高,100 mg/L浓度组效应最为显著,作用24、48、72 h后分别使IL-2的分泌量达到7.08、39.04、20.30 pg/mL;TNF-α的分泌的最高值则是由100 mg/L SFPS作用48 h引起;SFPS对IFN-γ分泌量的影响具有明显的量效关系,而不同时间组的差异不显著.结论:SFPS能明显增强离体小鼠脾细胞的免疫活性物质的分泌.具有明显的免疫调节活性.
实践教学是加深学生的理论认知度、培养综合能力和素质的重要环节。我院在人体机能学实践教学改革中,根据护理岗位的对职业能力、职业素质的要求,结合课程的特点,对课程实践教学的教学目标和教学内容进行了优化调整,以更好地适应高素质应用型人才培养的需要。
Objective To study the effect of Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharides(SFPS)on the proliferation of lung cancer cells,such as SPC-A-1 and human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs),and tumor vascular en-dothelial cells.Methods Proliferate activity of SPC-A-1、HUVECs and tumor vascular endothelial cells was moni-tored by MTT assay.Results SFPS at 300 mg/L、1 000 mg/L concentration significantly reduced proliferation of SPC-A-1.SFPS at 300 mg/L、1 000 mg/L concentration increased proliferate activity of HUVECs,but the prolifera-tion of tumor vascular endothelial cells was obviously restrained in SFPS groups(300 mg/L、1 000 mg/L.) Con-clusions SFPS at high concentration can reduce proliferate activity of SPC-A-1,and SFPS can also restrain the gro-wth of tumor by means of reducing the proliferation of tumor vascular endothelial cells.
Objective To observe effects of Sargassum fusiforme polysaccharides(SFPS)on mouse NK cell activity and the function of mouse peritoneal macrophages in vitro.Methods SFPS had treated the spleen cells of mice for 6、12 and 18 hours in different concentration(10 mg/L、30 mg/L、100 mg/L),NK cell activity were measured by MTT method.Mouse peritoneal macrophages had been treated by SFPS for 16、24 and 48 hours in different concentration(10 mg/L、30 mg/L、100 mg/L),the levels of nitric oxide were assessed.Results SFPS(10 mg/L、30 mg/L)significantly enhanced NK cell activity after treating the spleen cells of mice for 6 and 12 hours,and the effect of 30 mg/L concentration group was the most obviou(sP 0.01).Levels of nitric oxide of mouse peritoneal macrophages were increased more obviously after macrophages were treated with 10 mg/L and 3 0mg/L SFPS,and the effect was the most significant after treated with SFPS for 48 hour(sP 0.01).Conclusion SFPS could obviously enhance mouse NK cell activity and promote the release of nitric oxide in mouse peritoneal macrophages in vitro.
目的探讨羊栖菜多糖(SFPS)对抗高血糖致血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)损伤的保护作用。方法采用MTT法来检测在不同血糖浓度及不同SFPS浓度下人胎儿脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)的细胞存活率,采用比色法测定细胞培养液中LDH活力、NO水平及MDA含量。结果SFPS可剂量依赖性地抑制高糖所致细胞存活率的降低,阻止LDH外漏,增加NO释放,并减少MDA生成。结论羊栖菜多糖对高糖所致HUVEC损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Functional experiment is a new comprehensive experiment course.It has been listed as a compulsive course,as well as an important reform course to strengthen practical skills and the ability to apply knowledge in many medical colleges.By 4- year research and practice in advanced vocational subjects,the experimental methods have been improved,and some success has been achieved.
