目的 考察包载姜黄素(Cur)的羧甲基化白及多糖-壳聚糖(CMBSP-CS)聚电解质复合膜对大鼠口腔溃疡的治疗作用.方法 用冰醋酸化学灼烧法对大鼠进行造模;观察大鼠体质量变化以及创面愈合情况;常规HE染色观察各组大鼠溃疡组织病理变化,ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清和组织中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量.结果 药膜组能够改善模型大鼠体质量下降的情况;药膜组口腔溃疡处的黏膜皮层修复最快,溃疡部位炎症细胞浸润明显减少;与模型组相比,药膜处理显著降低了口腔溃疡大鼠溃疡区和血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β的含量(P<0.05).结论 包载Cur的CMBSP-CS聚电解质复合膜可明显加快大鼠口腔溃疡的愈合,减轻炎症反应程度.
目的 制备羧甲基化白及多糖-壳聚糖载姜黄素聚电解质复合膜,进行处方、制备工艺优化,并进行质量评价.方法 对白及多糖进行羧甲基化修饰,羧甲基化白及多糖与壳聚糖通过静电结合形成水不溶性复合物.以姜黄素为模型药物,采用溶剂挥发法制备载药聚电解质复合膜;通过单因素和正交设计法进行处方优化,用扫描电子显微镜和显微红外光谱对复合膜的形态和结构进行表征.结果 最优处方为羧甲基白及多糖117 mg,壳聚糖233 mg,甘油含量为25%,姜黄素为20 mg.平均厚度为(74.0±2.0)μm,载药量为95.41%,体外累积释放率可达93.78%.结论 优化条件下制备的载药复合膜外观光滑平整,分布均匀,载药量和累积释放度良好.
目的:验证超声骨刀机用于临床口腔骨组织及牙齿切割手术的安全性及有效性.方法:采用两中心、随机、开放试验设计,用中心随机化系统,将受试者分为2组,实验组(n=67)使用超声骨刀机,对照组(n=64)使用超声手术刀,观察2组受试者在手术中骨切割过程中软组织损伤及术后愈合情况.并记录医生使用超声骨刀机切割骨组织时的满意程度.结果:研究纳入131例,其中完成试验130例,脱落1例(0.76%).术中软组织轻度损伤试验组1例,对照组2例(P>0.05).术者使用超声骨刀机和超声手术刀切割骨组织时的满意程度计分为8.49±0.94和7.60±1.21(P<0.000 1).手术后2组受试者伤口愈合,拆线时间,术区肿胀程度,2组间差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:口腔外科手术中切割骨组织或牙齿使用超声骨刀机非劣效于超声手术刀.
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the practice and experience of the pharmaceutical service on the patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection by the clinical pharmacists in Stomatological Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University , and to provide reference for the clinical pharmacists .METHODS:The typical cases of clinic and relevant medical knowledge were applied into the analysis by the clinical pharmacists , the pharmaceutical service were conducted in respect of the formulation of therapeutic scheme of physician , administration of nurse , drug use of patients and the monitoring of adverse reactions after the drug was administered etc .RESULTS: The pharmacists participated in the pharmaceutical treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection , provided guidance for the rational drug use of physician , proper administration of nurse and rational drug use of patients and monitored the adverse drug reactions , so as to ensure the security of drug use in clinic .CONCLUSIONS: The clinic pharmacists should go into the clinical front line to provide the pharmaceutical service , make full use of their pharmacy specialty , improve the level of rational drug use in clinic and ensure the medication safety in patients .
The original teaching of clinical pharmacy for stomatology course did not let students aware of the importance of drugs in the treatment of oral diseases. The original teaching framework was rearranged:decentralizing knowledge of oral diseased related clinical pharmacy into several mod-ules;setting general knowledge into the oral basic medical module;adding the practice of visiting the pharmacy and manufacturing laboratory. Teaching process was closely combined with clinics and was integrated with disease-centered oral medicine curriculum integration system. Students responded that the teaching effect was better. The rearranged teaching method can enhance students' attention on drug treatment for oral diseases,improve their ability of clinical medication and promote the teaching quality.
To combine the theory teaching and clinical practice medicine knowledge effectively through adding noviciate in Clinical Pharmacy of Stomatology ,enhance the ability of using oral clinical medica-tion ,make up for the inadequacy of domestic existing oral teaching curriculum model .
L-Phenylalanine imprinting chiral ordered mesoporous silica (L-Phe-COMS) was facilely synthesized in the presence of phenylalanine amino acid by combining tetraethyl orthosilicate and quaternized aminosilane silica sources. The obtained COMS was comparable with a MCM-41-type structure, with narrow pore size distribution, and high specific surface area characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and N-2 adsorption experiments. The imprinting chirality of COMS was disclosed by mixed and separate L- and D-phenylalanine adsorption on the L-Phe-COMS with a stereoselective adsorption capacity of up to 3.24. In addition, six racemic mixtures including amino acids and drugs were explored to test the stereoselective adsorption capacity of L-Phe-COMS. The imprinting chiral ordered mesoporous silica presents the advantages of straightforward synthesis approach and robust stereoselective adsorption capacity, making it a promising candidate for chiral adsorption and separation.
口腔临床药物学是现代药学与口腔临床医学相结合的产物,对于口腔专业学生来说是十分必要且重要的一门学科.口腔临床药物学课程的设置就是为了帮助学生在临床上能够做到合理正确地使用药物.这门课程的设计需要理论与实践相互结合,对于教师来说,既要给学生传授基础知识和基本技能,还要培养学生在实践中应用知识的能力.人民出版社出版的《口腔临床药物学》(第4版)教材中,第十七章到第十九章是在前面章节不同类型药物的理论学习基础上,介绍针对口腔不同疾病包括牙体牙髓病、牙周病及口腔黏膜病的临床用药[1].如果说前面章节的学习是让口腔医学专业的学生了解一些常用药物的基本知识,那么后面3章则是教会学生将知识用于临床实践.
An LC-MS/MS method was established for the determination and identification of the related substances in telmisartan and amlodipine double layer tablets. Both sampling and HPLC separation of telmisartan and amlodipine were carried out separately using ODS column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 ��m) with linear gradient elution. Good resolution of telmisartan and amlodipine and their related substances were achieved. Fourteen related substances of telmisartan were detected and seven of them were elucidated. Two related substances of amlodipine were identified to be the same as those recorded in British Pharmacopoeia.
Monodispersed chiral mesoporous spheres of nanometer size with high specific area and good thermal stability were synthesized using the chiral anionic surfactant (N-palmitoyl-L-phenylalanine) as a template according to the co-structure directing agent (CSDA) method. The resulting mesoporous nanospheres were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), small angle X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and nitrogen sorption experiments. The particle distribution was 190-210 nm with pore diameters of 3-4 nm. The enantioselective ability of this chiral mesoporous silica, after extraction of the chiral surfactant, was investigated by the selective adsorption of enantiomers and racemic solutions of alanine. The chiral selective adsorbability of this material type was shown by the asymmetric preferential adsorption of alanine as observed using circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy and was further verified in a racemic mixture of valine. It was found that the adsorption of L-alanine was higher than that of D-alanine on as-prepared chiral mesoporous materials with a chiral selectivity factor of 3.15, which generates new possibilities for enantiomeric separation and other enantioselective applications.
