Current research background: Oral implants require sufficient bone mass in the restoration area, but in clinical practice, bone deficiency often occurs. The application of short and ultra-short implants can avoid complex bone augmentation surgery and provide a more minimally invasive and convenient option for patients with bone deficiency. Main research content: A large number of studies have shown that short implants can be used in the restoration of vertical bone deficiency and edentulous jaws, and can achieve good clinical results close to those of conventional implants. At the same time, in combination with procedures such as transalveolar crest and maxillary sinus lift, we can use short implants to transform complex procedures into more minimally invasive procedures. This paper reviews the progress of oral clinical application of short implants.
目的 对2019年陆军某部初级士官及义务兵初评伤病残情况调查分析,探究我军伤病残发生现状及致残相关因素.方法 收集2019年陆军某部初评伤病残初级士官及义务兵存档资料进行分析,探究不同入伍年限、不同官兵层次、不同致残系统及部位对伤病残发生的影响.结果 共统计伤病残官兵344例,初级士官占46.51%;义务兵占53.49%.入伍第一年为伤病残高发期.初级士官因病致残比例高于义务兵,因伤致残比例低于义务兵(P<0.05).初级士官因伤致残严重程度重于义务兵(P< 0.05),但两者因病致残严重程度无统计学差异(P>0.05).致残原因最高的三大系统为运动系统、精神系统和五官系统,致残原因最高的三大部位为下肢、上肢和脊柱.运动系统和五官系统损伤致残严重程度较轻,而精神系统、泌尿生殖系统、血液系统和神经系统损伤致残严重程度较重;下肢、上肢和脊柱部位损伤致残严重程度较轻,而颅脑、内脏和血液部位损伤致残严重程度较重.结论 不同入伍年限、不同官兵层次、不同致残系统及部位对伤病残发生的影响不同,可针对不同影响因素采取相应措施预防我军官兵伤病残的发生.
