职业认同是人们努力做好本职工作、实现组织目标的心理基础。有关高校教职工职业认同的研究更倾向于教师和辅导员群体，而对行政人员尤其是基层行政人员这一庞大群体的研究甚少。文章指出了职业认同对于高校基层行政人员的重要性，分析了当前高校基层行政人员职业认同水平较低的原因，并提出了提升高校基层行政人员职业认同水平的有效措施。

Based on the literature and rational analysis, this article, from the aspect of soft power, discusses Concept and Connotation of the Soft Power of Colleges. Through the study on these problems, some paths are put forward to improve Cultural soft power of Colleges.

As the needs of job market are becoming more rational, advanced degree-based hard power is no longer the sole criterion for successful employment. Soft power with morality, responsibility, spirit of innovation as the main elements is gradually favored by the employers. Highly educated postgraduates group have relatively strong hard power in the job competition, while their soft power is unmatched, thus how to improve the soft power of postgraduates for employment has important practical significance.

作者通过对浙江师范大学2010级部分新生的网络问卷调查,考察分析平行志愿背景下影响考生志愿填报的因素、信息获取的途径、易于接受的宣传方式等,并在此基础上探讨有效的招生宣传策略,提高招生宣传效果.

Because of enlarging enrollment of postgraduate students and market economy,the advantage of students’ employment is not so obvious.This thesis analyses the influences of uncontrollable factors on employment,such as,educational background,age,gender and major.The paper tries to advance solutions,which could be a reference for postgraduate students’ employment.

本文从我国高校家庭经济困难研究生资助的现状入手,指出了时家庭经济困难研究生资助存在的问题,并提出了完善资助体系的有益思考,旨在为高校家庭经济困难研究生资助工作提供有利参考,提高学生工作效率,维护校园安全稳定.

Problem about the adaptability of graduate to the society occurs with the changes of some social variables which base on the economic system's conversion,such as the employ concept,the way and the process to obtain employment,etc.According to interview and the data statistic analysis collecting from questionnaires,the characteristic and impact factors on the adaptability of the present graduate to the society were explored,and the actuality of the adaptability of graduate to the society was concluded.

Since China' s the implementation of the new curriculum,the role of teachers stress too much on theoretical research,the contents are roughly the same,the teachers of different disciplines have no specific role contents,and measures of shaping the role of teachers are need to be strengthened.
