安顺市农业科学院是贵州省主要的大豆育种科研单位,拥有2000多份大豆种质资源,并成功选育出10余个大豆品种通过国家、省农作物品种审定委员会审定,对促进贵州大豆产业发展发挥着重要作用.对当前贵州省大豆良种需求进行分析,阐述当前贵州省大豆育种存在的主要问题,提出了进一步加强对大豆种质资源的鉴定、挖掘和创新利用,构建稳定的大豆育种团队,加强学习交流,设立大豆育种专项资金等对策建议.为进一步促进贵州省大豆育种工作的顺利开展,保障国家粮油安全及服务地方主要农业产业提供参考.

蔬菜含有丰富的维生素C、胡萝卜素及矿物质(钾、钙、镁、铁等),已成为人们日常饮食中必不可少的食物之一[1].蔬菜产业已从昔日的"家庭菜园"逐步成为农业农村经济发展的支柱产业[2].因其周期短、见效快,是当前农业产业结构调整的重要支柱产业之一,深受老百姓欢迎.2018年贵州省蔬菜种植面积达1500 万亩(100 万hm2),大白菜、萝卜、茄子以及区域性的山药、生姜、韭黄等蔬菜在国内市场销售中占了重大比例[3].

In order to solve problem of little planting scale, single variety, lacking of market competitiveness, 26 varieties of Dendrobium were introduced from each region of China, experiment was to screen out the variety with good performance and suitable for cultivation of Dendrobiumin Anshun by greenhouse.Results:The most suitable varieties of Anshun have D.officinale, D.nobile Lindl, D.loddigesii Rolfe, D.chrysotoxum Lindl, D.fimhriatum Hook.var.oculatum Hook, D.fimbriatum Hook., D.devoninum Paxt., D.thyrsiflorum Rchb.f., D.chrysanthum Lindl.and D.densiflorum Lindl.Considering the ornamental value and medicinal value of D.nobile, and combining with the development of national medicine industry, D.officinale, D.nobile Lindl and D.loddigesii Rolfe could be suitable to plant in greenhouse of Anshun.
