Objective To observate the therapeutic ef icacy of immunoadsorption plasmapheresis (IAPP) in the Guil ain-Barre's syndrome (GBS) patients. Methods The twenty five cases GBS patients were healed with IAPP. The nerve function was observated after treatment with IAPP. The levels of blood immunoglobulin, complement and total protein were tested. Results The twenty five cases CGBS patients were treated with 108 times IAPP. The every patient was medially adopted 4.32 treatments. The eighteen cases were cured, the treatment was effective in seven cases patients and inefficacious treatment was zero cases. Compared with the pre-treatment, the levels of blood immunoglobulin and complement were significantly increased ( ﹤0.05) in post-treatment group.There were no significant dif erence about blood total protein between pre-treatment and post-treatment group.Conclusion The immunoadsorption plasmapheresis is therapeutic method for Guil ain-Barre's syndrome, which the neurologic impairment is significantly improved and the mechanism maybe is related with decrease of blood immunoglobulin.
Objective To investigate the protective effect of extrogenous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the injury of oxida-tive stress induced by high glucose and explore the possible mechanism in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Methods HUVECs were incubated by 25 mmol/L D-glucose (high glucose) to induce injury and cells were treated with H2S donor sodium bisulfide (NaHS) (5í10-5, 1í10-4, 5í10-4, 1í10-3 and 5í10-3 mol/L) for 24 h. The in-hibitor of silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1) niacinamide was used in the study. The cells were divided into the control group, high glucose group, mannitol group, NaHS (5í10-5, 1í10-4, 5í10-4, 1í10-3, 5í10-3 mol/L)groups, high glucose +NaHS (5í10-5, 1í10-4, 5í10-4, 1í10-3 and 5í10-3 mol/L) groups and high glucose + NaHS (10-3 mol/L) + niacinamide group. MTT assay was used to detect the cell viability. The level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) was measured by flow cytometry. The expression of SIRT1 was tested by Western blot. Results Compared with the control group, the cell viability was significantly decreased [OD were (0.76±0.09) and (0.18±0.01) respectively, t = 5.34, P < 0.05], and the level of ROS was significantly increased [the levels of ROS were (356.18±42.96) au and (1183.63±84.31) au respective-ly, t = 6.72, P< 0.05] in high glucose group. Compared with high glucose group, the cells viability were signifi-cantly increased [OD were (0.18±0.01), (0.39±0.05), (0.68±0.04) and (0.51±0.08) respectively, t1= 3.16, t2= 3.95, t3=3.86, P< 0.05], and the levels of ROS were significantly decreased [the levels of ROS were (1183.63±84.31), (874.32±85.36), (628.65±54.27) and (439.56±53.64) au respectively, t1=3.46, t2=3.97, t3= 5.13, all P< 0.05] in high glucose+NaHS (5í10-4, 10-3 and 5í10-3 mol/L) groups. Compared with the control, the expression of SIRT1 was significantly down-regulated in high glucose group [relative expression levels were (0.48±0.04) and (0.17±0.03) respectively, t =3.94, P < 0.05]. Compared with high glucose group, the expression of SIRT1 was significantly up-regulated in high glucose+NaHS (10-3 mol/L) group [relative expression levels were (0.17±0.03) and (0.59±0.08) respectively, t= 4.36, P<0.05]. Compared with the high glucose+NaHS (10-3 mol/L) group, the cell viability was significantly decreased [OD were (0.52±0.04) and (0.23±0.03) respectively, t=2.98, P<0.05) and the level of ROS was significantly increased [the level of ROS was (628.65±54.27) au and (1052.84±113.42) au, t = 3.76, P< 0.05) in high glucose+NaHS (10-3 mol/L)+niaci-namide group. Conclusion Extrogenous H2S prevents the injury of oxidative stress induced by high glucose in HUVECs, the mechanisms may be related to the up-regulation of SIRT1 induced by H2S.
目的:观察姜黄素对人子宫内膜癌细胞株增殖和迁移能力的影响并探讨其可能机制。方法:用姜黄素处理子宫内膜癌细胞株HEC-1B细胞,ATP敏感钾通道(KATP)开放剂二氮嗪预处理细胞。实验分为对照组、不同浓度姜黄素组、二氮嗪组和二氮嗪+姜黄素组。采用MTT检测细胞增殖,体外划痕和Transwel小孔实验检测HEC-1B细胞的迁移侵袭力。结果:姜黄素以浓度和剂量依赖的方式抑制了HEC-1B细胞的增殖(均P<0.05)。与对照组比较,姜黄素处理组抑制HEC-1B细胞向向划痕区生长的速度,显著降低了HEC-1B细胞划痕修复率(均P<0.05)。KATP通道开放剂二氮嗪逆转了姜黄素抑制人子宫内膜癌细胞增殖和迁移的作用。结论:姜黄素抑制了子宫内膜癌细胞的增殖和迁移能力,其机制与姜黄素抑制KATP通道有关。
目的:观察中医眼部按摩治疗近视眼的临床疗效。方法:将133例近视眼患者随机分为治疗组68例和对照组65例,治疗后1、3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗后1、3个月总有效率治疗组分别为86.8%、92.6%,对照组分别为63.1%、69.2%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医眼部按摩治疗近视眼疗效满意。

回龙山隧道地处岩溶发育地区,地质构造复杂,数条大段断层横切洞身,对隧道设计、施工和运营具有不利影响.文章对回龙山隧道左线ZK4+626典型断面一段的动态开挖和支护进行数值模拟,以分析在构造应力场存在的条件下,断层区域应力场对隧道围岩稳定性的影响,为设计施工提供技术指导.
目的:观察逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗脑梗死恢复期的疗效.方法:将脑梗死恢复期住院患者分为治疗组48例,对照组30例.治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗;对照组仅采用西医常规治疗.疗程4周,再统计疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率为95.83%.对照组为73.33%.两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05=.治疗组治疗后的血脂、血液流变学、血小板聚集功能等各项实验室指标明显改善,其改善程度明显优于对照组.结论:逐瘀通脉胶囊具有调节血脂代谢、降低血液粘度、改善血液流变学、降低血小板聚集功能等作用.能有效改善脑部血液循环,改善脑梗死病人的神经功能缺损症状,为治疗脑梗死的有效药物.
1 引言 糖尿病微血管病变所致的肾病是慢性肾功能衰竭(慢性肾衰)的主要原因之一,它的发生、发展、预后同高血糖、高血压、微量白蛋白尿、血压昼夜节律异常、血管紧张素转化酶基因多态性及高血糖所诱导的多种细胞因子、生长因子、激素等多种因素密切相关.对糖尿病肾病目前尚无特效疗法,其治疗应以预防为主,从发现糖尿病开始,即坚持长期、有效地控制好糖尿病.在控制血糖在正常范围情况下,如何早期合理选择药物治疗,对保护肾脏、延缓糖尿病肾病进展至关重要.本文就糖尿病肾病的药物治疗现状作一介绍.
哮喘曾被认为是由IgE触发肥大细胞释放介质而引起的I型变态反应性疾病。现在认为哮喘是一种由多种细胞特别是肥大细胞、抗原呈现细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、T淋巴细胞等之间的复杂相互作用引起的支气管慢性炎症。这些细胞产生大量的介质和细胞因子,导致支气管收缩、粘膜水肿、粘液分泌和支气管高反应性,在哮喘的病理生理中起着重要的作用[1]。从而引导人们尽早应用抗炎治疗,并致力于哮喘新型抗炎药物的研究和开发。本文结合最近文献,就哮喘的抗炎治疗进展综述如下。 1 皮质类固醇在哮喘治疗中的作用[2] 皮质类固醇全身或吸入给药是最常用的治疗方法,其主要作用是干扰花生四烯酸代谢,包括减少白三烯、前列腺素的合成,减少微血管渗漏,抑制细胞因子的生成,抑制炎症细胞迁移和活化,增强气道平滑肌对β2激动剂的反应性。 吸入皮质类固醇为高效药物,其应用广泛,一直为慢性哮喘患者治疗的金标准。目前常用的有二磷酸倍氯米松(beclometnasone)、去炎舒松(triamcinolone)、氟尼松(flunisolide)和氟替卡松(fluticasone)。这些药物的推荐用法为每日2次,对难以控制的患者通常采用每日多次给药(达每日4次),能减轻气道阻塞和高敏性,减轻哮喘症状,改善患者肺功能和FEV1。其潜在性的副作用包括口腔念株菌病、呼吸困难、肾腺抑制、儿童生长缓慢、骨质疏松症、青光眼和白内障。尽管吸入给药可明显减少治疗的副作用,但通常患者顺应性差,被迫服药每天3或4次,大量患者诉味苦难闻、不方便、发音困难等。
