The strand research of regional branching identifies relatedness as a key driver of new specializations in a region. The purpose of the present paper is to extend the regional branching framework by investigating how a regional knowledge base of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and others (non-ICTs) influences the specialization of financial technology (FinTech) in China at the city level. Accordingly, the empirical analysis focuses on the relationship between relatedness and FinTech diversification using panel data spanning the period 2008-2021 covering 247 China's cities. We obtain that the role of ICTs relatedness is positively relevant in explaining the emergence and development of new FinTech domains. However, non-ICT relatedness is a negative factor in the process of FinTech diversification, which we attribute to the fact that FinTech is less reliant on other knowledge base except ICT sectors. Additionally, the effects of ICTs relatedness are higher in peripheral cities compared to core cities in promoting FinTech diversification.
文章考虑数字化转型与劳动力技能结构互动现象,基于互补理论构建了劳动力技能结构促进数字化转型的全要素生产率效应微观机制.同时,基于2010-2021年我国A股上市公司数据的实证检验结果表明,高等技能劳动力与企业数字化转型存在互补效应,能够显著促进数字化转型的全要素生产率效应.异质性分析结果表明,在技术密集型与劳动密集型行业、大规模企业、年轻企业和中西部地区高等技能劳动力与企业数字化转型的互补效应更强.
在中国碳达峰、碳中和的发展目标下,推动绿色技术创新发展是迎接新一轮技术革命和产业革命的重要举措.利用2011-2021年中国上市公司微观数据考察公众关注度对企业绿色创新的影响,并进行实证研究,结果表明:公众关注度的提升促进了企业的绿色创新水平.进一步实证发现,人才集聚、资本集聚和社会责任是公众关注度影响企业绿色创新的三个潜在因素;在国有企业、大规模企业和高市场化城市内企业中,公众关注度对企业绿色创新的促进作用更强.基于此,建议政府为企业绿色创新营造良好的氛围,企业加强自身建设推动绿色创新发展,公众积极参与企业绿色创新实践.
Innovation efficiency is an important manifestation of regional innovation capacity, and how to improve regional innovation efficiency is crucial to regional development. This study empirically explores the impact of industrial intelligence on regional innovation efficiency and the possible influence of approaches and mechanisms. The empirical results revealed the following. First, the development level of industrial intelligence can positively affect regional innovation efficiency, while beyond a certain level, its role in promoting regional innovation efficiency will weaken, exhibiting an inverted U-shaped effect. Second, compared with the application research by enterprises, industrial intelligence plays a stronger role in promoting the innovation efficiency of basic research by scientific research institutes. Third, human capital situation, financial development level, and industrial structure upgrading are three significant channels for industrial intelligence to promote regional innovation efficiency. Therefore, accelerating the development of industrial intelligence, formulating individualized policies for different innovative entities, and rationally allocating resources related to the development of industrial intelligence are needed to be taken to improve regional innovation.
随着企业数字化转型不断推进,数字化转型能否促进绿色创新效率提高成为全社会关注的热点问题.本文利用文本分析方法分析中国上市公司的数字化转型,实证检验了企业数字化转型对绿色创新效率的影响.研究表明:企业数字化转型能够显著促进绿色创新效率提高;企业数字化转型促进绿色创新效率提高在国有企业、大规模企业和垄断行业中作用更强;企业数字化转型可以通过提高企业治理能力和改善信息环境来促进绿色创新效率提高.因此,国家应建立健全数字化发展的相关制度和平台;企业应重视数字化转型改革,加强数字化技术与生产运营深度融合;企业还应增强城市数字化资源利用意识,主动利用地区数字化赋能绿色产出效率转化.
在大数据时代下,网络大数据成为一种新的信息资源,信息资源的注意力配置对企业创新的影响效应亟待研究.首先,从理论上梳理城市注意力配置影响企业创新的内在机制.其次,基于百度搜索指数构造城市注意力配置指标,并进行实证检验.结果表明:第一,城市注意力配置显著促进了企业的创新,研究结论在考虑了内生性等问题后依然稳健;第二,注意力配置对民营企业、大规模企业、低市场化程度城市中企业创新的影响效果更强;第三,人才集聚和资本集聚是注意力配置影响企业创新的重要渠道,发挥部分中介作用.因此,城市需要重视自身形象建设,积极提升自身的互联网注意力配置水平,抢占互联网注意力配置这种无形资源,积极发挥注意力配置对于人才集聚和资本集聚的重要作用;国有企业以及规模相对较小的企业要提高城市互联网注意力配置对企业创新的作用,增强本企业在互联网时代的应变水平和适应能力.
本文阐述新金融业态下复合型金融人才素质能力要求,针对广西高职院校金融人才培养中育人主体单一、目标定位不准、课程体系创新不足等问题,提出广西高职院校复合型金融人才培养对策:深化产教融合、校企合作,构建校政企多主体育人格局;对接新金融业态人才素质要求,准确定位人才培养目标;加快教育教学改革研究,不断优化课程体系;打造校内外优质实训基地,搭建今后职业化道路的过渡性平台.
The BFGS method is one of the most effective quasi-Newton algorithms for minimization-optimization problems. In this paper, an improved BFGS method with a modified weak Wolfe–Powell line search technique is used to solve convex minimization problems and its convergence analysis is established. Seventy-four academic test problems and the Muskingum model are implemented in the numerical experiment. The numerical results show that our algorithm is comparable to the usual BFGS algorithm in terms of the number of iterations and the time consumed, which indicates our algorithm is effective and reliable.

This paper presents a new proof method about the paper (Yuan et al. in Appl. Math. Model. 47:811–825, 2017). In the proof, the global convergence of the Polak–Ribière–Polak algorithm is established without these two assumptions $d_{k}^{T}g_{k}<0$ and $g_{k+1}d_{k}\leq -\sigma _{1}g_{k}^{T}d_{k}$ which are needed in the above paper. This means that this paper has the same results under weaker conditions. More dimension functions for practical problems are tested to show the performance of the modified algorithm and the normal algorithm. An application of the fact engineering model is done to show the effectiveness of the given conjugate gradient algorithm.
采用贡献度与相关性分析(correlation analysis)相结合的办法从目前最常用的244种股票技术指标中提取最优技术指标,进而利用梯度提升树(GBDT)算法对股票的趋势进行预测.对由贡献度、相关性分析与GBDT算法构成的组合模型(简称GBDT组合模型)进行实证分析,首次将GBDT算法应用于沪深300股票的预测.对由不同算法构成的组合模型的预测精度也进行比较分析.实验结果表明,GBDT组合模型在预测精度上优于线性回归组合模型及随机森林组合模型.
我国对应用型高技术人才需求量大,国家培养应用型高级人才的重要阵地之一就是高等职业院校,而此类院校课程设置中高等数学课程起着举足轻重的作用.针对高等职业院校高等数学课程教学的现状进行研究,探索高等数学教学存在的问题以及提出高等数学课程教学改革的思考与建议,为高等职业院校数学课程教学提供一个新的思路.
根据单纯形法和粒子群算法的各自特点,提出了一种使用单纯形法优化的粒子群算法,算法利用单纯形法来对粒子群算法的初始值进行处理.数值实验表明,优化后的粒子群算法具有更好的的寻优能力.
目前,行政事业单位存在一定的业务决策与财务管理分割,特别是在规模较大的高校中更为明显,因此,如何将业务与财务融合是财务管理创新研究的热点问题之一.文章以高职院校为切入点,解析业务与财务两权分离问题,探讨业务与财务融合关联耦合的实现路径以及业务与财务融合面临的新挑战,为高职院校财务管理提供一个新思路.
