目的 探究卵泡抑素相关基因3(follistatin?related gene 3,FSTL3)对肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumour?associated macro?phages,TAMs)在乳腺癌增殖、迁移和侵袭中的作用及其相关机制.方法 收集2018年3月至2021年3月在海军军医大学第一附属医院21例乳腺癌患者的肿瘤及其癌旁组织,并提取巨噬细胞.使用佛波酯(phorbol?12?myristate?13?acetate,PMA)、PMA/干扰素?γ(interferon?γ,IFN?γ)和PMA/白细胞介素?4(interleukin?4,IL?4)诱导THP?1为初始、M1型和M2型巨噬细胞,分别为PMA组、PMA/IFN?γ组、PMA/IL?4组;采用脂质体转染法将si?FSTL3、si?NC转染至THP?1,再使用PMA/IL?4诱导转染后的THP?1,分别为si?FSTL3组、si?NC组.采用流式细胞术鉴定巨噬细胞分型.通过实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(quanlita?tive real time polymerase chain reaction,qRT?PCR)和Western blotting检测各组细胞FSTL3的mRNA和蛋白表达情况.收集各组巨噬细胞上清与购买的乳腺癌细胞系MCF7共孵育,通过细胞计数试剂盒(cell counting kit8,CCK8)检测MCF7细胞增殖能力,使用细胞划痕、Transwell实验检测MCF7细胞迁移和侵袭能力.结果 与癌旁组织比较,乳腺癌患者TAMs的FSTL3基因表达增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),表型呈M2型极化.与PMA组相比,PMA/IL?4组高表达FSTL3,其上清共孵育的MCF7细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001).与si?NC组相比,si?FSTL3组向M2型极化能力减弱,其上清共孵育的MCF7细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力减弱,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 FSTL3通过正向调控TAMs向M2型极化,促进乳腺癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is extracted from autologous venous blood and is rich in high-concentration platelets. PRP can participate in the wound healing process by releasing a large amount of growth factors after it is activated. As a new type of treatment to promote tissue repair, this technology has been widely used in the treatment of chronic wounds such as diabetic feet and venous ulcers, and its application in deep burn wounds has gradually increased. This article will summarize the mechanism of PRP affecting the healing of deep burn wouds, and specific practice and effect of the application of PRP in deep burn wounds, in order to provide theoretical support for the application of PRP technology in burn wounds and guide the clinical practice of burn specialists.
The case of long-term complicated infectious mass on the inner thigh root after transobturator urethral sling is rare. This paper reported a case, who underwent a surgery of the "trans-obturator mid-urethral slings" for stress urinary incontinence 9 years ago. A mass on the root of the right thigh was found 3 months ago, accompanied with low fever. About 1cm tape was exposed on the front wall of the right side of the vagina. The patient underwent resection of the mass on the root of the right thigh and partial removal of the tape under spinal anesthesia. After one year’ follow-up, there was no significant change in urinary control ability compared with that before the operation.
在中国,消化道肿瘤的发病率持续升高,探索早期诊断的有效方法对改善患者预后至关重要.生物标志物可用于辅助诊断消化道肿瘤,对高危人群进行无创性肿瘤标志物筛查,可减少影像学检查和胃肠镜检查的人数,并可提高患者对筛查的依从性,为治疗争取时间.该文主要对用于肝细胞癌(HCC)、结直肠癌(CRC)诊断的生物标志物,包括miRNA、血清蛋白标志物、细胞学标志物等作一综述,以期为消化道肿瘤的早期诊断提供参考.
As an important medical support component for the army to preserve and enhance combat effectiveness and minimize the reduction rate of combat personnel, war trauma treatment has been highly valued. Modern war puts forward higher requirements for the pertinence, practicality, and efficiency of war trauma treatment training. With the comprehensive development of national defense and military modernization, the contradiction between the increasing demand of modern war medical service and the relatively backward training mode of war trauma treatment becomes more and more prominent. As a new practical technology, virtual reality technology can simulate the elements of war trauma treatment in a panoramic manner, enabling the trainees to have a real sense of the battlefield in the four-dimensional space of high simulation, which has unique advantage in the field of war trauma treatment training. At present, the western developed countries represented by the the United States of America have applied virtual reality technology in the field of war trauma treatment training and achieved gratifying training results through the actual combat tests. This paper reviews the application of virtual reality technology in the field of war trauma treatment training at home and abroad, in order to provide a new idea and method for improving the level of war trauma treatment training in our army.
