目的 观察某品牌儿童霜中鲜牛乳成分对特应性皮炎动物模型皮肤损伤的缓解效果.方法 项目于2019年3-6月,采用2,4-二硝基氯苯涂抹致敏的方法对SD大鼠进行特应性皮炎模型建立.对59只实验动物进行随机分组,分别建立使用含鲜牛乳的实验样品组并与使用不含牛乳的基质样品组、凡士林及健康大鼠进行对照.采用Berth-Jones在六区域六体征评分法(six area six sign atopic dermatitis,SASSAD)中推荐的界定方法对患部红肿、苔藓化及表皮脱落情况进行打分;通过检测各组动物血清中白三烯B4(leukotriene B4,LTB4)、半胱氨酰白三烯受体(cysteinyl leukotriene receptor,CysLTR)水平,评价实验样品组缓解特应性皮炎引发的急、慢性炎症效果;通过模型部位皮肤组织染色观察不同实验组预后表皮增厚修复情况.结果 根据SASSAD打分,实验样品组对特应性皮炎干预后打分优于基质样品组和凡士林对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清检测结果显示含鲜牛乳成分的实验样品对皮肤炎症产生抑制效果;组织染色观察结果显示实验样品组预后表皮增厚程度减轻且淋巴细胞浸润减少,进一步提示鲜牛乳成分对炎症的缓解作用.结论 使用含鲜牛乳成分儿童霜对预防及缓解儿童特应性皮炎具有良好效果.
以主客观结合方法对一款含鲜奶面霜进行单次和长期使用后的保湿功效研究,评价鲜牛奶作为保湿剂在护肤品中的保湿性能.选择30名18~55周岁女性受试者为研究对象,采用随机双盲安慰剂对照的实验设计,通过无创仪器检测并记录实验组和对照组受试者使用对应产品0 min、30 min、1 h、3 h、6 h、14 d、28 d时脸颊处角质层水分含量、经皮失水率值及VISIA-CR全脸拍摄图像,并收集受试者主观评价结果,借助SPSS数据统计软件对实验结果进行统计分析.结果显示,与不含鲜奶的基质相比,含鲜奶面霜对面部角质层水分含量的提高、经皮失水率的改善、肌肤泛红等问题的改善都具有显著作用,说明鲜牛奶作为保湿剂添加到护肤品中,具有良好的补水保湿、增强皮肤屏障功能的作用.
This study evaluated the effect of a fresh-milk cream on reducing skin erythema response in 30 subjects(23.87 ± 0.34 years) by objective instrumental method. The model of skin erythema was established by tape stripping and histamine stimulation. Herein the skin erythema index(EI), skin sensitivity value and skin images of subjects were measured. The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that the fresh-milk cream could continuously decrease the value of the histamine-stimulated area’s erythema index and skin sensitivity, and relieve the skin redness. It indicated that the fresh-milk cream had the functions of reducing skin erythema response and soothing the skin sensitivity.
The moisturizing effect of a fresh-milk cream after single and long-term application was studied by the combination of subjective and instrumental methods. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the moisturizing efficacy of fresh milk as a moisturizer in skin care products. Thirty female subjects aged 18~55 years were enrolled and a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled comparison study was applied in this research. The stratum corneum water content and transdermal water loss on the cheek, and VISIA-CR images of the whole face were recorded after using the samples. The subjective evaluation of the subjects were also collected. The results showed that the fresh milk cream played a significant role in increasing the water content of facial stratum corneum, improving the transdermal water loss and skin redness compared with the base formula without fresh milk. It indicated that fresh milk can be added to skin care products as a moisturizing agent, which can replenish moisture and enhance the skin barrier function.
采用客观仪器评价方法对含鲜奶面霜单次使用后的缓解皮肤红斑反应的功效进行研究.选择30名18~55周岁有效受试者为研究对象,使用胶带粘贴及组胺刺激构建皮肤红斑反应模型,并采用无创仪器的方式检测并记录实验组、安慰剂组、阴性组及空白组受试者在组胺造模前、造模后、涂抹产品后30 min和60 min时的皮肤红斑指数EI值、皮肤敏感度值,采集皮肤图像,通过SPSS数据统计软件对实验结果进行统计分析.结果显示,含鲜奶面霜可以持续改善皮肤红斑指数EI值和皮肤敏感度,缓解由组胺导致的皮肤红晕反应,说明其具有一定的缓解皮肤红斑反应,改善皮肤敏感状态的功能.
This work focuses on the universal applicability of microencapsulation on core materials. From this point, nine different fragrance oils were selected as core materials, and the corresponding melamine resin shell microcapsules were prepared by a uniform process. According to characterization results, the microencapsulation shows good universality for most core materials, but their encapsulation efficiency (E%, 17.28%-88.26%), particle size distribution (D-50, 9.65-33.82 mu m) and optical micro-morphology are significantly different. By analysing the influence of the interfacial tension (F), relative dielectric constant (epsilon), viscosity (tau), density (rho) and refractive index (n) of the core materials on encapsulation, it was found that the F determines whether the core material is suitable, and f >= 1 is the basic condition for the core material to have the value of microencapsulation. Besides, the epsilon and n both can be used as auxiliary criteria, tau and rho also influence the microencapsulation process. Based on these data, a "Dimensionless encapsulation number" x=[F-0.25 center dot rho n-nH(2)O)] epsilon(0.25)center dot tau(0.5) was tentatively established, and the mathematical relation between it and corresponding E% was constructed, which could be applied as a semi-empirical formula in practical work.
利用高通量测序技术研究使用一款含鲜奶面霜后对皮肤细菌多样性的影响.通过随机抽取10名使用含鲜奶面霜的受试者(女性,平均年龄24.1±0.9岁)并用棉拭子采集面颊皮肤样本,提取DNA及PCR扩增后,进行16S rRNA高通量测序,并根据97%的相似度对序列进行OTU聚类和物种分类注释,分析比较使用样品前后皮肤细菌群落组成、多样性和差异菌群.研究发现使用含鲜奶面霜后脸颊皮肤细菌的多样性降低,但受试者面颊皮肤的细菌种类及相对丰度较为相似,同时受试者皮肤菌群中的厚壁菌门和放线菌门比例明显升高,这主要是由厚壁菌门中的葡萄球菌属和放线菌门中的丙酸杆菌属比例升高导致的.结果表明此款含鲜奶面霜对皮肤菌群微生态发挥一定的调节作用,且具有滋润保湿的效果,可以作为日常护肤中的保湿产品使用.
