The article highlights the experiences on rats with myocardial infarction, in which 10-day course introduction of deanol aceglumat 150 mg/kg per day, its effect on the size of necrosis zone and proportions of necrosis zone and ischemic one under assessment.
As a result of a complex study of pharmacological effects of sodium desoxyribonucleate, cytoprotector and immunomodulator, in animals with cerebral flow disorder and streprozocin diabetes mellitus it was established that upon course administration the drug restores the automation of nomotropic pacemaker, conduction in the atria and atrioventricular plexus, adiaphoria of atrioventricular plexus damaged due to acute cerebral ischemia. Sodium desoxyribonucleate does not suppress the inotropism of feline heart and limits the size of necrotic zone in rats with myocardialinfarction accompanying cerebral flow deficiency and diabetes mellitus.
Experiments on rats with myocardium infarction showed that intravenous administration of etoxidol in a dose of 14.2 mg/kg restricted the size of necrosis area and reduced the ratio of necrosis/ischemia zones. The test compound reduced the risk of rhythm and conduction disturbances induced by administration of toxic epinephrine doses to the mice, and increased mouse survival. Etoxidol administered intravenously to cats with acute myocardial ischemia reduced epinephrine concentration and intensity of free radical oxidation in zones of myocardial lesions against the background of the increase in norepinephrine concentration and antioxidant activity in the myocardium. By antiischemic and antioxidant activity, etoxidol was superior to its structural analogue mexidol.
As a result the complex pharmacological study of the effects of new cytoprotective drug deanol aceglumat in animals with the disturbance of cerebral blood circulation is established that the substance during the intravenous introduction restores autonomous of the nomotopic driver of rhythm, conductivity in the atria and the atrioventricular connection, the refractoriness of the atrioventricular connection, broken as a result of sharp cerebral ischemia. Connection does not suppress the inotropic function of the heart of cats and limits the dimensions of the zone of necrosis in rats with the myocardial infarction, that takes place against the background of the scarcity of cerebral blood flow.
The article presents the experiences on mice with stress-induced erosive and ulcerous stomach mucous membrane defeat, in which preventive gastroprotective effect of deanol aceglumat at its intramuscular injection at the dose of 250 mg/kg, accompanied by the activation of intestinal peristalsis and the increase of blood flow in the wall of stomach was established.
Experiments on mice with streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus and stress-induced erosive ulcerous damage of the mucous membrane of stomach showed evidence of the preventive activity of deanol aceglumate in the course of peroral introduction at a dose of 250 mg/kg per 24 h during 4 days. This effect is accompanied by activation of the peristalsis of bowels and by an increase in the blood flow in the wall of stomach.
To study antiarrhythmic activity of a magnesium salt with the substituted anion group in animals with Streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus, experiments were carried out on mongrel cats and dogs anesthetized by Thiopental Sodium.

The new drug does not suppress the inotropic function of the heart in cats and limits the dimensions of the zone of necrosis in rats with the myocardial infarction on the background of deficiency of the cerebral blood flow.
Experiments on mice with stressinduced erosiveulcerous lesion of the mucous membrane of stomach established a preventive protective activity of sodium desoxyribonucleate («Derinat») upon intramuscular introduction at the dose of 7,5 mg/kg, which is accompanied by activation of intestinal peristalsis and by an increase in the blood flow in the wall of stomach.
To study potential mechanisms of realization of antiarrhythmic effect ofEthoxidol, experiments on outbred cats and on potential-dependent delayed rectifier potassium channels in isolated neurons from peripharyngeal circle of ganglia of pond snail were carried out.
