Rural revitalization has become a national strategy,and the development of characteristic towns is also an important measure for the country to develop local economy.It is the most urgent task to jointly promote the local social and economic development,and it is also an important way to realize the common prosperity of villagers.The model of "Yuanjiacun" has achieved success in the development of rural revitalization and urbanization in China,and has been extended and copied outwards. "Yuanjiacun" in Qinghai is a re-biological and cultural replica of the rural revitalization and urbanization development model.How to build a characteristic town with distinctive cuaracteristics and sustainable development under the background of rural revitalization must be jointly constructed and coordinated from the five dimensions of industry,function,form,system and culture,so as to find a sustainable,stable,green,open and innovative road of urbanization development.

在应对新一轮新冠肺炎疫情防控中,L市"社工委"发挥了举足轻重的作用.本文以"社工委"参与疫情防控的实践为社区治理个案,分析"社工委"参与的实践图景,探究其参与的内在机理.认为在疫情防控常态化背景下,以治理共同体思想为理论依据,未来应把"社工委"建设成多元主体参与城市社区治理的集成性阵地,需要在情感共同体和在工具共同体两个方面着手.

新文科建设再一次将文科生培养提升到服务国家重大战略的高度.社会学类专业普遍具有重理论、轻实践的教学传统,实习流于形式的也不在少数.本文对青海师范大学近两届毕业生实习情况分析的基础上,研究学校社会学专业实习基地建设存在的问题,并提出建设的对策.研究结合实际提出政校、企校、社校共建共享的思路,并从基地建设要坚持专业性、实践性、稳定性、发展性等四个原则,指出基地建设要围绕提高共建共享的认识、强化"双师型"师资队伍建设和就业与实习有效衔接三个方面,最终实现长效稳定的共建共享合作机制.

社会工作伦理不仅体现在专业教育和实践中,也体现在服务项目评估中.评估人员的伦理意识和对伦理规范的操守直接影响着评估结论的公正性和科学性.本文通过分析当前社会工作评估面临的操作伦理失范和角色伦理混淆问题,从提高认识、行业规范、专业自律和环境利好四个方面提出了对策建议,力求提高社会工作评估的科学性.
