目的:探讨CT、MRI对喉癌及下咽癌喉外侵犯范围的价值。方法:回顾性分析33例喉及下咽癌喉外侵犯的CT、MRI表现,根据CT、MRI征象判断肿瘤的喉外侵犯范围,并将此结果与手术病理结果相对照。结果:CT、MRI判断肿瘤喉外部位或结构侵犯的敏感性分别为95.1%(39/41)、97.3%(36/37),阳性预测值分别为84.8%(39/46)、90.2%(37/41),假阴性率分别为4.9%(2/41)、2.6%(1/37)。结论:CT、MRI能较准确地反映喉及下咽癌喉外侵犯范围,这对于临床治疗有很大帮助。
Objective To discuss the representation and value of CT examination of mycosis of sinus. Method review of CT representations of 57 cases mycosis of sinus was made. Results The representing anomaly calcified shade among the parenchyma in the sinus is the characteristic representation of mycosis of sinus. The main value of the CT examination is to confirm the range and degree of damage.
上颌窦癌是在我国北方较多见的上颌窦恶性肿瘤,CT检查对于上颌窦癌的诊断及临床分期、治疗具有重要的指导价值.本文将28例上颌窦癌CT表现总结如下:
目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)对颈部神经源肿瘤的定位、定性诊断价值.方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的颈部神经源肿瘤MRI 31例,包括神经鞘瘤23例、神经纤维瘤7例、恶性神经源肿瘤1例.结果依据肿瘤引起的附近间隙、血管、肌肉等移位方向进行肿瘤定位.神经鞘瘤病理上有不同组成成分,因此可根据MRI的信号特点及增强后表现对其作出定性判断.结论 MRI是诊断颈部神经源肿瘤的有效方法,最有价值的诊断指征为肿瘤的部位、肿瘤与邻近结构的关系以及肿瘤的信号变化.
目的探讨CT、MRI检查在舌癌的诊断中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析31例经病理证实的舌癌的CT、MRI表现.结果 CT、MRI对舌癌的病变侵犯范围和扩散途径均能良好的显示.结论 CT、MRI可较准确的显示病变的范围及扩散途径,对临床治疗方案的确定提供了重要依据.
特发性弥漫性肺间质纤维化(IPF),又称隐原性致纤维性肺泡炎(CFA),1935年由Hamman和Rich首先报告[1].IPF临床上分为急性或亚急性型和慢性型,临床上见到的绝大多数为慢性型,且误诊、误治率很高.尤其是老年病例临床表现隐匿,早期不容易诊断,常被误诊为慢性支气管炎、肺内感染、肺癌等,延误治疗.以往国内外文献虽对本病已有报道[1-8],但针对老年病例的影像学诊断报道较少,早期诊断困难[2].本文分析了经临床和影像学检查确诊的老年IPF 68例(经病理学证实47例)的临床与影像学资料,寻找影像学诊断特征,旨在提高对老年IPF的影像学诊断水平.
Objective To evaluate spiral HRCT and multi-plane reconstruct(MPR) in diagnosing and clinical application of chronic otitis media ear diseases(cholesteatoma) Method Review the findings of spiral HRCT and multi-plane reconstruct(MPR) of chronic otitis media ear diseases(cholesteatoma) with surgical findings was made. Results the representation of chronic otitis media ear diseases(cholesteatoma) is parenchyma shade in tympanic sinus ,mastoid antrum destruction and replacement of auditory ossicles ,bone destruction of out-side wall ,inside wall ,down-side wall of media ear cavity,facial canal semicircular canal, sigmoid sinus,jugular fossa, external auditory meatus , and osteosclerosis around. All findings accord with the presentation of surgical findings. Conclusion spiral HRCT and multi-plane reconstruct(MPR) play an important role in displaying the structure of media ear, range of pathological change , diagnosing and clinical application of chronic otitis media ear diseases(cholesteatoma).
Objective To study the CT,MRI performance and invasion paths outside paranasal sinus malignant tumor.Methods The data of CT and MRI of 31 patients with paranasal sinuses malignant tumor were analyzed,tumor′s invasion scope and invasion paths outside according to the CT,MRI signs and symptoms.(Results Paranasal) sinus malignant tumor root mainly in maxillary sinus 17 cases(54.8%),then ethmoid sinus(10 cases)(32.3%),and frontal sinus 4 cases(12.9%).The CT and MRI results showed soft tissue disease focus was found and its boundary was not clear,enhancement CT and MRI scanning showed 8 and 11 cases had low and middle degrees enhancement,respectively.The pathological changes in 22 cases often be outside the nasal cavity and paranasal sinus but infringed upon the pterygopalatine fossa,orbit.Conclusion CT and MRI can display exactly tumor′s primary focus and its invasion outside the paranasal sinus and judge its invasion path.
目的:探讨重症急性呼吸系统综合征(SARS)的X线影像特点.方法:利用X线摄片对长春地区发病的35例患者的影像改变与临床的相关性进行分析.结果:总结出SARS的4种X线表现.结论:SARS影像变化快、多样化,临床主要通过呼吸道传播,常规消炎治疗无效,用皮质激素治疗有效.
Objective To explore the value of CT and MRI on invasive range and preoperative staging of the laryngeal carcinoma in the aged patients.Methods CT and MRI information of 26 cases with laryngeal catcinoma was analyzed retrospectively. The tumor invasive extent and staging with CT and MRI were compared with operation-pathologic results.ResultsThe sensitivity, positive predictive value and the accuracy of tumor staging of CT and MRI in assessing invasion of latyngeal catcinoma were higher 〔94.5% (121/128) vs 94.0% (79/84) and 85.3% (121/142) vs 86.9% (79/91) and 80.0% (12/15) vs 85.7% (6/7), respectively〕.But 5.4% (7/128) and 5.9% (5/84) invasion were missed with CT and MRI.Conclusions CT and MRI are useful in assessing invasive range and preoperative staging of latyngeal catcinoma, and it is helpful to clinical treatment of this disease.
