The modern aspects of some rheological characteristics of polymeric materials obtained using starch of substandard wheat grains and sugar beet pulp are considered. The main factors affecting mixing are discussed, which ensures high-quality dispersion and distribution of particles in the matrix in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture and the required properties of biopolymers. A study on the selection of the percentage ratio of fillers (starch and sugar beet pulp) allowed us to develop compositions for biodegradable films. The main objective of the research is to reduce the biodegradation period of polymeric material based on starch from substandard wheat grains and sugar beet pulp.
The dynamics of the results of processing sugar beet in the region from 2010 to 2013 is presented. It is shown that four sugar plants successfully operate in the Orel oblast according to the Agriculture Department: CJSC Combine Kolpyanskii, CJSC Combine Otradninskii, LLP Livny Sakhar, and LLP Zalegoshchenskii Sugar Plant with the total processing volume of sugar beet of about 2 million tons in 2012. The annual volume of formed marc by the state to January 1, 2013, was 424.68 thousand tons of pressed marc (with humidity of 30%) and 416.72 thousand tons of wet marc (with humidity of 80%).
Проведен анализ соотношения рутина, флавонолов и полифенольных соединений (ПФС) в плодах, выявлена высокая степень отличия содержания веществ по сортам гречихи посевной. Период онтогенеза с интенсивным накоплением флавоноидов сопровождается усилением активности СОД (от 180 до 260 е.о.п./г∙мин). При снижении уровня МДА в корнях накопление комплекса флавоноидов не происходит, тогда как при повышении уровня МДА в листьях идет массовое накопление низкомолекулярных антиоксидантов – флавоноидов. Такая тенденция характерна как для индетерминантных, так и для детерминантных сортов. В большей степени накопление флавоноидов наблюдается в детерминантных сортах Дизайн и Диалог. Лидером по накоплению флавоноидов является сорт Башкирская красностебельная, отличающийся наибольшим уровнем МДА (10,5 мкмль/л).
A biological activity of preparations on the basis of biohumus was tested on early potato of Zhukovskii variety. The vermicompost, a product of vital functions of earthworms of Vladimirskii hybrid Staratel’ elite commercial line, was used as a source for bioactive preparations. The biologically active substances from vermicompost were isolated by alkaline extraction. The extracts of biohumus active substance in concentration of 1.5½10 -2 %, 1.5½10 -3 % and 1.5½10 -4 % were used for presowing treatment of tubers in complex with foliar treatment at the different vegetation periods. It was shown, that the treatment of sowing material and the spraying of plants by solution of biohumus active substance in concentration of 1.5½10 -4 % have a positive effect on development of plants and increases the potato productivity by 38 %. In addition, the resistance of early potato of Zhukovskii variety to bacterial rot, late blight of potato and vascular wilt during storage was shown to be increased under the influence of biohumus preparation.
The effect of secondary metabolites of Orel’s population of fungi was investigated on sowing quality of seeds, growth and development of seedlings of pea ( Pisum sativum L.). It was shown, that studied extract in a concentration of 10 -8-10 -9% stimulates the germination energy, the laboratorial germination capacity of seeds, the growth and the development of seedlings, the accumulation of storage nutrient substances in plants of Pisum sativum L.
