全国老中医药专家杨廉方从事中医临床50余年,2014年成为全国名老中医药专家传承工作室导师,临床上根据病毒性肝炎的发病规律,在治疗中将"治未病"与"辨病论治"思想相结合,在早期病毒性肝炎无症状时强调"治未病"为主,本文运用"治未病"思想,治疗早期无症状丙型肝炎,从丙型病毒性肝炎致病特点出发,以肝脾为中心,与"辨病论治"结合进行施治.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Anwei Decoction on functional dyspepsia. Method: 56 cases were treated with Anwei Decoction as the observation group while 56 cases were treated with Mosapride as the control group. The therapeutic effect was observed after 2 weeks. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5% while tahtof the control group was 69.7%. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Anwei Decoction has significant clinical effect on functional dyspepsia.

介绍杨廉方教授运用四逆酸枣汤治疗不寐的经验.杨教授认为不寐的主要病机为脏腑功能失调,气血阴阳失和,致心神不安或心神失养,其主要与心肝胆脾胃肾关系密切.临床上常用四逆酸枣汤加减治之,并附验案1则,以证疗效.

This article introduces the experience of Yang Lianfang,the aged famous TCM doctor,in treating leukorrhagia caused by dampness and heat with Sini Simiao Decoction. Yang believes that the patho-logical basis is pathogenic dampness,which is closely related to the functions of liver,spleen,stomach and kidney. He lays emphases on two treating phases:in adjusting liver to eliminate depression and removing dampness to detoxicate at acute stage,Yang chooses modified experience prescription - Sini Simiao Decoc-tion;at the relieved stage to nourish spleen to dispel dampness and sooth liver,he chooses modified Sini Yigong powder. Meanwhile,he points out that flexibility is vital to cure diseases,thus doctors should modify prescription according to different situations.

介绍名老中医杨廉方运用四逆二至地黄汤加减治疗肝郁肾虚型月经不调的经验.杨老认为月经不调与肝肾关系密切,主要病机为肝郁肾虚,以疏肝理气调经、调补肾中阴阳为治法,拟四逆二至六黄汤治疗,并临床随症加减,疗效颇佳.举验案1则,以资佐证.
