In this paper the results of studies of the effect of zeolites particles of Vanginsky deposit (ranging from 100 nm to 5 mkm) at the intramuscular introduction on the mice' organism are presented. The effects of the zeolite particles on the state of the thigh tissue, regional lymph nodes, liver, kidneys and lung of mice are revealed.
The effects of multiwalled carbon nanotubes on epitheliocytes of different compartments of the gastrointestinal tract and urothelium of different compartments of the renal nephron were studied in CBA mice. The nanotubes affected mouse gastrointestinal mucosa and renal urothelium. The cell reaction in the macula densa of the renal distal tubules and the immune system reaction to oral nanotubes were detected. A possible effect of nanotubes administered orally on the renal fi ltration function was hypothesized.
Chuguevsky andHolinsky deposites on morphometricparameters ofga-stricepithelial ofdomesticmouseMus musculus are shown.
In work results of studies of zeolitites effect from Vanginsky, Lyulinsky, Kulikovsky, Shivertuysky and Kholinsky deposits on morphometric parameters of stomach and intestine cells of mouse Mus musculus are represented. It is shown that nanoparticles from all 5 fields of zeolitites taken in the experiment, at a dosage of 3-5% of body weight and ranging from 100 nm to 1 micron are toxic.
In article approaches to studying the inorganic water insoluble materials toxicity nanoand microparti-cles of natural minerals are considered. The possible reasons and mechanisms of various biological ef-fects of the last are discussed.
In work results of research the influence of zeolites from Vanginsky, Lyulyinsky, Kulikovsky, Shivertuysky, Ho-linsky deposits on morphometrical parameters of nephros cells at mouse Mus musculus are presented. Stages of for-mation pathogenic ofranic-minerals aggregates are determined. It is shown, that nanoparticles from 5 deposits of zeolites, taken in experiment, in dosage of 3-5% from body mass and the size from 100 nanometers up to 1 micron are nephros toxical.
