Рассматриваются показатели, применяемые в настоящее время для анализа эффективности процесса реализации государственных программ в моногородах, обосновываются направления их развития и совершенствования. Особое внимание уделяется относительным показателем, позволяющим оценить динамику основных критериев, таких как качество жизни населения, уровень развития человеческого капитала. Особое внимание уделяется системе оценки результативности программ для градообразующих предприятий, социально-экономического состояния моногорода.
