目的 探讨授权教育及思维导图对再生障碍性贫血患者自我感受负担及应对方式的影响.方法 选取2015年11月-2018年2月我院收治的再生障碍性贫血患者70例,将2015年11月-2017年6月收治的患者35例纳入对照组,实施常规健康教育干预;将2017年7月-2018年2月收治的患者35例纳入观察组,实施授权教育结合思维导图干预.比较两组患者自我感受负担、应对方式和治疗依从性.结果 与对照组比较,观察组患者自我感受负担量表(SPBS)各维度评分、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)中回避评分及屈服评分均较低,面对评分及依从良好率均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将授权教育与思维导图结合应用于再生障碍性贫血患者治疗中,能明显降低自我感受负担,有益于患者树立积极乐观的应对方式,增强治疗依从性.
Objective To explore the clinical value of new high-throughput drug sensitivity (HDS) screening technology in the individualized medication of relapsed refractory acute myeloid leukemia patients. Methods We collected bone marrow samples of 19 patients with relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukemia, enriching and culturing leukemic cancer cells by HDS technology. In vitro efficacy evaluation of 15 single drugs and 17 chemotherapy regimens was carried out according to the blood peak concentration corresponding to clinical dose. The drugs and programs were divided into four levels: high, medium, low and insensitive, according to the inhibition rate of cell activity detected and calculated by Celltiter-Glo based chemiluminescence, then we observed the clinical remission rate. Results Among the 19 patients, there were 4 cases of non-remission (NR), 4 cases of complete remission (CR) and 11cases of partial remission (PR), and the overall remission rate was 78.94%. The sensitivity frequency of DAE, DAC, HAD and HD-DA schemes were higher than 68%. Conclusion The high-throughput drug sensitivity screening technology is a rapid, efficient and low-cost detection technology, with good clinical application value in individualized medication of relapsed refractory AML patients, worthy of clinical promotion in the post genomic era.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the trend of antibiotic resistance of extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) producing in our hospital,and to provide a guidance for clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli strains were collected,which were isolated from patients in clinical in 2006 2011.Bacterial susceptibility testing were detected by Vitek-32 automatic identification system.The results were evaluated based on Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institude(CLSI).RESULTS All of 1 563 strains of K.pneumoniae were considered ESBLs,the positive rate was 57.80%.All of 2 506 strains Escherichia coli considered ESBLs,the positive rate was 30.55%.Imipenem should be considered to be a preferred antibiotic when used on ESBLs producing K.pneumoniae and Escherichia coli infected cases.CONCLUSION ESBLs K.pneumoniae and Escherichia coli have the multidrug-resistant phenomenon.Surveillance should be intensified,so as to avoid the increasing,diffusive and popular of ESBLs-producing bacteria.
目的:利用电脑程序完成麻醉药品、第一类精神药品处方专册登记.方法:设计程序,利用系统中的处方信息并结合手工录入,完成对处方的登记.结果:使用此程序对麻醉药品、第一类精神药品处方进行专册登记比手工登记快,并可避免手工登记差错;导出数据后加以筛选,方便了对临床科室使用情况的检查.结论:此程序的使用方便了日常处方的登记和检查工作,极大地提高了工作效率.
目的比较国产与进口罗红霉素治疗呼吸道感染的经济效果。方法选择120例呼吸道感染者,随机均分为国产罗红霉素组,进口罗红霉素(罗力得)组。口服国产罗红霉素组150 m g,1日2次;口服进口罗红霉素组150 m g,1日2次。疗程均为7~14 d,采用药物经济学中的成本-效果分析的方法进行比较。结果国产罗红霉素组与进口罗红霉素组有效率分别为86.67%和91.67%,细菌清除率为80.00%和81.67%,不良反应发生率6.67%和5.00%。两组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论国产罗红霉素治疗下呼吸道感染疗效较好、安全,经济效果优于进口罗红霉素。
目的总结医院开展临床药物咨询工作的意义.方法对浙江省嘉兴市第一医院2004年1~12月6 080例次用药咨询记录进行回顾性分析.结果用药咨询中医师咨询2 753例次(占45.28%),护士咨询607例次(占9.98%),患者咨询2 720例次(占44.74%);其中药物信息咨询1216例次,药品用法用量咨询1095例次,药物不良反应咨询973例次,药物相互作用和禁忌症咨询730例次.结论临床用药咨询不仅是药学人员与医生、护士、患者交流的途径,也是患者急需的服务,有必要在医院内开展.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of Cangshu compound disinfectant to indoor air disinfection in clean workshop.METHODS:The plate sedimenation method was used for air sampling and the efficacy was compared between cangshu compound disinfectant and formaldehyde disinfectant.RESULTS:The number of bacterial colonies in the air after disinfection were less than the standard of GMP.CONCLUSION:The method was suitable for the air disinfection in clean workshop.
