Research on process parameter optimization and process intelligent control is an important element in the design and development of grain drying equipment. Existing methods mostly use simulation, device experiments or field experiments to obtain data, which have large differences with the actual drying results or the experimental process is time-consuming and vulnerable to interference. In this study, with reference to the process and structure of large continuous grain drying production equipment, a continuous grain drying simulation experimental system was developed and designed, including grain feeding equipment, dryer main body, grain discharge equipment, waste heat recovery, condensing device, hot air equipment and measurement and control system, which can simulate the grain drying operation process. This system can also optimize the drying process parameters, and carry out indoor grain drying quality change law, energy consumption law and production efficiency. The system can be used as the first-line staff post. The system could be used as the pre-service training for the workers on the production line, the experimental teaching of related majors in universities and colleges and the experimental research system of scientific research institutions.
Objective To analyze the distribution of CD109 gene in normal and brain cancer tissues.Methods Analyze the expression of CD109 in normal human and murine tissues as well as brain cancer tissue by real-time quantitative PCR,using 18S rRNA as an internal standard.Results The expression level of mRNA of CD109 protein was the highest in testis tissue but was low in the other tissues.However,the expression was up-regulated in 9 of the 12 brain cancer specimens.Conclusion CD109 gene was rarely expressed in most normal tissues.It might be a potential molecular target for the treatment of malignant tumors.
Objective To study the mechanism of apoptosis in Human Gastric carcinoma cells BGC-823 Induced with recombinant plasmid comprised Hemagglutinin-neuraminidase(HN) Gene from Newcastle Disease Virus(NDV).Methods The recombinant plasmid pIRVP3IL-18HN was introduced into human gastric carcinoma cells BGC-823 by liposome-mediated transfection.The viability of BGC-823 cells was determined by MTT staining and the morphology of BGC-823 was observed by electron microscope.The alteration of mitochondrial transmembrane potential and ROS level of the cells was detected by flow cytometry(FCM) with Rhodamine 123 and DCFA staining and the activation of caspase-3 was assayed by substrate color reaction.Results After recombinant plasmid was introduced into BGC-823 cells,mortality of cells was increased and viability was decreased significantly respectively.Apoptosis of BGC-823 cells can be observed significantly by electron microscope.Compared with control cells,mitochondrial transmembrane potential was decreased,ROS level of the cells was increased,and caspase-3 was activated.Conclusion A sequencing apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma cells BGC-823 can be induced with recombinant plasmid comprised Hemagglutinin-neuraminidase(HN) Gene from Newcastle Disease Virus,then induce the apoptosis of tumor cells.
目的:探讨缺血缺氧性心肌损伤过程中血管紧张素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)与心肌胶原代谢的关系.方法:用异丙基肾上腺素(ISP)注射大鼠,造成心肌缺血缺氧和心肌坏死模型,检测血清内GOT、CK、LDH、HBDH(羟丁酸脱氢酶)的活性,并检测心肌组织内血管紧张素-Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)、血管紧张素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)和心肌胶原含量变化,观察细胞外间质效应细胞增殖情况.结果:注射ISP后,血清GOT、CK、LDH、HBDH活性增加,心肌匀浆内ACE、Ang-Ⅱ含量上升,并发现在ACE、Ang-Ⅱ升高的同时有成纤维细胞的增生,以后心肌胶原含量明显升高.结论:心肌缺血缺氧后,心肌局部合成释放ACE、Ang-Ⅱ增加,使心肌成纤维细胞增殖和合成胶原能力增强,出现心肌胶原含量的增加.说明Ang-Ⅱ是心肌间质胶原反应的一个信号分子.
为研究低钙动物的生长代谢及与疾病的关系.介绍一种可行的不同血钙水平大鼠动物模型,通过控制膳食内钙水平对所饲大鼠血钙进行调节.用Wistar大鼠,按体重和性别均匀分层分为7组.所用的基础LC饲料,是以玉米面为主的膳食配方所配成,其中低钙特点突出,所饲大鼠血钙水平明显低下,体重生长迟缓、代谢偏低.研究结果表明,LC组大鼠血清Ca水平仅及Stock组一半,体重增长迟缓,当膳食补Ca后,血Ca水平随补Ca量逐渐升高,而体重增长也随之变化升高,呈明显的量效关系,LC+600Ca组血Ca接近正常水平.当膳食内总钙在1000mg/kg时,即LC+600mg/kg组,上述生长迟缓的状态即被改善,P<0.01.
目的:探讨心肌缺血缺氧状态下局部内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO )与心肌胶原代谢的关系.方法:应用异丙肾上腺素(ISP)注射大鼠,造成心肌缺血缺氧和心肌坏死模型.检测血清内GOT、CK、LDH、ET含量,并检测心肌组织匀浆内ET、NO含量变化和胶原蛋白含量以及细胞外间质(ECM)的增殖情况.结果:注射ISP后,血清GOT、CK、LDH活性增加,与此同时,心肌匀浆内ET含量上升和NO含量下降,ECM效应细胞增殖和心肌胶原含量升高.结论:心肌缺血缺氧后,心肌局部合成释放ET增加,NO合成减少,胶原蛋白含量增加,说明ET 等生物因子与心肌间质胶原代谢变化相关.
