目的:探讨退休人员高尿酸血症与高血脂、高血糖和高血压的相关性。方法对9721例退休人员健康体检资料中高血尿酸的检出结果分三个年龄段(50—59岁组、60—69岁组、≥70岁组)进行对比分析;高血尿酸组与正常血尿酸组高血脂、高血糖、高血压的伴随检出结果进行对比分析。结果男性高尿酸血症检出率高于女性,高尿酸血症检出率随年龄增大而呈现增高趋势;高尿酸血症组伴随高血脂、高血糖、高血压的检出率明显高于正常血尿酸组。结论高尿酸血症是老年男性人群的高发病,与高血脂、高血糖、高血压的发生密切相关,应及时有针对性地进行医学干预。
目的:了解退休人员基本健康状况,制定有针对性的健康干预措施。方法对9721例企业退休人员体检资料进行回顾性分析。结果93.07%的受检者检出1项或多项异常,91.31%的受检者检出2种以上疾病或指标异常。高血压、高脂血症、脂肪肝、白内障、心电图异常、高尿酸和高血糖检出位列前7位。高脂血症、脂肪肝随年龄增加检出率明显减少(P<0.05);白内障、高尿酸、高血糖随年龄增加检出率明显增高(P<0.05);高血压、高尿酸男性检出率明显高于女性(P<0.05);高脂血症、泌尿系感染女性检出率明显高于男性(P<0.05)。结论危害企业退休人员身体健康的主要疾病是慢性非传染性疾病,与老年退行性病变、不良生活习惯等相关,应重视企业退休人员的健康管理,有针对性地进行健康干预。
目的分析成人肺炎支原体肺炎临床特点,探讨诊断策略并评价抗生素联合治疗疗效。方法回顾性分析72例成人肺炎支原体肺炎患者的临床资料,统计治疗前后实验室检查及胸部X线检查情况。结果72例成人肺炎支原体肺炎患者治疗后显效率为100%,复查胸部X线显示肺部病变完全吸收,胸腔积液消失,48小时内体温降至37℃以下,72例患者随访均未见复发。结论肺炎支原体肺炎的临床诊断应对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析并结合影像学表现和血清学检查结果进行综合判断;治疗用大环内脂类加喹诺酮类抗生素联合抗感染,可取得良好的效果。

To analyze HSP70 expression difference in lymphocytes of soldiers lived in Guangdong(South China),Jiangsu and Ningxia(North China). Flow cytometry was used for detecting HSP70 in peripheral blood lymphocytes of these soldiers after their lymphocytes were incubated at different temperatures: ①basal condition-incubation at 37℃ for 4 h; ②hot damage condition-at 37℃ for 3.5 h,then at 45℃ for 0.5 h; ③cold damage condition-at 37℃ for 3 h,then at 10℃ for 1 h. The expression levels of HSP70 in Ningxia soldiers in the basal and hot damage condition (809.93±58.37 and 959.23±90.28 fluorescence channel,respectively) were significantly higher than those(754.34±60.82 and 887.29±72.85 fluorescence channel)(P0.05) in Guangdong soldiers. However,the expression levels of HSP70 in lymphocytes of soldiers from the three areas under the cold damage condition did not show significant differences. [Conclusion] The results suggest that there is a significant difference in the expression levels of HSP70 among soldiers from South and North China under the basal and hot damage conditions (P0.05), but there is no significant difference under the cold damage condition (P0.05).
Objective:To study the related dangerous factors of acute cerebral apoplexy (ACA) combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage (UGH).Methods:By investigating the clinical data of 391 cases of acute cerebral apoplexy in hospital, we retrospectively analyze such aspects as age, the type of cerebral apoplexy, the position of pathological changes, the degree of the illness, the death rate of illness and the incidence rate of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Results:There are 62(15.9%) cases of ACA combined with UGH in 391 cases of ACA. The incidence rate increases with the growing age, and the percentage is 51.6% when the age is ≥ 70 years. The rate of bleeding cerebral apoplexy is obviously larger than that of ischemia one(P0.01). The rate of thalamus bleeding, apoplexy entering cerebral ventricle is larger than that of bleeding at other positions (P0.05,P0.01).The rate of cerebral infarction in large area, frequent cerebral infarction is larger than that of other ones (P0.05,P0.010). The rate of the serious cerbral apoplexy is larger than that of the slight one or medium-degree one(P0.01). There is a very significant difference (P0.01)between the death rate of cerebral apoplexy combined with UGH (24.2%) and that of cerebral apoplexy combined with no UGH (3.6%). Conclusion:ACA combined with UGH is correlated with the type of cerebral apoplexy, the position of pathological changes and the degree of the illness.
Objective To explore the effect of air temperature on nitric monoxide (NO) and nitric monoxide synthase (NOS) in armed policemen from different air temperature zones.Methods 755 healthy armed policemen,randomly chosen from different air temperature zones(Harbin,Beijing,Nanjing,Guangzhou and Chengdu),were divided into five groups according to air temperature and were matched with sex,age and service time.Contents of NO and activities of NOS in plasma were detected with corresponding reagent kits after the questionnaire.Results The contents of NO and activities of NOS in plasma of armed policemen from Harbin,Beijing,Nanjing,Chengdu and Guangzhou were(62.31±49.51), (76.63±48.32), (76.71±53.25), (79.35±28.65), (81.37±40.96) μmol/L and (36.96±2.81),(37.43±3.53),(37.92±3.04),(37.98±3.63), (38.14±1.85) U/ml respectively.They tended to increase as the air temperature did.There were significant differences among five groups (P0.05).Conclusions Air temperature could result in increase of the content of NO and activity of NOS.The content of NO and activity of NOS might be considered as an index to evaluate heat tolerance of armed policemen fron different air temperature zones.

我院以科室为单位进行护理成本核算,分别按护理项目分类,按特殊疾病谱、特殊致病菌感染分类,分别设计了各种护理成本核算的方法表.结果显示,应用护理成本核算方法后,供应室卫生材料的支出1998年、1999年就比1997年分别下降了17%和18%,达到了既增收又低耗的经营效果.建议政府部门在制定医疗收费价格时能考虑到医疗劳务费这一技术含金量,使医务人员自身价值能体现在社会效益和经济效益上.
目的:为了做好武警部队军事训练伤的卫生保障工作,调查运动系统训练伤在武警部队训练中的发生特点,探讨降低训练伤的有效预防对策.方法:根据<中国人民解放军军事训练伤诊断分类标准>,采用随机整群抽样填表调查的方式对武警某部队1 986名战士运动系统训练伤的情况进行调查.结果:武警部队运动系统训练伤的发生率为25.3%,全训组(29.6%)明显高于非全训组(21.1%),两组相比,差异非常显著(P<0.01).发生率与入伍时间及训练科目、训练时间、训练强度有密切关系,训练伤主要以骨关节伤(全训组41%,半训组40.7%)和软组织伤(全训组45%,半训组35.7%)为主,致伤因素主要为器械、擒敌技术、400 m障碍、5 km越野等,全训组在战术科目上的发生率显著高于半训组,两组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01).结论:该部队训练伤发病率较高,应加强全训部队及新兵的卫生知识宣传、教育,强化基层医务人员的医学监督职能,基层指挥员应学会合理安排军事训练,科学施训.

In order to know whether Naloxone can prevent mice from heat stroke,the survival rate and ave\|rage survival time of mice administrated with different doses of Naloxone at 180,240 and 330 min after exposed to 42 ℃in an environment cabinet were observed.The results were as follows:(1)Survival rates of all dosage group at all different exposure periods were lower than those of the control.(2)Accompanied with the increase of injec\|ted dosage of Naloxone,the survival rate increased within 240 min,whereas beyond 240 min this trend diminished.(3)The average survival times of low,medium and high dose groups were 239.35±83.99,275.00±71.40 and 299.65±46.46 min respectively.They all were lower than that of the control(317.90±45.51 min).These results suggest that no significance of Naloxone was found in prevention of heat stroke in mice and in increase of survival rate when exposed to 42℃.Q

[Objective] To analyze the effect of the inner causes and multi - climatic elements on 1000 soldiers heatstroke in their armed cross- county training. [Method] Draw a conclusion on 41 cases of heatstroke - endured soldiers in 4 days combining with climatic condition of that time. And analyzed them according to 《Diagnosis Standard And Dealing Principles Of Occupational Heatstroke》. [Result] Heatstroke usually takes place in June and July when it's hot and damp. All the 41 patients experienced a change in serum enzyme at some extent. Among the 15 seriously heatstroke - endured patients, one of them died from serious acute renal failure. [Conclusion] soldiers' childhood diseases, psychological elements and individual heat adapting ability are main internal causes, while climatic elements are external causes shouldn't be ignored. To strengthen the function of emergency treatment system is an important measure to release, reduce and prevent heatstroke.
