In the paper, results of a substantial study of nanoand microparticles of atmospheric suspensions contained in snow in winter 2011-2012 in Blagoveshchensk have been presented. Distribution of airborne particles of different origin in 25 areas of sampling differing in anthropogenic loadings has been determined. Large and average-sized traffic centers supply in the atmosphere microparticles of rubber, asphalt and various metals and their oxides (Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Fe, Bi, W). Railway junctions are a source of microparticles of Fe and soot which get to the atmosphere because of friction of metal surfaces and diesel locomotive engines operation. Parks and suburban districts are a source of microand macroparticles of natural minerals and rocks and of vegetable detritus. It has been shown that composition of atmospheric suspensions of Blagoveshchensk completely corresponded to ecogeographi-cal prerequisites the bank of two large rivers, small impact of enterprises and motor transport, a large railway junction.
Все организмы находятся под непрерывным влиянием окружающей среды, в том числе минеральных частиц различного размера и формы, присутствующих в атмо-, гидро- и литосфере. Для человека контакт с нано- и микрочастицами минералов заметно возрастает в последнее время. Поэтому изучение биологических эффектов минеральных частиц является актуальной междисциплинарной проблемой, стоящей на границе биологии, геологии, химии и физики. В настоящей работе представлены результаты по исследованию агрегации тромбоцитов и ферментативного окисления глюкозы из серии работ in vitro, посвященных изучению влияния нано- и микрочастиц α-кварца, полевого шпата, вулканического стекла и апатита на биологические системы. Выявлено, что внесение в плазму исследуемых минералов в виде суспензий in vitro препятствует агрегации тромбоцитов человека, а также препятствует окислению глюкозы сыворотки крови под действием глюкозоксидаз. Антиагрегантный эффект минералов возможен за счет сорбции некоторых белков на поверхности частиц и сорбции самих частиц на поверхности тромбоцитов. В совокупности это может приводить к необратимой адгезии клеток к минералам, и одновременно нарушению работы интегринового комплекса, что в итоге препятствует адгезии и агрегации тромбоцитов между собой.
В работе приведены первые результаты микроскопического исследования нано-и микрочастиц атмосферных взвесей, содержавшихся в снеге Федерального государственного учреждения «Государственный природный заповедник "Бастак"», Еврейская автономная область, Дальневосточный федеральный округ, зимой 2011/2012 года. В природоохранной зоне наряду с природными были обнаружены техногенные частицы различного генезиса.
In work results of studies of zeolitites effect from Vanginsky, Lyulinsky, Kulikovsky, Shivertuysky and Kholinsky deposits on morphometric parameters of stomach and intestine cells of mouse Mus musculus are represented. It is shown that nanoparticles from all 5 fields of zeolitites taken in the experiment, at a dosage of 3-5% of body weight and ranging from 100 nm to 1 micron are toxic.
The article presents the results of studies of the interaction of mineral and crystal factors of environment and living organisms. We discuss the ecological and biomedical aspects of these interactions, including in terms of nanotoxicology.
In work results of research the influence of zeolites from Vanginsky, Lyulyinsky, Kulikovsky, Shivertuysky, Ho-linsky deposits on morphometrical parameters of nephros cells at mouse Mus musculus are presented. Stages of for-mation pathogenic ofranic-minerals aggregates are determined. It is shown, that nanoparticles from 5 deposits of zeolites, taken in experiment, in dosage of 3-5% from body mass and the size from 100 nanometers up to 1 micron are nephros toxical.
In given article influence of natural minerals zeolites from Vanginskoye, Kulikovskoye and Lyutogskoye deposits is examined at the size of particles from 1 up to 5 microns on cultures E. coli 25922 and St. aureus 209-P and 906 in concentration 10, 20 and 50 mg/ml are examined.

The article discusses ecotoxicological aspects of the interaction of mineral nanoparticles and microorganisms. Show-ing antimicrobial properties of nanoparticles (about 500 nm) of zeolite deposits of the Far East and Siberia of Russia to culture microorganisms.
Recently, very perspective direction in development of new dressing means at burns, is creation biologically active wound coverings to which it is possible to carry the sorbents created on the basis of zeolites. Feature of zeolites ac-tion at burns along with ability of sorption toxic substances, is participation in regulation of electrolytic homeostasis, and also antioxidant properties. In article results of research the histologic structure of a skin at patients with burns II and IIIа degrees after zeolites nanoparticles application of some deposits from Far East are resulted.
Trypsin increases the rate blood clotting, fibriniolysis, ADP-and adrenaline-initiated platelets aggregation whole soy bean trypsin inhibitore decreases the rate of these processes in vitro. In low concentrations trypsin slows down the rate of erythrocyte hemolysis by complement and in higher concentrations totally blocks hemolysis. Both soy bean and pancreatic trypsin inhibitors do not influence the reaction of complement binding. Soy bean trypsin inhibitor has similar inhibitory activity with pancreatic one and may represent basis for the development of pharmaceutical preparation of protease inhibitor.
