The popularity of traditional culture and social change has led to cultural products moving from niche to popular categories in the Chinese tourism market. In this context, understanding the social factors becomes crucial. This study aims to explore the effects of fan groups and family cultural capital on perceived congruity and their subsequent impacts on the purchase intentions of cultural products. Using the grounded theory approach, this study developed the dimensions of fan group involvement, family cultural capital, and perceived congruity. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was adopted to test the research model. The results illustrated that most of relationships among group involvements/family cultural capital, perceived congruity, and purchase intention were significant. The influences of interactivity in fan groups and family capital materiality on perceived congruity were greater than those of the other antecedents. Fan groups and families did not follow the same path in influencing behavioral intentions. It was found that group belonging and family cultural activity did not directly affect the purchase intention. Meanwhile, group belonging and family cultural resonance's effects on perceived symbolic congruity were insignificant. Similarly, family cultural activity had no significant impact on perceived self-image congruity. The results of bootstrap revealed that the most mediating effects in the model were significant. This study provides new insights to construct an innovative framework. It has developed dimensions of traditional consumer socialization agents in the field of consumer behavior, typically applied as observable variables in education studies. The findings highlight the importance of several social and psychological factors to enhance tourists' purchase intentions for cultural products. The conclusions offer practical recommendations for brands that attempt to incorporate traditional elements into their products and marketing strategies.
Purpose Esthetic trend changes with the development of society and cultural differences. A minimizer bra designed to make breasts appear smaller is now popular with large-breasted women in China. To conform to the requirements of modern aesthetics in China, this paper aims to investigate vital features of breast appearance that influence people’s subjective evaluation of breast size and analyze how bra design parameters affect breast shape and make breasts appear smaller. Design/methodology/approach This study used 3D scanning technology and reverse engineering software to obtain objective breast measurements in detail. A subjective evaluation experiment was conducted to evaluate the overall performance of seven minimizer bras compared to a basic comparison bra. Around 20 design parameters of 8 sample bras were identified to make a further study about the correlation between bra design features and breast shaping effect. To gain a deeper understanding of how bras interact with breast tissue, this study presented heat maps of the breast surface to visualize the deformation of breast shape. Findings Nine breasts' characteristics, such as the distance between bust points, breast depth, outer breast curvature and slope, etc. have been determined to be highly correlated with the visual reduction effect of breasts. In addition, for the bras in this experiment, the high-performance bra for women with large breasts tends to have a wider side panel, a wider under band, higher gore and a stronger transverse rigidity of the bra cup. According to the observation of heat maps of the breast surface, soft full-figure bras provide a wider range of compression to the breasts and effectively flatten the breasts. Originality/value This paper first aimed at the need to shape the ideal breast appearance for large-breasted women and make a further study of several hot-selling minimizer bras in China. The suggestions given in this paper help lingerie manufacturers better understand how design features of bras can affect their shaping effect and improve the wearing effect of minimizer bras for large-breasted women.
Due to environmental concerns, an increasing number of Chinese consumers have begun to resist fast fashion, promoting cheap and lower quality materials with a short lifetime. A shift from a linear economic model to a circular fashion has become an urgent issue for the industry. To examine how brand stereotype affects consumers’ purchasing intention toward upcycled fabric clothing, this study adopted a grounded theory approach to develop the dimensions of brand stereotypes, including product, manufacturing process, service, and communication. Furthermore, a theoretical model was constructed incorporating brand stereotypes, brand green trust, fashion consciousness, and green consciousness. Results from structural equation model analysis indicated that (1) each dimension of brand stereotypes had a significantly positive impact on behavior intention, and especially product and service image have the most influence; (2) brand green trust mediated the relationship between brand stereotypes and buying intention, and (3) green consciousness positively moderated the relationship between brand stereotype and trust, whereas brand warmth in communication and trust was moderated negatively by fashion consciousness. The findings offer implications for the implementation of the green branding strategy, brand positioning, and cultivating consumers’ green awareness to improve market acceptance of upcycled fabric clothing.
With the continuous development of the e-commerce market, online dividends are now decreasing, and offline physical retail is also facing a tough challenge of satisfying the increasingly diversified needs of consumers. New retail models and new retail scenarios have emerged as the market required. The article summarized the concept, characteristics and necessity of new retail, and combined with the development status of fashion select shop in China, taking LABELHOOD (A fashion select shop called Leihu LABELHOOD) as an example to explore the development model and transformation strategies of the select shop in the new retail format. With the upgrading consumption and the implementation of big data technologies, the emergence of new retail formats has broken the boundary between the traditional physical retail select shop and traditional buyer e-commerce platforms. The select shops use digital technology to drive marketing and combine online and offline models which are customer oriented. It has become an inevitable trend to focus on customers' immersive experience to promote transaction completion.

Since the explosion and popularity of Internet, virtual brand community has been serving as a new and important brand experience centre for consumers to acquire necessary brand and product knowledge. Based on the empirical literature and the nature of online shopping, this study proposed a series of research hypotheses and a theoretical model. Internet shoppers’ brand experience (sensory, affective, behavioral and intellectual factors), perceived risk (financial and product performance risk) and their relationship to purchase intention were introduced. The research was conducted by members of a brand virtual community through questionnaire toward non-standardized commodity. And research model was evaluated with structural equation modeling. Results of this empirical study indicated that sensory, affective and intellectual factors significantly influence perceived risk online. However, behavioral –oriented experience has no significant effect. Finally, conclusion and implications of these findings were also discussed.
Supply chain risk distribution models based on cooperative games are built firstly. Furthermore the type of risk into in increasing risk of cooperative and decreasing risk of cooperative divide are divided into two types: decreasing risk in cooperation and increasing risk in cooperation. It is shown that the Shapley value of risk distribution under different conditions have different scopes of application. Finally, two methods are put forward to distribute decreasing risk of cooperative.
