Objective To investigate the difference of efficacy between Shengxuening and polysaccharide iron complex capsule in treating renal anemia in patients with hemodialysis. Methods A total of 50 cases of hemodialysis patients with renal anemia, who underwent hemodialysis regularly in blood purification center of Hefei Fifth People’s Hospital, were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Shengxuening tablets combined with erythropoietin and the control group given polysaccharide iron complex capsule combined with erythropoietin, with a treatment course of 12 weeks. Hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit(Hct), serum ferritin(SF), and transferrin saturation(TSAT) were detected before treatment and at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks of the treatment.Results After 12 weeks, the indices were compared between the control treatment and the treatment group. Serum Hb, Hct, SF and TAST all increased significantly(P<0.05). The changes of the indices were more obvious. Compared to the control group, serum Hb, Hct, SF and TAST in the treatment group had statistically significant changes after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusions Shengxuening tablets can significantly improve hemoglobin, hematocrit, SF and TSAT in hemodialysis patients, promote iron absorption and utilization, increase iron storage in the body, and reduce iron consumption. Its efficacy for treatment of treating renal anemia in hemodialysis patients by combing with erythropoietin is more evident than polysaccharide iron complex capsule combined with erythropoietin.
To observe the efficacy of intravenous and oral pulse administration of calcitriolin treatment of hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.40 cases were divided into intravenous calcitriol group (the treatmentgroup) and oral calcitriol group (the control group). According to iPTH level, each group was divided into 2 subgroups,the treatment group 1 and the control group 1 (300 pg/ ml≤iPTH≤600 pg/ ml),the treatment group 2 and the control groups (iPTH >600 pg/ ml), and treated for 3 months. The levels of iPTH, alkaline phosphatase(AKP), serum calcium and phosphorus in the two groups were measured at 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment. After 3 months, the levels of iPTH and AKP in the four groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0. 05). Compared with the control group 1, the levels of AKP and iPTH in the treatment group 1 were not statisticallysignificant (P <0. 05). Compared with control group 2, the levels of iPTH and AKP in treatment group 2 were significantly higher than those in control group 2 (P < 0. 05). Compared with oral calcitriol group, intravenous calcitriol can effectively reduce the level of iPTH and less cause hypercalcemia.
Objective:To investigate the effects of desensitization of substance P and bombesin(Bom) receptor on ls EPSP in neurons of guinea pig inferior mesenteric ganglion.Methods:Intracellular recordings were made from neurons of the isolated guinea pig IMG.Results:SP receptor desensitization can abolish or markedly attenuate ls EPSP in SP sensitive neurons,but had not any effects on Bom mediated depolarization;By contrast,Bom receptor desensitization can also abolish or markedly attenuate ls EPSP in Bom sensitive neurons,but had no effect on SP mediated depolarization.Conclusions:Bom and substance P can produce ls EPSP via respective receptor on the membrane of synapse,and no cross desensitization between receptors. 随着膜片钳、分子克隆等技术的兴起,可兴奋性组织的细胞(神经元、心肌细胞等)膜离子通道、受体的结构、功能及与某些疾病的关系的研究在近10年内取得了突飞猛进的发展,出现了一门新兴的交叉学科--离子通道病学(Channelopathy).
目的观察并评价ZSJ-A型神经阈值检测仪的生理性能及临床使用价值.方法经ZSJ-A型神经阈值检测仪输送一定强度的方波脉冲刺激家兔腓神经,以是否出现轻微足背屈为观察指标,测出腓神经运动阈值,同时观察在此阈值的刺激下神经外观和组织学结构是否发生病理改变.结果于刺激的d 0、d 7、d 14测得家兔腓神经运动阈值(mA)分别为1.83±0.74、1.73±0.68、1.64±0.57.腓神经外观无异常改变,组织学结构亦未见明显的病理变化.结论用ZSJ-A型神经阈值检测仪刺激家兔腓神经,在阈值范围内对神经无损伤性影响,有较好的临床应用前景.

离子通道病学(Channelopathy)是近年来国际学术发展中新兴的一门前沿学科,涉及神经生理学、神经病学、分子遗传学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、分子药理学等多个研究领域,已成为基础医学、临床医学、生命科学工作者研究的热点.随着研究方法和手段的不断进步,对于离子通道病的研究已经可以从早期的宏观整体深入到单个细胞甚至分子的微观世界,向前飞跃了一大步,随之而来的热衷于细胞分子水平的研究而忽视整体研究一度成为一种趋势;然而经过实践的验证发现,单纯局限于细胞分子水平,往往与整体存在较大偏差和距离,在一定程度上甚至阻碍了离子通道病研究的继续发展,因而从分子到细胞再回到整体成为离子通道病研究的又一次飞跃.纵观这一曲折历程,系统科学的方法-整合(Integration)思维不断渗透、贯穿其中,并逐渐发挥指导性的作用.
