【Objective】 To discuss the application value and security of insulin pump in operative period of type 2 diabetes.【Methods】 During the period of peri-operation,type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into groups of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII,n =60),and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(MSII,n =56).The patients' blood glucose modulations,the time of reaching the goal blood glucose,the insulin amount used,the complication and the wound healing situation were compared between both groups before and after treatment.【Results】 The blood glucose was effectively reduced in both groups(P 0.01) without obvious difference(P 0.05).The time of controlling the blood glucose after surgery,the insulin amount used,hypoglycemia rate,the complication rate in the CSII group were obviously lower than those in the MSII group(PP 0.05).【Conclusion】 Continuous insulin therapy in the perioperative period can rapidly and effectively control the blood glucose level,and reduce the incidences of hypoglycemia and infectious complications.

目的探讨糖尿病电脑治疗仪治疗76例糖尿病神经病变(DPN)的疗效.方法采用电脑治疗仪选择相应穴位行电脉冲刺激和毫米波照射治疗,每日1次,每次30min,10次为一疗程.结果总有效率达89.7%,其中麻木症状总有效率93.4%,疼痛缓解有效率86.5%,感觉异常有效率89.2%.结论电脑治疗仪能够明显改善DPN的神经症状,其疗效与DPN病程有关,病程越短,有效率越高,而且显效疗程越短.其操作方法简单,治疗无痛苦,无任何副作用.
