目的 通过Rh血型抗-G案例的分析研究,探讨不同吸收细胞的选择对Rh血型抗-G综合鉴定的影响.方法 患者血清用16组谱细胞进行抗体鉴定,根据不同的吸收细胞将吸收放散试验分为A、B两组,A组第1次和第2次吸收试验分别选用抗原表型为ccDee和CCdee的红细胞,B组第1次和第2次吸收试验分别选用抗原表型为CCdee和ccDee红细胞,然后对吸收后的放散液和上清液进行抗体鉴定.结果 在抗-G鉴定中,不同Rh表型吸收细胞的选择对试验结果有明显的影响,选择CCdee和ccDee红细胞能有效鉴定出抗-G.结论 不同Rh表型红细胞上G抗原的位点不同,抗原表型为CCdee的红细胞上G抗原位点比抗原表型为ccDee的红细胞更多,在进行鉴定时,应优先选择dCe/dCe的红细胞作为吸收细胞.

目的 通过一例类抗Ce案例的分析研究,探讨类抗体患者血清学检测方法 和输血原则.方法 采用盐水介质法、抗人球法进行血清学试验包括抗体筛选、抗体鉴定、直抗试验、交叉配血试验等.结果 患者血清中存在类抗Ce的自身抗体.结论 自身免疫性溶血的患者产生的类抗Ce抗体,在缺乏相应抗原刺激时可能快速衰减.
目的:研究化学发光测定胰岛素及C肽对2型糖尿病的诊断效果.方法:选取2017年5月-2018年12月期间我院收治的61例2型糖尿病,再选取同期健康体检者61例,前者作为实验组,后者作为参照组,均运用化学发光法,测定胰岛素及C肽水平,比较两组情况.结果:实验组空腹胰岛素与C肽均更高,而餐后,实验组在2小时达到峰值,3小时后下降,参照组在1小时达到峰值,3小时后下降至空腹水平,组间存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于2型糖尿病患者,经化学发光法测定胰岛素及C肽,可以掌握患者病情进展,效果十分显著,此法值得于临床推广使用.
目的:探究血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿微量白蛋白肌酐值测定(UAlb/Cr)在老年2型糖尿病早期肾功能损伤中的意义.方法:选取我院于2017年4月至2018年5期间收治的老年2型糖尿病早期肾功能损伤患者共70例作为研究组,并选取同期来我院进行健康体检的健康人群70例作为对照组,对比观察2组受检者的血清胱抑素C、尿微量白蛋白肌酐值测定结果.结果:研究组患者的Ccr(56.81±5.94)mL/min低于对照组,Cr(112.61±8.61)mol/L高于对照组,Cys-C(2.94±4.25)mg/L高于对照组,UAlb/Cr比值(158.51±36.55)高于对照组,2组数据比较均具有显著差异,P<0.05,具备统计学意义.结论:Cys-C与UAlb/Cr联合检测在老年2型糖尿病肾病早期检测中具有重要意义,具有较高敏感性,可靠性较高,有利于临床早期诊断、早期干预,可有效延缓、控制终末期肾病的发生.
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of serum levels of Hcy and lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated by hypertension,and to analyze the correlation between serum levels of Hcy,lipid and carotid atherosclerosis.Methods The patients with T2DM were divided into T2DM group (n=60) and HBP+T2DM group (n=60) according to whether they had hypertension,at the same time,60 healthy olderly subjects were served as control group.The detection indexes included fasting blood glucose (FPG),blood lipids (TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C),Lpa,ApoA-Ⅰ,ApoB,Hcy and IMT,plaque Crouse integral,the detection rate of plaques, in which, FPG was determined by glucose oxidase method,the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were detected by double enzymatic reagent method,the levels of Lpa,ApoA-Ⅰand ApoB were detected by double reagent immunoturbidimetry,and Hcy levels were detected by double reagent circulating enzyme method.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,Lpa, ApoB, IMT, plaque Crouse integral and the detection rate of plaques were increased in order of control group,T2DM group and T2DM group,moreover, there were significant differences between every two groups (P<0.05).The FPG levels in T2DM group and T2DM+HBP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05),however, there were no significant differences between T2DM group and T2DM+HBP group (P>0.05).As compared with those in control group, the levels of HDL-C and ApoA-Ⅰin T2DM group and T2DM+HBP group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), however, there were no significant differences between T2DM group and T2DM+HBP group (P>0.05).The levels of IMT were positively correlated to those of FPG, TC, TG,LDL-C,Lpa,ApoB and Hcy (r=2.332,3.412, 3.571,3.274, 3.841,3.466, 4.872, respectively,P<0.05),however,which were negatively correlated to those of HDL-C and ApoA-Ⅰ (r=-0.561,-0.759,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension have higher risk of carotid atherosclerosis, moreover, fasting blood glucose,lipid and serum Hcy levels are closely correlated to carotid atherosclerosis,thus, monitoring serum Hcy and IMT levels and early intervention have a certain clinical value to decrease the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis.
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of the combined examination of homocysteine,fibrinogen and D-dimer in cerebral vascular disease.Methods:76 patients with cerebrovascular disease were selected as the observation group,and 38 healthy people were selected as the control group.We detected Hcy,FIB and D-D,and compared the changes of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,Hcy,FIB and D-D were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined examination of Hcy、FIB and D-D had a certain guiding role in the prediction of cerebrovascular disease.
Objective:To explore homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein expression and its significance in elderly patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods: In our hospital 150 cases(2013-2015年) of type 2 diabetes in accordance with the severity of the disease were divided into three groups, respectively simplex type 2 diabetes, early type 2 diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and set a group of persons of 50 cases The normal group was the control group. Observe and record the four groups of patients with homocysteine, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels, and measuring and recording urinary albumin excretion rate in each patient.Results: 150 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in vivo homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level was higher; 150 cases of type 2 diabetes homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels compare to: the highest type 2 diabetic nephropathy, early type 2 diabetic nephropathy group and lowest simplex type 2 diabetes; homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and urinary albumin excretion rates are positively correlated.Conclusions:simplex type 2 diabetes progression to type 2 diabetic nephropathy, patients with homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein is a process of gradually increased, and homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and urinary white protein excretion showed a positive correlation.
目的:探究与分析糖化血红蛋白与血脂在2型糖尿病检测中的临床意义。方法选取该院自2012年7月—2014年7月收治的60例2型糖尿病患者作为试验组,另选择同时期收治的糖耐量正常者60例作为对照组,观察与对比两组人员糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及血脂水平。结果试验组与对照组糖化中血红蛋白、空腹血糖、血脂总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白及低密度脂蛋白水平具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白及血脂相关各指标在糖尿病诊断与治疗中具有突出的临床参考价值。
