医学教育理论授课方式的变革急需一种考核方式的评价.为适应妇产科教学的特殊性,同时借鉴全国大学生临床技能竞赛的经验,利用妇产科教学模具改革的成果,在妇产科生产实习考试中推行情景模拟考核模式,以此检验学生对基础知识的掌握,提高学生主动分析、应用知识的能力,健全临床思维和临床技能,以便顺利过度到合格的妇产科医生.

Because of the legal regulations restriction and the patients' awareness of rights protection,the current clinical practice for the students of obstetrics and gynecology has encountered unprecedented resistance.To ensure the quality of the medical students' clinical practice,as well as,to cultivate the ability of their clinical operation,simulation education has become an effective way to step out of this dilemma.Nevertheless,the clinical teaching model of obstetrics and gynecology used originally was not very effective.In this respect,we' d conducted a special research and improvement.After two years' teaching practice,it' s proved that the clinical skills of students of obstetrics and gynecology had been improved effectively,meanwhile,it had also laid a solid foundation for the training of qualified doctors as well as for reducing medical disputes.

To train medical students' solid clinical basic skills,we have developed intelligent advanced life-support E-standardized patients and the educational software system by using the most advanced formwork technology,multimedia technology,computer technology and embedded system technology.The paper points out that medical students can use our clinical case editing device to edit new cases and carry out on-the-pot practice.Students can also perform CPR,defibrillation,synchronized cardio version,pacing and drug rescue training on these E-standardized patients.

根据临床模拟教学的需要和影像专业学生实验和实训教学的特点,结合目前影像实训教学中存在的问题,提出了摄影仿真模拟人开发的必要性和可行性,并展望了摄影仿真模拟人的应用前景.

为培养医学生扎实的临床基本技能而创建的多媒体临床技能综合训练实验室系统,是以教师主控台为中央控制,以若干学生机为终端的计算机局域网络.这种系统不仅含有多种培养临床基本技能所需的多媒体教材及随机考核题库,而且有心肺听触诊、腹部触诊等电子标准化病人.它建构了多媒体技术与电子标准化病人相结合的教学新模式.为学生提供了反复训练的实习基地,为临床基本技能教学开辟了一个新的领域.

心电图检查是诊断疾病的重要方法之一,是医学生必须掌握的临床诊断技能,它对各种心律失常和传导障碍的诊断具有肯定价值.特征性的心电图改变和演变规律是诊断心肌梗死可靠而实用的方法.心电图检查可协助临床对房室肥大、心肌受损、供血不足、心包疾病、药物作用及电解质紊乱做出正确的诊断.心电监护已广泛应用于心脏外科手术、心导管检查、人工心脏起搏、电击复律、心脏复苏及其他危重病人的抢救,对挽救病人生命起到极为重要的作用.因此,医学生必须要掌握心电图诊断技能.但是心电图的教学又是临床教学中的一大难点,多数学生只会死背心电图的诊断依据,面对实际病例进行心电图分析,常如坠入云山雾海,不能做出正确的诊断.为了使心电图教学始终贯彻教学大纲的要求,我们研制了心电图教学与考核课件,较好地解决了理论教学与实际脱节的矛盾,使医学生在学习掌握心电图基本理论的同时,提高阅图能力,对常见的异常心电图能够做出较为准确的诊断.
