Presently, Islamic education is confronted with intricate challenges that stem from internal and external sources. The objective of this article is to furnish insights into the current challenges and demands encountered by Islamic education, along with curriculum development strategies that can effectively address these issues. Utilised is qualitative descriptive analysis as the methodology. Information was acquired via a comprehensive review of the literature, encompassing authoritative papers, scientific journals, pertinent to the topic under investigation. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic education is presently confronted with obstacles emanating from both internal and external domains. An Islamic schooling. Islamic education faces the following internal obstacles: the fulfilment of the eight national education standards; the demographic dividend, which is increased by Indonesia's population growth; and character issues. The external obstacles that Islamic education must contend with are more prospective in nature. Islamic education is necessary in order to address contemporary societal issues, foster the development of the creative and cultural sectors, prepare for future demands, and facilitate the internationalisation of education.
Salah satu masalah yang dapat mengganggu potensi anak sekolah adalah kekurangan zat gizi besi yang sering disebut juga dengan istilah anemia defisiensi besi (ADB). Anak usia SD kemungkinan besar sangat sedikit yang memahami tentang gejala anemia dan pencegahannya, padahal efek kejadian anemia pada anak sekolah cukup besar. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih anak sekolah sehingga dapat memahami dan mampu mendeteksi tanda dan gejala anemia defisiensi besi di lingkungannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian pelatihan kesehatan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tahap 1 adalah berdasarkan penilaian pre dan post test bahwa dari 30 orang anak sebagai peserta terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil pre-post test sekitar 74,22 saat pre test menjadi 89,11 pada saat post test. Sedangkan hasil kegiatan tahap 2 menunjukkan lebih 75% peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil kegiatan tahap 2 juga menunjukkan pula bahwa rata-rata nilai perubahan pre test ke post test yaitu dari 80,44% menjadi 94,22%. Terdapat pula 11 orang yang memiliki kemampuan sebagai kader cilik kesehatan; Didapatkan 8 orang yang memiliki kadar Hb dibawah 12 g/dl dan 8 orang yang memiliki kadar Hb diatas 18 g/dl. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah dari hasil perbandingan nilai pre test dan post test kegiatan tahap 1 dan kegiatan tahap 2 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari rata-rata pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Saran dari kegiatan ini yaitu diharapkan pembinaan kader cilik kesehatan yang mampu mendeteksi anemia defisiensi besi pada anak dapat ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak sekolah dan petugas puskesmas.
Perairan Sungai Dua Laut merupakan perairan yang terdapat pada bagian selatan Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Secara geografis perairan ini merupakan perairan terbuka yang berhadapan langsung dengan Laut Jawa serta terdapat juga beberapa aliran sungai yang bermuara pada perairan ini yaitu Sungai Angsana, Sungai Bunati dan Sungai Dua Laut, sedangkan pada bagian depan perairan terdapat ekosistem terumbu karang. Kondisi tersebut dapat berpengaruh pada karakteristik substrat dan pola distribusi sedimennya yang akan berdampak pada aktifitas serta keseimbangan ekosistem diperairan Sungai Dua Laut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat tekstur dan pola sebaran sedimen dengan menggunakan metode megaskopis dan granulometri. Hasil Analisis sedimen pada metode megaskopis ditemui ada tiga jenis sedimen yang berbeda yakni diantaranya, jenis sedimen pasir dengan warna abu-abu, jenis sedimen pasir dengan warna coklat dan jenis sedimen pasir sedikit berkerikil dengan warna coklat. Hasil analisis granulometri nilai tengah atau D50 sedimen di perairan Sungai Dua Laut diperoleh tipe sedimen muddy sand, sand, slightly gravelly sand dan gravely sand. Pada perairan tersebut didominasi oleh tipe sedimen sand.
Pada kanal komunikasi, sinyal informasi yang dikirimkan akan selalu mengalami gangguan karena adanya derau yang menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan pendeteksian sinyal sehingga terjadi perubahan bit atau simbol pada sisi penerima. Hal ini menyebabkan konstelasi sinyal di sisi penerima tidak sama dengan konstelasi sinyal di sisi pengirim. Pada penelitian ini diteliti pengaruh derau AWGN pada sinyal yang dikirim. Untuk itu akan dibuat suatu pemodelan, simulasi dan analisis untuk mengamati pengaruh derau AWGN terhadap unjuk kerja sistem modulasi 16 QAM. Unjuk kerja tersebut dapat diketahui dari nilai Bit Error Rate (BER). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya derau mempengaruhi unjuk kerja dari sistem komunikasi.
Madrasahs must upgrade their managerial practices in an effort to better address the demands and difficulties of society and bring about better transformation. Madrasahs must enhance their management practices in order to better address the demands and issues of the community and bring about better transformation. The purpose of this essay is to explain how MA Putra As'adiyah Pusat Sengkang has improved the quality of education by implementing madrasah-based administration. Descriptive qualitative research is what this study is. Techniques for gathering data included recordkeeping, interviewing, and observation. The procedures of reduction, presentation, and verification were used to process the data. Finally, a second verification of the data was performed using triangulation. The findings indicated that: 1) Using MBM to raise the standard of instruction at Massachusetts Putra As'adiyah Pusat Sengkang is managed using four different components. The learning process planning (prota, promes, KKM, syllabus, and lesson plans) and learning methodology are included in the planning component. The contemporary, expert, and collaborative way that MBM is implemented is the organizational component. The MBM implementation component uses the formalism and organism paradigm to highlight the learning component. The administrative, academic, and clinical components comprise the supervisory aspect. 2) MBM is working to raise the standard of education at MA As'adiyah Pusat Sengkang by enhancing the administration, curriculum management, student body composition, faculty quality, and infrastructure and facility quality.
Pesatnya perkembangan daerah dengan berkembangnya kegiatan perpajakan/fiskal yang memerlukan alokasi dana dari pemerintah daerah merupakan pengeluaran yang wajar dan pembangunan yang membutuhkan ketersediaan dana dalam jumlah yang besar untuk mendanai kegiatan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Dana Perimbangan yaitu DAU, DAK, DBH terhadap Belanja Daerah dan untuk menganalisis Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Belanja Daerah. Dana Perimbangan adalah dana yang bersumber dari pendapatan APBN yang dialokasikan kepada Daerah sedangkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah sumber pendapatan daerah. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif di mana data dikumpulkan melalui data. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data Laporan Realisasi DAU, DAK, DBH, PAD, dan Belanja Daerah tahun 2019-2023 yang diambil per bulan sebanyak 60 data. Data kemudian akan dianalisis dengan metode regresi berganda yang sudah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitan ini adalah DAU dan DAK tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa, sedangkan DBH dan PAD berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah Kabupaten Mamasa.
Abstract This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the development of students learning the basics of electricity and electronics without using animation learning media based on Adobe Flash Animate with students learning the basics of electricity and electronics using animation learning media based on Adobe Flash Animate in class X TITL SMK Medan bicolor. The research was conducted on class X TITL students at SMK Dwiwarna Medan. The focus of this study was on class X TITL with a student population of 10 students. This research is a research and development model (Research and Development). The results of the Adobe Flash Animate-based Animation Learning Media study using the Four-D development were declared valid. The level of validity of animated learning media as a learning medium for the basics of electricity and electronics is based on the assessment: 1) Material expert 1 obtains a score percentage of 78% with a valid assessment. 2) Material experts 2 get a score percentage of 94.23% with a very valid assessment. 3) Media Expert 1 obtains a score percentage of 84.37% with a valid assessment. 4) Media Expert 2 obtains a score percentage of 79.68% with a valid assessment. Assessment of the validity of the media from students obtained through product trials in small groups, namely obtaining a score percentage of 73.88% with valid assessment criteria and use trials in large groups obtained a score percentage of 88.05% with very valid assessment criteria, then the increase obtained was 14.17%. Key Words: Development, Learning Media, Video Animation AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keefektifan perkembangan siswa belajar dasar-dasar listrik dan elektronika tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran animasi berbasis Adobe Flash Animate dengan siswa yang belajar dasar-dasar listrik dan elektronika menggunakan media pembelajaran animasi berbasis Adobe Flash Animate pada siswa kelas X TITL SMK Dwiwarna Medan. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas X TITL SMK Dwiwarna Medan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada anak kelas X TITL dengan populasi siswa sebanyak 10 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Hasil dari penelitian Media Pembelajaran Animasi berbasis Adobe Flash Animate dengan menggunakan pengembangan Four-D dinyatakan valid. Tingkat kevalidan media pembelajaran animasi sebagai media pembelajaran dasar-dasar listrik dan elektronika berdasarkan penilaian: 1) Ahli materi 1 memperoleh persentasi skor sebesar 78% dengan penilaian valid. 2) Ahli materi 2 memperoleh persetasi skor sebesar 94,23% dengan penilaian sangat valid. 3) Ahli Media 1 memperoleh persetasi skor sebesar 84,37% dengan penilaian valid. 4) Ahli Media 2 memperoleh persetasi skor sebesar 79,68% dengan penilaian valid. Penilaian kevalidan media dari peserta didik yang didapatkan melalui uji coba produk pada kelompok kecil yaitu diperoleh persentase skor sebesar 73,88% dengan kriteriaa penilaian valid dan uji coba pemakaian pada kelompok besar diperoleh persentase skor sebesar 88,05% dengan kriteria penilaian sangat valid, maka kenaikan yang diperoleh sebesar 14,17%. The purpose of his research was to provide how interpersonal conflict and workload affect how work stress at the South Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service was surveyed to obtain primary data. Saturated sampling was used in the study, and a total of 54 people were sampled. The validity and reliability of these findings have been evaluated, through heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality tests have all been considered. The data analysis method uses simple regression.
Sorghum is getting popular because of its potential use as food, feed, and bio-ethanol production. However, there are competing interests for growing sorghum because rice and maize are two most important crops in Indonesia, so intercropping could be a solution. This study aimed to examine the effects of additive intercropping several varieties of sorghum with soybean grown during a dry season on permanent raised-beds mostly used to grow rice. The experiment was established on farmers’ paddy fields in West Lombok (Indonesia) from June to September 2022, which was arranged according to Split Plot design, with two treatment factors, namely sorghum varieties (V1= Numbu, V2= Samurai-1, V3= Super-1) and intercropping (I0= monocropped sorghum, I1= additive intercropping with soybean). The results indicated that additive intercropping with soybean relay-planted between rows of sorghum significantly increased growth and yield of sorghum but sorghum varieties showed significant differences only in weight of 100 grains. However, there was a significant interaction effect on leaf number prior to anthesis and at seed filling stage and growth rate of leaf number. Among the varieties, Numbu showed a significant and highest increase (16%, equivalent to 477 kg/ha) in dry grain yield due to additive intercropping with soybean.
Pulau-pulau kecil merupakan kawasan yang memiliki potensi sumberdaya bernilai ekonomi penting bagi penghidupan masyarakatnya. Beberapa peneliti telah melakukan penelitian terkait aspek ekologi kawasan Pulau Laut Kepulauan, Kabupaten Kotabaru Kalimantan Selatan. Namun, masih belum ada yang mengkaji potensi pengembangan ekowisatanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi wisata alam dan budaya, serta menilai prospek pengembangan Pulau Laut Kepulauan sebagai kawasan ekowisata. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metode survei, observasi, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan para pemangku kepentingan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif dan metode SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pulau Laut Kepulauan memiliki sumberdaya alam berupa pantai berpasir putih, perbukitan batu Watu Laso, hamparan terumbu karang, kawasan hutan mangrove, dan usaha perikanan (penangkapan, budidaya, dan pengolahan). Sedangkan atraksi budaya berupa perayaan tahunan lomba perahu sandeq, Maulid Nabi berjanji, rumah tradisional Boyang, dan industri kapal tradisional pinisi. Namun, potensi tersebut belum dikelola secara optimal sebagai objek wisata karena masih adanya beberapa kelemahan. Strategi pengembangan ekowisata Pulau Laut Kepulauan yang diajukan adalah (a) mengoptimalkan pengelolaan kawasan perairan berbasis rencana zona wilayah pesisir dan pulau-pulau kecil (WP3K); (b) mengembangkan inovasi atraksi budaya, feature dan pengemasan objek wisata; (c) mengupayakan berbagai perlindungan ekosistem perairan dan biotanya, serta (d) pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumberdaya perikanan secara berkelanjutan
This study examines the pre-service teachers’ agentive projections toward innovation in online English Language Teaching (ELT) classes. Employing teacher agency theory, this instrumental case study views projections as agentive when they are informed by the students’ ecological aspects (past and present), oriented to solve potential learning problems and improve learning outcomes. The study involved 84 pre-service teachers who were voluntarily asked to fill in a questionnaire, submit a lesson plan, and be interviewed. nVivo Pro was used to organize themes. The study indicates that the pre-service teachers, M=3.81, SD=.590, perceive that innovation in online ELT classes is closely related to the integration of information and technology. As a result, the students’ agentive projections were also oriented to solve technology and internet-based obstacles, added with innovative learning methods. The research findings may become important insights for the development of English teaching and learning in order to provide more capital for pre-service teachers creating ELT innovation in the future.
The development of Computer Based Instruction (CBI) Interactive Learning Multimedia using the Adobe Flash application aims to determine the feasibility of this media as learning that is applied to Multimedia subjects for class XI SMK Negeri 10 Medan. This research is a type of development research (RD) using the ADDIE development model which has Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation stages. The feasibility test that will be carried out involves 2 media validators, 2 material validators and all class XI students of SMK Negeri 10 Medan. The feasibility validation instrument to be used in this study was adapted from Sriadhi's research instrument which consisted of 3 validation instruments, namely: material instruments, media instruments, and user instruments. Based on the results of the due diligence study obtained from media experts of 4.15 "decent", material experts 4.33 "very feasible", users (students) 4.21 "very feasible" this indicates that the development of Computer Based Instruction-based learning media ( CBI) using the Adobe Flash application is very feasible to apply to Multimedia subjects in class XI at SMK Negeri 10 Medan.
Street lighting is needed to ensure road users' smooth running and safety. Lack of light will create a high risk of accidents and crime on the road. Many areas in Indonesia in general and West Sumatra in particular, mainly rural areas, still need street lighting due to the need for regional capacity to provide lighting on public roads. This activity implemented street lighting in Nagari Lagan Mudik Punggasan, Linggo Sari Baganti District, Pesisir Selatan District, West Sumatra Province. A total of five light units have been installed in four different locations. Installation of lights using a pole made of wood as high as 4 meters on the 20 KV distribution electricity post and the welcome board of the village. The lights work automatically and can be active when dark and off when bright. The lamp's working principle utilises solar panels, which produce electricity during the day. The source of electrical energy used by the light comes from a battery that a solar panel has charged. This system is expected to overcome the village's lack of street lighting and use clean, environmentally friendly energy sources.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh angin Muson Australia yang bertiup dari pantai barat Australia Barat dan Benua Australia terhadap sifat hujan pada Musim Kemarau di Pulau Lombok. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Agustus 2022 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2022. Area penelitian meliputi kawasan Pulau Lombok, kawasan Muson Australia, peraiaran samudera Hindia di pantai barat Australia Barat dan kawasan Benua Australia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif, melalui tahapan sebagai berikut, yaitu (i) Pengumpulan data sekunder, (ii) Analisis data dan (iii) interpretasi data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data sekunder. Data sekunder yaitu data data curah hujan, data tekanan udara, suhu udara, kelembaban udara, kecepatan dan arah angin yang di unduh dari website https://power.larc.nasa.gov/data-acces-viewer/. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sifat hujan pada musim kemarau di pulau Lombok dan Angin yang berasal dari Pantai Barat Australia dan Benua Australia. Angin Muson Australia yang bersifat kering menyebabkan Lombok mengalami hujan di bawah normal, sebaliknya jika bersifat lembab maka Lombok akan mengalami hujan di atas normal. Angin kering terbentuk ketika suhu udara berada dibawah rata-rata, tekanan atas rata-rata dan kelembaban dibawah rata-rata, sebaliknya angin lembab terbentuk ketika suhu udara di atas rata-rata, tekanan di bawah rata-rata dan kelembaban di atas rata-rata. Arah angin yang lebih dominan mengarah ke barat atau barat laut berpotensi membawa uap air menjauhi wilayah Indonesia, dengan demikian menimbulkan sifat kemarau kering di Lombok.
The purpose of this service is to provide teachers with an understanding of how important Android-based media learning is in supporting the learning process. This community service program has the goal of conducting learning media training that can be used as an option for teachers and can be implemented in the learning process at school. Community service is carried out by providing training on making learning media based on Android applications in the learning process in the classroom for teachers in Tamansari Village, Setu District, Bekasi Regency. The service participants are the school heads and teachers from various levels in Tamansari Village, Setu District, Bekasi Regency. Dedication and limited facilities and infrastructure, 10 principals and 20 teachers were taken. The training was held at the Tamansari Village Office, Setu District, Bekasi Regency for 1 day on August 11, 2022. The implementation of community service can be categorized as successful in terms of the participation of participants and village officials who really helped carry out the activity, considering the target of 30 participants who were invited to attend as many as 30 people. Participants were very enthusiastic in participating in this service activity because it was a very new knowledge and made it easy to carry out learning, in addition to contemporary learning as well as developing Android-based learning media that they would use in learning in their respective schools. The participants' responses and responses to the service activities carried out stated that from the quality of the presenters, the quality of the modules was very good and they hoped that there would be ongoing training for special teachers in their schools who could be said to be still behind with technology.
Evaluation in Islamic Education is something that is very urgent in order to know the success of the Islamic Education process. Public university has multi-religion and multicultural student conditions, so that an attitude of tolerance really needs to be developed. Because the evaluation of Islamic Education in public university also needs to be based on a culture of tolerance. The purpose of this study is to determine the scope, techniques and learning outcomes in evaluating ISLAMIC EDUCATION on campus. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study are the coverage of ISLAMIC EDUCATION evaluation with a tolerant culture, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, the evaluation technique uses test and non-test techniques, the learning outcomes include program achievements and student tolerant attitudes. The novelty of this research is the collaborative-participatory evaluation model.
Ultisol is a type of soil with low organic matter, pH, and nutrient content, including molybdenum, leading to low productivity. This study aimed to investigate the use of dry land using molybdenum and lime (CaCO3) inoculated with Rhizobium strain Nod+Fix+ to increase the soybean production of Willis and Baluran cultivars. This research was conducted from May to September 2021 in Pallangga Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, Indo-nesia. The study used a split-plot design with three replications for each treatment. The first factor was soybean varieties, consisting of Baluran and Willis cultivars. The second factor was the composition of the bacterial strain Nod+ Fix+, lime CaCO3 and NH4-molybdate, which consisted of without (Rhizobium strain Nod+ Fix+ + CaCO3 + NH4-molybdate); Rhizobium strain Nod+ Fix+ + CaCO3 1.0 ton/ha + NH4-molybdate 250 g/h); Rhizobium strain Nod+ Fix+ + CaCO3 1.5 tons/ha + NH4-molybdate 500 g/h); and Rhizobium strain Nod+ Fix+ + CaCO3 2.0 tons/ha + NH4-molybdate 750 g/h). The results showed that treating the bacterial strain Nod+ Fix+ + MoCo (1.0:0.6) kg/ha achieved the best results on growth, nutrient uptake (Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium), and soybean yields, both for Willis and Baluran varieties on ultisol soils.
This study is aimed at examining the naturalness of post-editing translations using Google NMT and Yandex NMT by English Department students and to determine which of the two NMT tools came closest to the naturalness of a short story's translation. The subjects of this study were English Education students from the University of Mataram who come from the native area. Meanwhile, the object of this study was a short story entitled “Jack and The Beanstalk,” in English version. In this study, the researcher used Larson’s theory as the study’s reference to analyze the naturalness of translation in the short story “Jack and The Beanstalk” from English to Indonesia. The data were obtained by two methods of data collection: observation and documentation. The total data in this study was 1248 sentences, which were analyzed descriptively. The result of this study showed the percentage of text quality in naturalness translation that students produced in conducting post-editing. In GNMT most of the post-editing quality is “highly natural” with 88%, followed by “natural” with 5%, “less natural” with 6%, and “unnatural” with 1%. On the other hand, little few differences were found in YNMT, which shows that most of the post-editing quality is “highly natural” with 81%, followed by “natural” with 6%, “less natural” with 8%, and “unnatural” with 4%. According to that percentage, it can conclude that the quality of naturalness translation in post-editing from GNMT is easier to edit and produce better-translated text than YNMT.
This study aims to determine the quality of students in pre-editing academic text input to GNMT. The participants in this study were students of the English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, the University of Mataram, who took the "Translation and Interpreting" course in semester five of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This data was collected from assignments completed by 20 students. Supporting information is collected through observation by sitting while learning takes place. Data were analyzed using content analysis procedures such as identifying, categorizing, describing, and explaining. The results of this study indicate that almost all students have good quality results in pre-editing, but it could be better, and some students fail to pre-edit text. The pre-edited output looks like a revised version of the text. Pre-editing shows how the source text changes, especially in language structure, word choice, and punctuation. The good or bad quality of the GNMT translated text represents the student's ability in pre-editing the source text. Thus, the more effort is put into pre-editing the text context, the more likely it is to produce text with better translation quality by GNMT.
