Technology opportunity analysis (TOA) is of great help to technology innovation and R&D strategy of enterprises. Most previous studies of TOA only focused on scientific research or technology development phases, seldom linking technology opportunities to business applications. Using both patent and trademark data, we focused on the linkage of technology and business areas and discovered technology opportunities based on firms’ existing technology base. First, we extracted common product keywords from two data sources to construct document-keyword matrices. Then, we matched patents and trademarks with common keywords to build the relevancy network between technology and the business areas. Finally, we discovered technology opportunities from potential undeveloped business areas, taking into account technology-business relevancy and firms’ technology base. We conducted a case study on 3D printing to test our method.
Objective To explore the nursing effect of applying the operating room nursing process during emergency caesarean section. Methods 100 cases of caesarean section in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (50 cases). The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group implemented operation room nursing process intervention. Perioperative related indicators, maternal adverse events and neonatal adverse events were observed. Results Compared with the conventional intervention control group, the operation room response time, preoperative preparation time, operation time, and blood test sheet acquisition time of the observation group using the operation room nursing process were shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss was lower (P<0.05). The incidence of neonatal and maternal adverse events was lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion During critical cesarean section, the application of operating room nursing process has many advantages, not only can shorten the perioperative medical work time, but also can reduce the incidence of neonatal and maternal adverse events.
[目的/意义] 科学与技术之间的密切关系,使得结合论文与专利进行技术机会分析比使用单一数据更加合理与高效。本文使科学技术关系的生成更自动化,减弱对主观判断的依赖,使技术颗粒更加精细,同时为技术研发人员提供研发建议,将科学研究中汲取的理念应用到相应的技术创新中去。[方法/过程] 将论文、专利的摘要文本进行Doc2vec向量表示,通过文本相似性将其关联成网络,再基于Louvain算法生成科技主题聚类,识别科学研究推动的技术机会。最后以3D打印技术为案例进行实证研究。[结果/结论] 识别出若干科学研究推动的技术机会,并验证所识别的机会具有一定的技术潜力,证明方法的可行性和有效性。
通过对传统纹饰的时间、空间、历史等诸多要素的梳理和分析,挖掘其时空演化规律,并探寻一套传承纹饰文化内涵的脉络.提取传统纹饰的视觉特征,以视觉相似度作为纹饰相关度的度量值,并依据纹饰相关属性构建传统纹饰语义网.利用所提的基于知识推理的演化关系发现算法预测传统纹饰的演化过程.以《中国纹样全集》为实验数据,抽取纹饰属性及其关系,整理出不同时期不同地域的纹饰共有1500个,纹饰之间形成的关系有13600个,通过实验验证了基于知识推理的传统纹样演化关系发现算法的可行性,并通过可视化呈现更直观地展示了纹饰的演化过程.
When considering a joint venture or merger, it is essential for firms to explore innovators with complementary technology to compensate for any internal limitations in R&D resources. In this article, we provide a framework for exploring the technology complementarity between enterprises in a quantitative manner based on text-mining patent data. A hierarchical latent Dirichlet allocation topic model identifies the technology topics hidden in patent documents along with the hierarchical structure of those topics. The technology complementarity between broad classes of technology and their subclassifications across enterprises is then measured with an improved formulation. An empirical study on three-dimensional printing illustrates the validity, reliability, and practicality of this method and the measurement formula used, endorsed by technical experts. This method can be used to identify R&D opportunities, to find appropriate acquisition targets and potential collaborators, and to support managerial decision-making with quantified information on technology complementarity.
Formulating good R&D strategy requires sound knowledge of the past and present R&D trends in various industry sectors. Therefore, this paper outlines a framework for mining industry level R&D trends from patents that were designed for enterprises. Unlike the current alternatives, the approach presented here considers both patent applications and invalidated patents, i.e., those patents that have expired, lapsed, or been revoked. The result is a richer and more comprehensive analysis that covers the full lifespan of a targeted technology from emergence to decline. The framework comprises of a LDA topic model that identifies the technologies and sub-technologies, and of each individual patent and invalidated patent. Then, two specifically designed measures chart the stages of the technologies' life. An application metric reflects annual levels of interest in an area, while an invalidation metric traces waning interest. The output is a series of trend maps that show the levels of interest and disinterest in different avenues of inquiry over time. Charted on different axes, these two metrics create two distinct trend lines that reflect the different changes over a technology's lifecycle. A case study that focused on China's 3-D printing technology illustrates the approach. The analysis results are highly consistent with the present technology trends across industries, which indicates that the method could serve as a useful reference tool for analyzing R&D trends and creating new R&D strategies.
文章以云盘小程序为载体,从用户体验要素中范围层、结构层、表现层三方面进行分析和研究.文章首先阐述了用户体验要素以及云盘相关内容;其次,采用问卷法、访谈法等方式定性定量分析用户,结合用户旅程地图确定用户使用云盘过程中存在的痛点,并据此进行基于用户体验要素的云盘小程序设计策略.通过文章的研究,探寻云场景下的更多可能性,使用户获得更好的体验.
为明确东营凹陷北部盐22区块沙四上亚段砂砾岩沉积特征及空间演化规律,结合岩心观察、FMI成像测井资料、测井及地震资料,对研究区岩相组合类型、分布特征及演化规律进行了深入分析.结果表明:研究区沙四上亚段发育近岸水下扇沉积,根据成像测井及岩心资料划分了砾岩相、砂岩相和泥岩相三大类岩相类型及6种岩相组合类型,建立了研究区砂砾岩扇体早期退积—晚期进积的发育演化模式.整体上,东营凹陷北部盐22区块沙四上亚段近岸水下扇发育演化受古气候变化、事件性重力流、湖水位变化及构造活动共同控制.研究结果为研究区扇体内部的砂体发育规律研究及油气勘探开发提供了地质依据.
Detecting the first signs of change in one's technological surroundings is a critical factor in the success of an enterprise, and technology opportunity analysis can be a crucial process in identifying those signs. However, the common keyword-based methods of analysis do not fully express the relationships between technologies. Subject-action-object (SAO) analysis offers a solution to this problem but, currently, these methods only consider the relationships that already exist. Yet, intuitively, technology opportunities are most likely to reside in potential connections. To test this notion, in this article we conduct a case study on malignant melanoma of the skin. First, we construct an SAO network of the titles and abstracts of medical documents, then use a link prediction algorithm to identify probable future links between unconnected nodes. These possible new technology combinations are further analyzed with a backtracking algorithm to reveal the most promising technology opportunities. Further analysis of the results combined with medical knowledge confirms the effectiveness of our method.
滩坝作为发育于滨岸带非常重要的沉积储集层类型之一,已成为隐蔽油气藏勘探的目标.为进一步明确峡山湖东岸滨浅湖滩坝沉积模式,以现代沉积考察为基础,结合探地雷达技术和粒度分析资料,对东岸研究区滩坝砂体的沉积特征以及控制因素进行详细分析.结果表明:峡山湖东岸主要发育风成沙丘及滩坝2种沉积体系.早期风成沉积物以发育连续性好的大型板状交错层理细砂为主,分选较好,粒度概率曲线以两段式为特征;滩坝沉积物以发育连续性差的板状交错层理、平行层理中砂为主,主要为反粒序或者复合粒序,具冲刷构造,岩性较混杂并以砂泥薄互层为特征,发育大量植物根系,粒度概率曲线以三段式为主,跳跃组分分为2段,分选较好.探地雷达资料表明研究区下部主要以厚层层状反射结构砂体为主,与风成沙丘沉积反射特征较为一致,环境敏感粒度组分对滩坝沉积较强的水动力作用有较好的指示.总体上,风力作用控制了风成砂体的沉积发育并且改变了古地貌条件,风浪作用冲刷改造了早期砂体,为滩坝的发育提供了物源,控制了滩坝发育的规模和地理位置,可概括为"风运—湖改"滩坝沉积模式,可为滩坝体系的识别和有利储集层预测提供指导.
目的 对手术室护理路径在普外科手术患者中的应用方法及临床效果进行研究和分析.方法 选取我院2019年1月~2019年6月普外科收治的120例手术患者作为本次研究对象,并按照所采取护理方式的不同将其分为研究组(手术室护理路径护理)和对照组(常规护理),观察和比较两组患者治疗护理效果.结果 研究组患者焦虑抑郁评分明显优于对照组,护理满意度研究组也要高于对照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05).结论 对普外科手术患者实施手术室护理路径可有效缓解患者的负面情绪,提升其在治疗期间的满意程度.

[Purpose / Significance] In recent years, China's trademark agency service industry has been developing rapidly. However, neither national standards nor industry standards have been established for trademark agency services. This study aims to provide insights into the ways of improviding China's trademark agency service quality management. What's worse, the normalization of agency services is unsatisfactory and the quality of agency service is uneven. [Method / Process]Based on the SERVQUAL scale, this paper builds a seven-dimensional evaluation index system of service quality of trademark agent by adding two evaluation indicators, namely "service remediation" and "management information system". Meanwhile, we took Q Company's trademark agency service business as the research object for empirical analysis. [Results / Conclusions] The result shows that the overall service quality of Q company's trademark agency is acceptable, but there is still room for improvement in the specific seven dimensions of the evaluation index system. On this basis, it proposes the improvement measures for the establishment of a comprehensive service quality management system, the establishment of a standard system for agency service, the further optimization of the management information system and the improvement of the comprehensive service capabilities of personnel.

本试验选取位于泰山海拔260(T260)、850(T850)、1500 m(T1500)处的土壤样本,利用Illumina MiSeq测序平台分析泰山不同海拔土壤的细菌群落特征.结果显示:泰山不同海拔地区的土壤细菌多样性、丰富度和群落结构存在显著差异.细菌的多样性具有随海拔升高而下降的趋势.T260土壤细菌丰富度最高,其次是T1500和T850.不同海拔的细菌群落组成不同,T260的土壤细菌群落结构与T850和T1500的相似度低,T850和T1500的相似度较高.T260的OTU数明显多于T850和T1500,T850和T1500的OTU数较为接近.从门水平分析,3组样本中含量最多的均是放线菌门(Actinobacteria),所占比例分别为41.5%、48.4%和50.3%,随着海拔增高占比逐渐增多.可见,海拔因素与泰山土壤细菌多样性、丰富度和群落结构有显著相关性.
滦平盆地下白垩统西瓜园组沉积期发育大量的粗碎屑岩沉积,通过野外实地考察以及结合无人机摄影技术,将流体搬运机制与微相划分相结合,对断陷湖盆内部粗碎屑沉积体进行详细研究.结果表明:滦平盆地西瓜园组沉积期北部受边界断层活动影响,发育典型陆相断陷湖盆的近岸水下扇沉积体系.根据露头观测及研究,可划分出扇根、扇中及扇端三种亚相.其中扇根亚相以碎屑物质直接入湖、岩性较粗、分选极差、无磨圆为特征.扇中亚相采用"水下河道微相"及"边缘微相"的划分方式,水下河道微相可见同时发育由碎屑流及浊流两种不同流体性质控制的沉积体,沉积迅速,界限清晰且含轻微冲刷,横向连续性较为稳定,砾石出现一定定向性,磨圆较差,在扇中亚相中最为发育;边缘微相沉积相对较为混杂,漂砾较为常见,可见明显的板状交错层理,横向连续性差,指示河道的改道或者边缘沉积,不发育冲刷-充填构造.扇端亚相以砂泥岩薄互层或者厚层细砂岩为特征,可见细小砾石层.微相划分方法结合流体搬运机制及沉降方式,更加具有成因性依据,同时更好地解释了远离物源区的稳定砾石层发育.研究结果为近岸水下扇内部砂体发育规律和叠置关系研究及下一步油气勘探与开发提供了新思路.
深秋时节,广西东兰县坡索村绵延起伏的青山下,层次丰富的富硒米稻田一望无边,如诗如画,稻田边上是一栋栋崭新的洋楼. 东兰县属于滇桂黔石漠化片区,是国家扶贫开发重点县、深度贫困县,是少数民族地区、边远山区、大石山区,这里曾经交通闭塞,基础设施落后.如今,在南方电网公司的帮扶下,东兰县贫困发生率由“十二五”初期的将近50%下降到3%以下,为东兰县2019年实现脱贫摘帽目标奠定坚实的基础.
