By the results of modern structural data and geochemical research of IPGG SB RAS numerical modelling has been performed to obtain the Kuonamka Formation source rock hydrocarbon generation dynamics. Kuonamka Formation source rock catagenetic evolution 3D models developed in the IPGG SB RAS has been specified for pre-igneous period. Regional-zonal models of hydrocarbon generation dynamics has been obtained using new kerogen kinetics and TOC distribution.
A brief description of the geological structure of the sedimentary cover within the Kempendyai depression is given, in which two intervals of formation of unstable layers in the Cambrian and Devonian are distinguished, and their salt saturation is estimated. A generalized geo-density model of the sedimentary cover has been compiled, and approximate scales and duration of interruptions in the Phanerozoic sedimentation history are given. Numerical modeling of salt tectogenesis is performed by solving the problem of calculating the creeping flow of a Newtonian fluid with variable density and constant viscosity. The leading role of the surfacing of Devonian salts, the most active phase of which occurred in the Jurassic period, in the formation of local sedimentary cover structures with the subordinate nature of the dynamics of Cambrian salts is shown. It is proposed to identify subcortical zones composed of Devonian diapir salts as the most promising areas in terms of oil and gas content, and possibly in terms of lithium-bearing brines.

Выполнен анализ результатов современных региональных сейсморазведочных работ и глубокого бурения в Присаяно-Енисейской перспективной нефтегазоносной области и на прилегающих территориях Лено-Тунгусской нефтегазоносной провинции. Построены структурные карты по опорным отражающим горизонтам рифея, венда и нижнего кембрия, а также карты толщин рифейского и вендского терригенного сейсмогеологических комплексов. Построена тектоническая карта венд-палеозойского структурного яруса Присаяно-Енисейской синеклизы. Выполнено нефтегазогеологическое районирование Присаяно-Енисейской перспективной нефтегазоносной области, выделено восемь перспективных нефтегазоносных районов и выполнена количественная оценка перспектив нефтегазоносности. Начальные суммарные геологические ресурсы углеводородов Присаяно-Енисейской перспективной нефтегазоносной области оценены в 3 млрд 231 млн т УУВ, в том числе газа в 3 трлн 39 млрд м3 и конденсата в 192.7 млн т. Показано, что за 15—20 лет в Присаяно-Енисейской перспективной нефтегазоносной области могут быть подготовлены значительные запасы газа — до 1 трлн м3. This study presents the results of recent regional seismic exploration and deep drilling efforts in the Sayan–Yenisei syneclise and adjacent areas of the Lena–Tunguska petroleum province. These results were used to build a series of structure maps for Riphean, Vendian and Lower Cambrian reflectors; thickness maps of the Riphean and Vendian terrigenous geoseismic sequences within the syneclise, and a tectonic map of the Vendian–Paleozoic structural stage of the Sayan–Yenisei syneclise. The proposed oil and gas geological zoning of the Sayan–Yenisei potential petroleum area enabled us to identify eight potential petroleum regions and perform a quantitative assessment of the hydrocarbon potential. The original in-place resources of the Sayan–Yenisei potential petroleum area are estimated to be 3 billion 231 million tons of hydrocarbon equivalent, including 3 trillion 39 billion m3 of gas and 192.7 million tons of condensate. It is shown that over next 15–20 years, up to 1 trillion m3 gas reserves can be explored in the Sayan–Yenisei potential petroleum area. It is proposed to consider the Boguchany village as a large gas conversion and helium production center.
На основании анализа геолого-геофизических данных приведена обновленная схема нефтегазогеологического районирования Лено-Тунгусской НГП, рассмотренная в работе «Нефтегазогеологическое районирование Сибирской платформы (уточненная версия)» в 2017 году. Предложено Северо-Алданскую НГО разделить на Алдано-Майскую, Алданскую и Средне-Ленскую НГО. Северная и восточная граница Средне-Ленской НГО проводится по южной границе «Великой Сибирской системы кембрийских барьерных рифов». Уточнены контуры Центрально-Тунгусской, Западно-Вилюйской, Присаяно-Енисейской и Ангаро-Ленской НГО. Выделены Ванаварский и Нижнеангарский самостоятельные нефтегазоносные районы. Приведена оценка ресурсов углеводородов. Based on the analysis of geological and geophysical data, a refined scheme of oil and gas geological zoning of the Lena-Tunguska petroleum province was proposed, considered in the article “Oil and gas geological zoning of the Siberian Platform (refined version)” in 2017. It was proposed to divide the North Aldan petroleum area into Aldan-Maya, Aldan and Middle-Lena petroleum areas. The northern and eastern border of the Middle-Lena petroleum area is traced along the southern border of the “Great Siberian system of Cambrian barrier reefs”. The contours of the Central Tunguska, West Vilyui, Sayan-Yenisei and Angara-Lena petroleum districts have been clarified. The Vanavara and Lower Angara independent petroleum regions have been identified. An assessment of hydrocarbon resources is given.

The study considers the key structural features of the sedimentary cover of the Aldan–Maya region and major tectonic events that affected its structure. The generalization and interpretation of regional seismic survey data provided the basis for building a series of geoseismic sections and structure maps, which, in turn, were used in structural tectonic zoning of the study area. The map showing outcrops of Riphean formations and groups on the pre-Vendian erosion surface was complied. Tectonic schemes for three structural levels (upper Karelian–Lower Riphean, Middle–Upper Riphean and Vendian–Cambrian) confirmed their fundamental difference. In particular, the large Maya inclined swell was detected only in the topography of the Lower Riphean and is absent in the overlying structures of Middle Riphean–Vendian age, which are represented by weakly differentiated monoclines. The parameters of the major tectonic elements were determined.

Their petroleum potential is equitable and estimated as 16-17 billion tons of hydrocarbon equivalent.
Проанализированы результаты региональных геолого-разведочных работ за счет федерального бюджета на территории Алдано-Майской перспективной (потенциальной) нефтегазоносной области (НГО) за последние 18 лет. Они позволили в значительной мере скорректировать представления о геологическом строении исследуемой территории. Рассмотрены ключевые особенности строения осадочного чехла Алдано-Майской НГО и основные тектонические события, повлиявшие на его структуру. В результате обобщения и интерпретации сейсморазведочных данных, полученных на девяти участках региональных работ, построены сейсмогеологические разрезы и структурные карты, которые послужили основой для структурно-тектонического районирования территории Алдано-Майской НГО. Составлена карта выходов свит и серий рифея на предвендскую эрозионную поверхность. Приведены тектонические схемы по трем структурным ярусам - верхнекарельско-нижнерифейскому, средневерхнерифейскому и венд-кембрийскому, показано их принципиальное отличие. В частности, крупный Майский наклонный вал выражен только в рельефах нижнего рифея и не находит отражения в вышележащих структурных поверхностях среднего рифея-венда, которые в общих чертах представляют собой слабодифференцированные моноклинали. Определены параметры основных тектонических элементов. Численное моделирование соляного тектогенеза в Кемпендяйской впадине свидетельствует о ведущей роли всплывания верхнедевонских солей в формировании локальных структур осадочного чехла и резко подчиненном характере динамики кембрийских солей, и позволяет выделить подкорневые зоны сложенных верхнедевонскими солями диапиров, как участки наиболее перспективные в отношении нефтегазоносности. Numerical modeling of salt tectogenesis in the Kempendyai depression indicates the leading role of the ascent of Upper Devonian salts in the formation of local structures of the sedimentary cover and the subordinate nature of the dynamics of Cambrian salts, and allows us to identify the subroot zones of diapirs composed of Upper Devonian salts as the most promising areas in terms of oil and gas potential.

The article discusses the debatable issues of well log correlation of the Riphean, Vendian, Cambrian and Mesozoic sections, promising for the search for oil and gas in the Aldan-Maya potentially petroleum bearing region. The author's proposed correlation version is based on the interpretation of well logging data, seismic surveys, studying of deep well cores, stock and published data. The results obtained can be used to refine the stratigraphic correlations of wells and build maps. The history of studying the geological structure of the territory of the Aldan-Maya potentially petroleum bearing region was also analyzed, during which numerous indications of oil and gas potential were identified. The generalization of the performed exploration actitvity made it possible to identify Proterozoic and Phanerozoic oil and gas bearing strata. The characteristics of these sections are given. It is shown that the prospects for the discovery of oil and gas accumulations in the Aldan-May area are estimated quite highly.
The key features of the geological structure of the Riphean sedimentary cover within the Aldan-Maya petroleum region are considered. Using seismic and acoustic logging data, the velocity characteristics of the Riphean deposits were studied. It was shown that the main acoustic contrasts are associated with the formation of sustained intra-Riphean reflectors. They correlate with the boundaries of formations and series. Based on the results of generalization and interpretation of seismic data on 9 projects of regional prospecting, seismogeological sections and structural maps were constructed, which served as the basis for structural-tectonic zoning of the territory within the Aldan-Maya petroleum region. Tectonic maps are presented for two structural stages - Upper Karelian-Lower Riphean and Upper-Middle Riphean, their fundamental difference is shown, in particular, the large May inclined swell is developed only in the reliefs of the lower Riphean not in the Middle-Upper Riphean surfaces.
The results of seismic surveys on the territory of the Middle-Lena and Aldan petroleum region conducted from 2004 to 2021 are summarized. In total, 10,775 km of seismic profiles were worked out in the study area, the area of seismic exploration was 138,400 km. 72 local objects were discovered, and total resources were estimated. The deposits of the Vendian and Cambrian on the territory of the Aldan petroleum region have the greatest prospects for oil and gas potential.
On the territory of the Vilyui hemisyneclise, the presence of hydrocarbon deposits in the Lower Triassic deposits is determined by the presence and distribution of sandy seams of shallow-water genesis - reservoirs for hydrocarbons, as well as marine clay deposits - tires capable of retaining hydrocarbons. Based on the interpretation of the materials of geophysical studies of wells and seismic exploration, a forecast was made for the distribution of sandy layers of the Lower Triassic deposits of the Vilyui hemisineclise containing gaseous hydrocarbons, as well as clay packs of a local and regional nature, which serve as seals for each of the productive layers.
The results of regional geological exploration at the expense of the federal budget within the Aldan-May petroleum region over the past 17 years are analyzed. They made it possible to significantly correct the understanding about the geological structure and assessment of the prospects for oil and gas potential of the study area. Based on the results of these works, 56 prospecting objects were identified for detailed geophysical surveys and exploratory drilling. The initial total resources were estimated for four potential prospective complexes: Jurassic terrigenous, Lower-Middle Cambrian reef, Vendian-Lower Cambrian carbonate and Riphean-Vendian terrigenous-carbonate. According to the estimates given in the seismic reports, the Vend-Lower Cambrian complex has the greatest resource potential. However, the results of the generalization and scientific analysis of geological and geophysical data, carried out at the IPGG SB RAS, allow us to state that the main role in the Aldan-Maya petroleum region will be played by the Riphean complex, where oil fields is expected.
Summary As part of the work, structural-tectonic zoning of the Khatanga-Lena and Lena-Vilyui regions was carried out. Structural maps for the top of the Cambrian and the top of the Permian / bottom of the Mesozoic (TP horizon) were chosen as the base for the construction of tectonic zoning maps. These stratigraphic levels are the most important for assessing oil and gas potential. The resulting structural maps also used potential field maps, geological maps, and previous structural constructions. In the study area, the structural surfaces of the Upper Proterozoic-Phanerozoic reference stratigraphic levels in the regional-zonal plan are similar, while their reliefs from the lower horizons to the upper ones flatten out and become less contrasting. In the structural plan of the Cambrian top in the Khatanga-Lena region, all large tectonic elements identified along the TP horizon are distinguished: the Laptev Sea and Lena-Anabar megasyneclises, the Yenisei-Khatanga regional trough and the Coastal Ridge. These structures, in turn, are complicated by smaller tectonic elements of I-IV orders. Cambrian deposits in the area under consideration are more widespread than Permian and Mesozoic sedimentary strata.
The velocity characteristics of the Upper Proterozoic-Phanerozoic sedimentary cover of the Anabar-Olenek region were studied, in particular, the bimodal character of the distribution interval P-wave velocities was established. Taking into account modern ideas about the chronostratigraphy of sediments encountered by the Charchykskaya-1, Burskaya-3410 and Khastakhskaya-930 deep boreholes, stratification of reflecting horizons was carried out and time sections from previous years were reinterpreted. From the perspective of seismic stratigraphic and seismic facies analysis, the Cambrian, Vendian, and Riphean intervals of the section were examined in detail. In the course of the analysis, adjustments to the stratigraphic breakdown of the Burskaya-3410 and Charchykskaya-1 boreholes are proposed. The study shows that the Lapar Formation, which underwent Prepermian erosion, increase in the thickness multiple in an eastward direction. The distribution areas of the Tuessal Formation, the Lower and Middle Cambrian clinoform complex, as well as the areas of the Upper Riphean Formations reaching the Prevendian erosion surface are contoured. An Intrariphean tectonic disagreement between the Kulady Formation and older deposits was established.
