目的:评价心理护理干预用于冠心病病人中效果.方法:将我院接收的冠心病患者当中抽选出200例列为观察对象,以护理形式的不同划分为常规组以及研究组,每组的样本容量均等分成100例.常规组获得常规护理干预模式,研究组获得心理护理干预模式.就两组护理满意度、焦虑以及抑郁情绪评分予以比较及评价.结果:研究组护理满意度高于常规组的同时组间差异性显著(P<0.05);研究组焦虑以及抑郁情绪评分低于常规组的同时组间差异性显著(P<0.05).结论:针对冠心病患者提供心理护理干预模式,可为提升护理满意度并缓解负性心境给予有力支持,故值得积极实施并大力提倡.
目的 初步探讨鼠李糖乳杆菌的产后抗抑郁作用及其潜在机制.方法 在雌性小鼠妊娠期间施用地塞米松磷酸钠建立产后抑郁症(PPD)模型.适应性喂养结束后,将受孕的50只雌性小鼠随机分为鼠李糖乳杆菌干预低剂量组(Ⅰ组)、鼠李糖乳杆菌干预高剂量组(Ⅱ组)、阳性对照组(Ⅲ组)、模型对照组(Ⅳ组)和空白对照组(Ⅴ组).通过灌胃给药进行干预,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组小鼠分别给予鼠李糖乳杆菌1×107和1×108 CFU(kg·d),Ⅲ组小鼠给予1.8 mg/(kg·d)帕罗西汀,Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组小鼠给予等量的生理盐水,干预时间为4周.通过24 h食物消耗实验、旷场实验、糖水消耗实验检测各组小鼠的行为学表现,反相高效液相色谱法测定5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及多巴胺(DA)的浓度,RT-qPCR法检测小鼠盲肠中粪肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和大肠杆菌的变化.结果 造模前各组小鼠摄食量、体质量变化率、旷场移动距离和速度、糖水消耗百分比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).造模后与Ⅴ组相比,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组小鼠的摄食量和体质量变化率差异无统计学意义,而旷场移动距离、移动速度和糖水偏爱百分比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).鼠李糖乳杆菌干预后,与Ⅳ组相比,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组小鼠的抑郁样行为得到改善,体质量变化率、旷场移动距离和速度、糖水偏爱百分比和单胺神经递质浓度较Ⅳ组显著增加(P<0.05),粪肠球菌、大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌显著下降(P<0.05),双歧杆菌有上升趋势,但未见统计学差异;摄食量没有明显变化.结论 鼠李糖乳杆菌能够改善产后小鼠抑郁样行为,影响小鼠单胺类神经递质,调节肠道菌群,为产后抑郁相关研究提供了新的方向.
Objective To explore the correlation of intracellular adhesion molecule-1 ( ICAM-1 ) and lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 ( LFA-1 ) with early spontaneous abortion by observing the expressions of them in decidual tissues of patients with early spontaneous abortion.Methods The ICAM-1 and LFA-1 expressions in the decidual tissues of 33 women with early spontaneous abortion and 30 normal pregnant women were analyzed by S-P immunohistochemistry method, and the relationship between ICAM-1 and LFA-1 was detected by confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM).Results In abortion group the expressive intensity of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 was significantly stronger in the decidual stromal cells ( t=-3.632,P=0.001;t=-3.839,P=0.001) and weaker in the decidual glandular epithelial cells than in the control group (t=-2.613,P=0.013;t=-2.266,P=0.027).The ICAM-1 and LFA-1 expression in the decidual tissues overlapped under CLSM,and the overlapped expression of decidual glandular epithelial cells in abortion group was more obvious than in control group.Conclusion High expressions of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 in decidual stromal cells and low expressions of them in decidual glandular epithelial cells may be correlated with the occurrence of early spontaneous abortion.
目的:探讨抗苗勒管激素蛋白在成年小鼠卵泡的生长发育调控及卵巢衰老发生发展中的调控作用。方法分别取12、24、36、48 w的SPF级雌性C57小鼠各20只。收集12周龄小鼠不同发育阶段的卵巢以及24、36、48周龄自然衰老小鼠卵巢,采用免疫组化法和 Western 印迹技术检测各年龄段卵巢中抗苗勒管激素蛋白的表达。结果抗苗勒管激素蛋白表达水平随着卵泡发育时间延长而逐渐提升,在始基卵泡、初级卵泡、次级卵泡、窦前卵泡细胞中均有表达,但在闭锁卵泡、黄体颗粒、卵母细胞中无表达,在窦前卵泡细胞中表达水平最高。不同年龄小鼠卵巢组织的卵泡和间质中均存在有抗苗勒管激素蛋白表达,且卵泡颗粒细胞中表达水平无明显差异,但随着鼠龄增加,卵巢间质细胞中抗苗勒管激素蛋白表达水平逐渐提升。抗苗勒管激素蛋白在间质中表达水平在不同鼠龄间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);12周龄小鼠表达水平明显低于其他周龄(P<0.01);24周龄、36周龄小鼠表达水平均明显低于48周龄小鼠(P<0.05);24周龄、36周龄小鼠表达水平之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 Western印迹检测显示,随着鼠龄的增加抗苗勒管激素蛋白在小鼠整个卵巢组织中的表达呈逐渐降低的趋势( P<0.05)。结论抗苗勒管激素蛋白主要表达于卵泡发育早期阶段的颗粒细胞,其在间质中随鼠龄增加表达逐渐提升,但在整个卵巢组织中随鼠龄增加表达逐渐下降,说明抗苗勒管激素蛋白在卵泡发育和卵巢老化发生发展中起到一定的调控作用。
BACKGROUND:The morphology as wel as the establishment of occlusal relationship should be considered during the construction of jawbone defects. OBJECTIVE:To summarize the research status of seeded cel s of bone tissue engineering applied to the treatment of jawbone defects in recent years. METHODS:A computer-based online search was conducted in PubMed database and CNKI database for the relate articles published from June 1994 to April 2011 with the key words“bone tissue engineering, seeded cel s, osteogenic differentiation”in Chinese and English. The irrelevant or repetitive articles were eliminated by reading the titles and abstracts. A total of 58 articles were selected to review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:This paper has comprehensively analyzed the current research of various seeded cel s used in bone tissue engineering, bone marrow stromal stem cel s are most studied, and the research on umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cel s and umbilical cord mescenchymal stem cel s is also popular as scholars can overcome the application disadvantages of mesenchymal stem cel s. Embryonic stem cel s are expected to become the important seeded cel s in bone tissue engineering for repair of jawbone defects if there are no ethical problems. Genetical y modified seed cel s can enhance the proliferation and directed osteogenic differentiation capacity of seeded cel s in bone tissue engineering. But genetic engineering technique is stil needed to be improved, and its safety and effectiveness need further discussion.
产业结构的优化升级是"十一五"时期经济结构调整的主线,党的十七大报告中也指出要推进产业结构优化升级。因此,产业结构的优化升级问题己经成为研究的热点。税制改革与产业结构优化升级之间关系密切,而且在经历了一系列税制改革之后,我国又面临着新一轮的税制改革。在此前提下,本文主要围绕税制改革与产业结构的优化升级二者的关系展开,分析了产业结构与税制结构之间的相互作用。同时,在对我国的产业现状进行实证分析的基础的,提出了产业结构优化升级的税收政策建议。
