The study includes anthropometry of 172 young male, obtained data on the length and body mass, measured the transverse diameters of the shoulders and pelvis, various body types was identified by the J.M. Tanner sexual dimorphism index (andromorphic, mesomorphic, gynecomorphic). The chemiluminescent and bioluminescent study of saliva and blood was conducted in the examined young male. We studied the indicators of the antioxidant defense system under the influence of stress. The antioxidant status of saliva was determined using the H2O2-luminol-dependent chemiluminescence method. Data on the activity of NAD (P) -dependent dehydrogenases in blood lymphocytes was obtained from a bioluminescent method of research. Young male of andromorphic body type had large overall and transverse body sizes. Indicators of antioxidant protection of saliva and blood in men of adolescence, the body type of the sexual dimorphism index J.M. Tanner was different. The persons of the andromorphic body type differed in terms of chemiluminescence in comparison with the young male of gynecomorphic body type. The results of bioluminescent blood tests suggest a violation of the catabolic and anabolic processes of carbohydrate and fat metabolism in young men of mesomorphic and gynecomorphic body types. Indicators of the system of antioxidant protection of saliva and blood reflect the sexual characteristics of the body of young male and can be used as additional criteria for diagnosing sex inversion and assessing the risk of developing socially attributed diseases.

The study of the physical health of teenagers (256 boys and 511 girls), with application of assessment index (BMI, an index of sexual dimorphism). The average age of boys and girls was 18.7 years. Anthropometric survey conducted by the classical method of VV Bunak using a standardized set of tools. They were identified body length, weight, diameter of the shoulders and pelvis, transverse diameter of the chest, obhvatnye size waist and hips. Component body composition was determined by bioimpedance analysis by the analyzer body composition and balance of the body of water sector ABC 01 «Medass». This method reveals the absolute and relative value of fat, lean mass and its components muscle and bone body weight, the total liquid. It was determined the basic exchange. Methods of statistical analysis used in the framework of the mathematical computer program SPSS 22.0.
119 men and 95 women of the II mature period and elderly period with the syndrome of central hemiparesis were examined. Somatotyping was done by W. L. Rees – H. Eysenck method (1945) – asthenic, normosthenic and picnic somatotypes. The measurement of movement volume in large joints of upper and lower extremities before and after rehabilitation was done by goniometer. Results: patient's somatotype influences on the recovery of movement function. Men and women with central hemiparesis of the II mature period (asthenic and picnic somatotype) demonstrate maximum movement amplitude in joints of upper and lower extremities after rehabilitation. Among patients of elderly period men and women with central hemiparesis of asthetic somatotype showed maximum movement volume.
Aim. To develop a methodology for individual, group, regional and population health estimation. Methods. Offered methodology includes physical health assessment and assessment of morphologic and functional condition of organ systems in a healthy human. Physical health assessment was performed in 808 young males aged 17-21 years in the city of Krasnoyarsk. Anthropometry, body mass index calculation, Tanner maturation index, ageing speed coefficient calculation by B.B. Gorelkin and A.G. Pinhasov, bioelectrical impedance analysis and statistical analysis were performed. Results. Youth males had a height of 176.87±0.26 sm, body weight of 69.23±0.45 kg. According to calculated body mass index, healthy weight was found in 71.41% males, 12.75% were overweight, 3.96% were obese, 11.88% were underweight. Shoulders and pelvis diameters were assessed as 37.01±0,11 and 27.72±0.09 sm respectively. Tanner maturation index calculation has shown that 54.83±1.20% males were andromorphous, the others had different types of gender inversions: 18.69±0.94% were hynecomorphous, 26.49±1.07% were mesomorphous. Ageing speed coefficient calculation has revealed the discrepancy of calendar and biologic age (the latter was higher) in all hynecomorphous young males, meaning that hynecomorphism can be estimated as a predictor of early ageing and can be used in complex health assessment. The core of the offered methodology for population health estimation is the health assessment on all stages of ontogenesis, including all levels from organism to molecular, that would allow to develop the standards for health assessment and assessment of morphologic and functional condition of organ systems. Conclusion. The listed methods would allow to estimate organism’s morphologic and functional condition, and revealed physical development abnormalities would allow to correct them timely before the clinical onset of any diseases.
A comparative analysis of the anthropological indicators of teenagers living in urban populations in the southern regions of Eastern Siberia to determine the effect metisatsionnyh processes on the physical status of the surveyed ethnic groups. Urban population of the southern regions of Eastern Siberia for a long period existed under severe cross-breeding. The examination included measurement of body parameters (linear and angular measurements Spigot on the head, trunk and extremities), anthropometric measurements, somatotipirovaniya. Taken into account appearance, family history data, passport information and odontological symptoms. Comparative analysis has allowed to create a modern ethnic characteristics of the population of the southern regions of Eastern Siberia, which is a consequence of human adaptation to these conditions on the background of a long and intinsivnoy cross-breeding with indigenous Mongoloid and Slavic peoples.
Study of human body composition became a new field of medicine and biology and appeared as a separated direction in the second half of XX century. The paper presents retrospective review of studies devoted to human body composition and gives short description of current methods to determine the amount of fat, muscle and bone tissue in the human body. Special attention is paid to bioelectrical impedance analysis, as the most promising method now.
