面对承德地区甘薯产量低,品质欠佳等问题,为适应现代市场需求,实现承德地区甘薯品种的更新,优化提升承德市甘薯种植业的规模效益,现引进"西瓜红""烟薯25""济薯26"和"高系14"4个甘薯新品种,通过对其株高、叶片数、分枝数以及产量等生长指标的调查,并与本地品种"北京138"相关指标进行比较,分析4种甘薯新品种在承德地区的适应性,以筛选适宜的新品种.结果表明:在株高上,"西瓜红"最高,为149.5 cm;在叶片数上,"济薯26"最多,为185.8片;在分枝数上,"济薯26"最高,为40.8;产量表现为西瓜红>烟薯25>济薯26>高系14>北京138,"西瓜红"的产量最高,为4156.24 kg/亩,是对照品种的2.46倍;含糖量表现为高系14>济薯26>西瓜红>北京138>烟薯25,"高系14"的含糖量最高,为9.07%,高于对照1.4个百分点.4个甘薯品种在承德地区均表现出良好的适应性,产量和品质均高于本地品种,可在承德地区推广种植.
[Objective]In order to screen the botanical pesticides against with good effect in controlling aphids of Atractylodes chinensis and to replace chemical pesticides to achieve green and sustainable production of A.chinensis.[Method]The experiment was conducted in a randomized group design,with five botanical pesticides,2%matrine AS,0.3%azadirachtin EC,6%rotenone ME,1.5%pyrethrins EW,0.6%nicotine matrine EC,and conventional chemical imidacloprid water dispersible granule WG+beta-cyfluthrin EW as the control,to investigate the number of live aphids at 1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,10 d and 14 d after the application of each treatment.The number of live insects in each treatment was investigated.[Result]Among the five plant-derived pesticides,pyrethrins and nicotine matrine had better fast-acting and long-lasting effects on aphids of northern cantharis,and the control effects did not differ from those of chemical,and the population reduction rates of the two pesticides were 99.66%and 99.81%at 14 d after application,and the corrected control effects were 83.94%and 90.80%respectively.[Conclusion]Matrine AS and nicotine matrine EW can be used in production instead of chemicals.
承单813是承德市农林科学院育成的中晚熟玉米新品种,2017年通过河北省春玉米区审定(冀审玉20170100号),2018年通过国家东北中熟春玉米区审定(国审玉20180207号),2020年通过国家西北春玉米区审定(国审玉20200017号).为明确玉米品种承单813的优势推广区域,以河北省春玉米组、国家东北中熟春玉米组、国家西北春玉米组区域试验和生产试验汇总数据及多年多点的推广示范数据为材料,采用不同分析方法对玉米品种承单813的丰产性、稳定性、适应性、抗性进行比较分析,结果表明,国审玉米品种承单813是一个适应性广、丰产性较好、稳定性突出、抗多种病害的中晚熟玉米品种.适合在玉米高产种植水平区域优势明显的东华北春玉米区和西北春玉米区种植推广.
Studying on the effects of maturity types and planting density on grain dehydration characteristics and yield of maize varieties could screen out high-yield maize varieties suitable for mechanical grain harvesting could provide reference for the breeding of high-yield varieties with mechanical grain harvesting.Using a two factors split plot experimental design,eight maize varieties (Demea 1,A6565,Chengdan 1171,Fuerl 116,Syngenta408,Sanbei 5018,Xianyu 335,and Huanong 887) with different maturity periods were selected for planting density (45 000,60 000,75 000,90 000,105 000,and 120 000 plants/hm~2) experiments to study the changes in grain moisture content,dehydration rate,lodging resistance,yield,and other factors after maturity under different maize varieties and densities.The results showed that planting density had no significant effect on the moisture content of grains during physiological maturity.The natural dehydration rates of different varieties were different,and the days after physiological maturity of maize varieties showed a linear decrease relationship with grain moisture content.The suitable time for mechanical grain harvesting varied among different maturity types of varieties.The extremely early maturing varieties were suitable for harvesting in late September,the early maturing varieties were suitable for harvesting in early October,and the medium and late maturing varieties were suitable for harvesting in mid October.The planting density of maize varieties showed a quadratic relationship with yield.The suitable planting density for extremely early and early maturing varieties was 90 700 to 102 900 plants/hm~2,while the suitable planting density for medium and late maturing varieties was 64 500 to 856 000 plants/hm~2.Early maturing varieties can achieve or approach the yield level of mid to late maturing varieties by increasing density,while extremely early maturing varieties cannot achieve the yield level of mid to late maturing varieties even with increasing density.In the northern spring maize area,early maturing varieties can be used to increase density appropriately instead of mid to late maturing varieties to achieve direct mechanical harvesting of maize grains.
为研究添加助剂对除草剂减量增效的影响,选择3种助剂与不同用量的硝·烟·莠去津进行组合,开展玉米田除草试验.结果表明,在相同用药量下,添加助剂可提高硝·烟·莠去津的除草效果,在药剂减量20%时,添加助剂哈速腾的处理总草株防效为各处理中最高,达92.33%,较不加助剂的处理高出16.66个百分点,较常量不加助剂的处理高出6.33个百分点;在药剂减量30%时,添加助剂的处理防效仍显著高于不加助剂的处理,与常量不加助剂处理的防效也无显著差异.在与助剂配合使用时,30%硝·烟·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂的制剂用量可较常规用量减少30%,以2 100mL/hm2进行喷施;在3种供试助剂中,哈速腾的增效作用更明显.
研究不同世代玉米自交系配合力变化规律及杂种优势表现,确定最佳配合力测定时期,可以为玉米早代选择和缩短育种进程提供理论参考.将2个群体早中晚3个不同世代18个选系(每个世代3个选系)和4个测验种(每个群体2个测验种),按NCII试验设计组配36个杂交组合,对各世代抽丝期、株高、收获时籽粒含水量及产量配合力变化规律和杂种优势表现进行研究.结果表明:随着世代的增加,不同世代配合力间变幅逐渐减小,趋于稳定,S1~S3世代是自交系严重分离,S3~S5自交系从分离走向稳定,S3是配合力测定的最佳时期,应该结合自交系自身表现进行选系,进一步增加选系的准确性.S3与S5世代间超标优势呈极显著正相关,说明在育种过程中可以通过S3世代组合的杂种优势预测S5世代组合的杂种优势.
进一步加强承德市玉米病虫害防治工作,提升玉米产量和质量,有助于承德市玉米种植业健康蓬勃的发展,并有助于广大农户增产增收,助力乡村振兴.基于此,就承德地区春玉米各个生育时期主要病虫害种类进行概述,并对病虫害有关防治技术进行梳理分析,以便玉米种植工作的持续开展.
为了解承德市春玉米除草剂施用现状,以实地调研的方法调查承德境内春玉米除草剂施用情况,分析得出承德市春玉米除草剂施用中存在种类繁多、利用率低、药量翻倍、安全意识薄弱等问题,并提出相应建议,为承德市及周边地区除草剂科学合理施用提供理论指导,为春玉米除草剂减施增效提供依据,促进玉米产业绿色、可持续发展.
生猪养殖过程中抗生素药物的滥用严重威胁到食品安全和消费者健康,给生猪产业健康发展带来严重影响.因替抗性饲料添加剂产品具有提高机体抵抗力、抑菌、抗炎等功效,在国内禁抗初期,益生菌、植物提取物饲料替抗产品的研发备受业内学者们的青睐.通过总结近年国内外有关益生菌、植物提取物在猪养殖过程中的应用效果,以期为筛选抗生素替代品提供理论参考.
随着农业机械化的不断发展,玉米生产全程机械化生产也逐步推广应用,加大玉米全程机械化实施力度,对提高玉米种植效益有巨大的潜力.为掌握承德市玉米机械化生产的发展状况,笔者对承德市玉米机械化发展现状进行了调研分析,指出其中存在的问题,并提出发展建议.旨在探索承德山区玉米机械化发展新途径,为提高承德市玉米机械化水平提供参考.
为了解潮河流域春玉米施肥现状,以实地调研方法调查滦平境内春玉米肥料施用情况,分析得出滦平县春玉米施肥存在肥料种类单一、利用率低、施肥方法不合理等问题,并提出相应建议,为滦平县及周边地区肥料科学合理施用提供理论指导,为春玉米肥料减施增效提供依据,促进玉米产业绿色、可持续发展.
为研究不同形态磷肥对承德地区春玉米早期生长发育及产量的影响,评估不同磷肥品种肥效,特开展此次试验.本试验选用聚磷酸铵、腐植酸磷、磷酸二铵(对照)3个磷肥品种进行施肥处理试验,结果表明,3种磷肥对春玉米产量影响表现不一致,综合玉米苗期株高、干物质重量、经济性状,以及玉米产量等表现,聚磷酸铵处理结果最优.
为探索冀西北寒旱区地膜覆盖和限量补灌对马铃薯田土壤水分运移及水分利用效果的影响,采取随机区组方法设置起垄(T1)、起垄覆膜(T2)、膜下补灌22.5 mm(T3)、膜下补灌45 mm(T4)和露地补灌45 mm(T5)5种不同处理,监测了不同措施对土壤水分时空运移、马铃薯生产量、水分利用效率的影响.结果表明,区域草甸栗钙土马铃薯田的主要供水层为0~40 cm 土层,块茎膨大期为农田耗水关键期.旱作下覆膜较露地(ck)可使马铃薯增产76.44%,水分利用效率提高83.33%;膜下滴灌补水22.5 mm时可增产123.47%,水分利用效率提高122.00%.露地补灌45 mm可增产52.17%,水分利用效率提高51.82%.覆膜和补灌未显著地增加农田耗水量,但显著地提高马铃薯的产量和水分利用效率.
采用裂区试验设计,以华北坝上及其周边寒旱区15个常规栽培品种为供试材料,设置不施氮与施氮两个水平,从块茎产量、氮吸收量、氮生物学效率、肥料氮农学效率、偏生产力、表观利用率等方面进行不同品种氮效率评价;在此基础上,采用隶属函数法对各品种进行综合氮效率鉴评与分类.结果表明:品种、施氮水平、品种×施氮水平等对马铃薯产量具有极显著的影响,在不施氮肥的条件下北方002的产量最高,为5863 kg·hm-2,冀张薯12号的氮素生物学效率最高,为92.10 kg·kg-1;在施氮肥的条件下荷十五的产量最高,为8284 kg·hm-2,V7的氮素生物学效率最高,为59.05 kg·kg-1.15个品种在氮效率性状如地力产量、施氮肥后产量、块茎氮吸收量、肥料氮农学效率、肥料氮偏生产力、肥料氮表观利用率等方面存在宽幅变异,变幅范围为21%~58%.在未施氮肥条件下,马铃薯不同品种产量(Y)与块茎含氮量(X)呈极显著负相关,Y=-0.0019X+22.045(R2=0.6269**);在施氮条件下,产量与块茎含氮量无显著相关,而肥料氮表观利用率(Y)与肥料氮偏生产力(X)之间呈极显著正相关,Y=1.617X-21.784(R2=0.7465**).隶属函数分析表明,荷十五、希森6号与斯凡特(F8)具有较高的综合氮效率,可作为氮高效品种应用于生产或作为氮高效种质材料.
干旱是马铃薯产量的主要制约因素之一.为筛选出抗旱高产马铃薯材料,利用隶属函数法对本实验室筛选出的12份高代马铃薯品系材料进行综合性抗旱性评价,筛选出极高抗旱性材料1份,为2006-43-3,抗旱性强材料2份,分别是2009-31-5,2009-7-76,抗旱性中等材料3份,分别是2005-2-126,2007-2-1,2008-34-6,抗旱性弱材料4份,极弱材料2份.
