沟槽性胰腺炎(groove pancreatitis,GP)是一种罕见病,自1973年德国学者BECKER[1]首次报道以来,国外报道逐年增多,但国内少有报道,可能与其发病率较低有关.该病是指胰腺炎发生在胰头的背面、十二指肠降部以及胆总管之间的解剖区域,主要以腹胀、腹痛、腹水及体重下降等为临床表现,但缺乏特异性,易被误诊为胰腺癌、十二指肠癌等疾病.现报道我院1例沟槽性胰腺炎以提高对该病的诊治水平.
AIM To investigate the effects of alkaloids of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. (ADNL) on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice. METHODS Fifty C57 mice were randomly divided into normal control group, normal administration (ADNL 20 mg·kg-1·d-1) group, model group, ADNL low dose (10 mg·kg-1·d-1) and high dose (20 mg·kg-1·d-1) group (n = 10). Mice were all administered intragastrically for 7 days. Except the normal control group and normal administration group, the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with 0.2% CCl4 corn oil solution (10 mL·kg-1) to induce acute liver injury. The contents of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The pathological changes of liver tissue were assessed by HE staining. The m RNA expression of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin 1β (IL-1β) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) were detected by RT-PCR. And the protein expression of TNF-α, IL-6 and phosphorylation-nuclear factor κB p65 (p-NF-κB p65) in liver tissue were analyzed by Western blot. RESULTS Compared with the normal control group, there were no significant changes in ALT, AST and pathological tissues in the normal administration group. The serum levels of ALT and AST in the model group were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the pathological damage was seen in the liver tissue apparently, and the mRNA expression of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 and the protein expression of IL-6, TNF-α and p-NF-κB p65 were also increased significantly (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the contents of ALT and AST were reduced significantly in the ADNL low and high dose groups and the pathological damage of liver tissue were improved. At the same time, the m RNA expression of TNF-α and IL-1β and the protein expression of TNF-α and p-NF-κB p65 were down-regulated (P < 0.05). And the mRNA and protein expression of IL-6 were down-regulated in the ADNL low dose group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION ADNL has a significant improvement effects on acute liver injury induced by CCl4, which may be related to inhibition of inflammatory response.
Objective To discuss the application of endoscopic injection of lauromacrogol and methylene blue in sclerotherapy of esophageal varices. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with esophageal varices underwent endoscopic treatment from June 2014 to February 2016 were collected, including 26 cases treated by endoscopic injection of lauromacrogol (A group) and 36 cases treated by endoscopic injection of lauromacrogol and methylene blue (B group). The treatment effects, success rate of hemostasis, safety, complications and follow-up recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and success rate of emergency hemostasis in B group were slightly higher than those in A group (P > 0.05). The times of treatment for eliminating esophageal varices in B group was less than that in A group, and the duration of treatment was shorter than that in A group (P < 0.05). The long-term rebleeding rate and total bleeding rate in B group were lower than those in A group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in B group were lower than those in A group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic injection of lauromacrogol and methylene blue is effective in the treatment of esophageal varices, and the hemostatic effect is good. The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate are low.

目的探讨细胞内钙离子络合剂1,2-二(2-氨基苯氧基)乙烷-N,N,N’,N’-四乙酸四乙酰氧甲基酯[1,2-bis(2-aminophenoxy)ethane-N,N,N’N’-tetraacetic acid,BAPTA-AM]对转化生长因子(transformation growth factor-β,TGF-β)诱导人肝癌细胞Hep G2上皮-间叶化转变(epithelium-mesenchymal transition,EMT)的影响。方法 TGF-β、TGF-β联合BAPTA-AM分别作用Hep G2细胞24 h后,采用Real time-PCR方法检测上皮细胞钙粘素(E-cadherin)mRNA的表达变化,采用Transwell方法检测Hep G2细胞迁移及侵袭的能力。结果与对照组比较,TGF-β处理Hep G2细胞24 h后,细胞形态变梭,E-cadherin mRNA表达下调(P<0.05),细胞的迁移、侵袭能力均增加(P<0.01);与TGF-β组比较,TGF-β联合BAPTA-AM处理Hep G2细胞24 h后,E-cadherin mRNA表达上调(P<0.05),细胞的迁移、侵袭能力均减弱(P<0.01)。结论 TGF-β能诱导肝癌细胞Hep G2发生EMT,增强Hep G2的迁移、侵袭能力,BAPTA-AM能抑制TGF-β所诱导Hep G2细胞发生EMT,其机制可能与E-cadherin mRNA的表达上调有关。
<正>转化生长因子(transformation growth factor-β)TGF-β是一种多功能的细胞因子,在肿瘤的发生、发展以及转移中都具有重要的作用。在人类肿瘤的发展过程中,TGF-β的调控是重要因素之一。在正常细胞中,TGF-β具有抑制肿瘤的作用,而在恶性肿瘤细胞中,TGF-β则具有促进肿瘤的作用。最新的研究表明TGF-β参与调控肿瘤的发生发展以及其在肿瘤微环境中发挥重要的作用。
目的 观察IGF2、H19在原发性肝癌中的表达并了解其意义.方法 建立原发性肝癌模型,模型建立后第20周处死小鼠取肝癌及癌旁组织储存于-80℃备用,另取正常小鼠肝脏作对照,用Real time RT-PCR方法检测IGF2、H19 mRNA的变化.结果 与对照组比较,IGF2、H19在癌旁及癌组织中的表达都显著增加,在癌组织中增加更为显著P<0.05.结论 IGF2、H19的异常变化与小鼠原发性肝癌的发生发展有关.
AIM To investigate the effects of pantoprazole on the migration and invasion of liver carcinoma HepG2 cell and to examine the mechanisms.METHODS Logarithmic growth phase HepG2 cells were used in cell migration experiment and invasion experiment.Cell migration experiment were divided into normal control group and pantoprazole groups(20,40,80,120,160μmol·L~(-1)).Transwell chamber assay was used to detect the migration of HepG2 cells.Cell invasion experiment were divided into normal control group,12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol13-acetate(TPA) group and pantoprazole(20,40,80,120,160μmol·L~(-1)) + TPA groups.Transwell chamber assay was used to detect the invasion of HepG2 cells.The expression of matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP9) mRNA was determined by real-time RT-PCR.RESULTS In the migration experiment,the number of cells acrossing membrane in the pantoprazole(40,80,120,160 μmol·L~(-1))groups was lower compared with that in the normal control group(P < 0.01).In the invasion experiment,the number of cells acrossing membrane in the TPA group was higher than those in the normal control group and pantoprazole(40,80,120,160 μmol·L~(-1)) + TPA groups(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The expression of MMP9mRNA in the 80 μmol·L~(-1) pantoprazole group was decreased compared with normal control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION Pantoprazole is effective in inhibiting HepG2 cell migration and invasion and its mechanism may be involved in suppression of MMP9 mRNA.
