目的:研究采用施图伦滴眼液滴眼联合口服适丽顺胶囊治疗新发生理性玻璃体混浊(发病4周内),对比口服适丽顺胶囊,是否可收到更加满意的治疗效果.方法:选取2020年4月至2021年4月经江门市新会区人民医院眼科诊治的新发生理性玻璃体混浊(发病4周内)的患者60例(60眼)作为研究对象,将患者随机分成对照组及观察组,每组30例.对照组给予口服适丽顺胶囊.观察组在口服适丽顺胶囊的基础上增加施图伦滴眼液滴眼,进行治疗时间3个月,参与时间半年,定期回院受访,每次接受医生症状问询及眼科的相关医学检查.分析对照组及观察组分
目的:探讨选择性激光小梁成形术(SLT)在继发性青光眼治疗中的应用价值.方法:选取本院于2017年1月-2018年8月收治的68例(68眼)由于硅油填充而继发青光眼患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组34例,对照组单纯给予药物治疗,观察组则行SLT治疗,对比两组治疗前及治疗后1天、2周与1、2、3个月时的眼压变化情况,另比较两组并发症情况.结果:两组治疗1周及1、2、3个月时的眼压下降值相比对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率相比对照组,无明显差异(P>0.05).结论:针对继发性青光眼患者,行SL治疗,效果理想且安全,临床应用价值高.
目的 观察复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的效果及并发症发生情况.方法 86例青光眼患者,按照随机原则分为甲组及乙组,每组43例.甲组给予传统小梁切除术治疗,乙组给予复合式小梁切除术治疗,观察并比较两组疗效、并发症(黄斑水肿、眼压过低、脉络膜脱离)发生情况及治疗前后眼压检测情况.结果 乙组显效34例(79.07%),有效7例(16.28%),无效2例(4.65%),总有效率为95.35%;甲组显效20例(46.51%),有效13例(30.23%),无效10例(23.26%),总有效率为76.74%.乙组总有效率高于甲组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).乙组术后并发症发生率为2.33%,低于甲组的25.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,乙组眼压为(28.31±3.25)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),与甲组的(28.14±3.30)mm Hg比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,乙组眼压为(12.97±3.30)mm Hg,甲组眼压为(16.78±2.58)mm Hg;两组均低于本组治疗前,且乙组低于甲组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 青光眼患者接受复合式小梁切除术治疗,疗效显著,值得推广.
目的 观察0.2%丝裂霉素C对翼状胬肉撕除术后预防胬肉复发的疗效.方法 198例(209眼)翼状胬肉随机分成2组.对照组101眼,观察组108眼,两组均施行胬肉撕除术,观察组术中用0.2%丝裂霉素C,随访1 2个月.结果 对照组复发率27.7%,观察组复发率9.3%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01).观察组角膜创面延迟愈合,8眼有浅层点状角膜炎,无1例结膜切口裂开.结论 翼状胬肉撕除术联合丝裂霉素能有效预防胬肉复发.
Objective To study the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF)in survival of super-length random flap.Methods The experiment employed the animal model of random flap in Wistar's rat back,applied 66.7 μg NGF locally in trial group's flap at the first day after operation with auto-control.The survival proportion,skin temperature and survival rate of random flap were observed,and the blood flow,the blood flow velocity,the blood flow volume change of random flap were measured by the laser and photic-conduct fiber means in differ time.Results The survival proportion(7.12±1.54)cm2 and survival rate(92±5)%of random flap of trial group was obviously higher(P<0.05)than those in control group[(5.23±0.19)cm2,(69±5)%]after pedicle division.The blood flow,the blood flow velocity,the blood flow volume and skin temperature in the midge and at the end of random flap in the trial group were obviously higher than those in control group 1 day after operation(P<0.05),and the blood flow velocity in the pedicle of random flap in the trial group was increased markedly(P<0.05).The blood flow volume and skin temperature in the pedicle of random flap in the trial group were higher than those in control group 3 days after operation(P<0.05).The survival of randomflapinthetrial groupwere very significantly increased than those in control group 7 days after operation(P<0.01).Conclusion NGF can increase flap's blood flow,blood flow velocity and blood flow volume,enhancing survival of the big-proportioned and super-length random flap.
1材料和方法 1.1实验动物分组及模型制作健康Wistar大鼠40只,雌雄各半,200~250 g,由沈阳医学院实验动物中心提供,采用自身对照.Wistar大鼠用1%戊巴比妥钠溶液,腹腔注射麻醉,并固定于恒温手术台上,动物俯卧;用硫化钠、滑石粉、面粉三者1:1:1加水搅拌成糊状脱毛剂,将其涂于大鼠背部.脱毛后,皮肤常规消毒,用1.5 cm×4.5 cm的模板在大鼠背部脊柱两侧对称部位分别做一随意皮瓣,头侧端为蒂.术后第一天随机选择一侧皮瓣为实验组,皮下注射0.5 ml(66.7μg)NGF(购于大连司威特制药有限公司);另一侧为对照组,皮下注射0.5ml生理盐水.术后第5天两侧皮瓣断蒂.
Aim: To examine the characteristics of distribution of the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGF-R) before and after the flap transplantation and the effects of exogenous EGF on the distribution of EGF-R. Methods: Caudally based random skin flaps (2.5 cm × 1.5 cm) were raised on the backs of healthy Wistar rats, and EGF was instilled under flaps after closure. The streptavidin-biotin peroxidase complex immunohistochemical staining method was used. Results: EGF receptors distributed in the epidermis of the skin, the vascular endothelial cells in the dermis and hypodermis, the fibroblasts and the epithelial cells of the hair follicle and the sweat gland. Compared with peri-operation, the quantity of positive immunoreactive cells increased gradually from the 1st day to 9th day after operation, and reached the peak value [(95 ± 6) cells] at 9 day, then recovered to the peri-operation level[ (38 ± 4) cells] at 13 day. Compared with the control group, the positive immunoreactive cells in the trial group increased remarkably from the 1st day to the 6th day after operation and applying the exogenous EGF. The peak value [ (128 ± 5) cells] reached at 6 day which was 3 days earlier than that of the control group. Conclusion: EGF-R distributes in the epidermis of the skin, the vascular endothelial cells in the dermis and hypodermis, the fibroblasts, and the endothelial cells and the sweat gland.
Aim: To study the change of blood flow velocity and skin temperature of the random pattern flap during the process of healing under the regulation of nerve growth factor(NGF). Methods: The animal model of the random pattern flap in rat back was adopted. NGF 66. 7 μg were locally injected once only in experimental group after operation with auto-control. The changes of blood flow velocity and skin temperature of random pattern flap were observed continuously by using laser and fiber optic techniques. Results: The blood flow velocities of the end, middle and pedicle of the random pattern flap in the experimental group[ (0.94 ± 0.32), (1.09 ± 0.53) and (1.11 ± 0.94) mm/s] were obviously faster than those in the control group[ (0.85 ± 0.29), (0.96 ± 0.31) and (1.01 ± 0.34) mm/s] 1 day after operation(t = 2.39, 1.98 and 2.13, P < 0.05). The blood flow velocities of the middle and pedicle of random flap in the experimental group [ (0.99 ± 0.42), (0.96 ± 0.25) mm/s] were very significantly faster than those in the control group[ (0.83 ± 0.37), (0.80 ± 0.41) mm/s] 5 days after the operation(t = 2.6 and 3.31, P < 0.01). The skin temperatures of the middle and end parts were (30.91 ± 1.13), (30.15 ± 0.92) °C 1 day after the operation and that of the pedicle part was (30.52 ± 0.62) °C 3 days after the operation in the experimental group, significantly higher than those in the control group[ (28.95 ± 1.06), (29.05 ± 1.23) and (29.31 ± 1.19) °C respectively] (t = 2.12, 1.99 and 2.31, P < 0.05). Conclusion: NGF can promote the survival status by increasing blood flow velocity of the ultra-long random flap.
Aim: To study the effect of locally using exogenous nerve growth factor (NGF) on promoting ultra-long random flap survival. Methods: The animal model of random flap in rat back was adopted. NGF 66.7 μg were locally injected once only in trial group after operation with auto-control. The survival area and rate of random flap were observed continuously, and also the blood flow changes were measured by the laser and fiber optic in different time. Results: The survival area and rate of random flap in trial group [(7.12 ± 1.54) cm2, (92 ± 5)%] were obviously higher than those in control group[(5.23 ± 0.19) cm2, (69 ± 5)%] (t = 2.33, P < 0.05) after pedicle division. The blood flows in the middle and at the end of flap in the trial group[(0.138 ± 0.065), (0.082 ± 0.026) mL/min · g respectively] were significantly higher than those in control group[(0.086 ± 0.031), (0.051 ± 0.037) mL/min · g respectively] (t = 2.05, 2.41, P < 0.05) 24 h after operation. The blood flow of the pedicle (0.184 ± 0.050) mL/min · g in trial group was higher than that in the control group (0.141 ± 0.044) mL/min · g, (t = 2.29, P < 0.05) at 5 day. The blood flow of three parts of end, middle and pedicle in both groups changed significantly[(0.151 ± 0.051), (0.174 ± 0.048), (0.168 ± 0.057) mL/min · g in trial group, and(0.088 ± 0.062), (0.108 ± 0.055), (0.117 ± 0.076) mL/min · g in control group] (t = 5.17, 4.79, 2.76, P < 0.01) at 7 day. Conclusion: NGF can promote survival status by increasing blood flow of the ultra-long random flap.

Conclusion FGF\|R existed in all these cells in the skin flap of Wistar rat. The quantity of the positive immunoreactive cells for FGF\|R increased gradually from the 1st day after operation, and the peak value is on the fifth day.
