试验旨在探讨枯草芽孢杆菌添加剂对海兰褐商品蛋鸡产蛋后期蛋品质和蛋壳超微结构的影响.选择健康、产蛋均匀的380日龄的海兰褐商品蛋鸡480只,随机分为2组,每组240只,组内3个重复.预饲期7d,试验组在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验期45 d.结果显示:蛋重试验组比对照组提高5.28%,差异极显著(P<0.01);蛋壳强度提高22.21%,差异显著(P<0.05).试验组蛋壳外表面的龟背状裂纹较多且分布均匀,乳锥层的突起结构更加紧密,表面晶体层结构更加致密.可见,在饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌能显著改善产蛋后期鸡蛋的蛋壳结构、增加蛋壳强度、提高蛋品质.
为探讨日粮中添加不同微生态制剂对海兰褐商品蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和经济效益的影响,试验选取380日龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成3组,组内4个重复,每组1 400只.预饲期7d,对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮基础上添加适量益生素和枯草芽孢杆菌,试验期为35 d.结果显示:与Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组蛋鸡采食量分别降低6.07%和5.49%,且差异显著(P<0.05);产蛋率和蛋重均有所提高,破蛋率分别降低30.36%和12.50%,且差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅱ组料蛋比较Ⅰ组降低8.37%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组每只蛋鸡分别增加1.12元和1.03元的收入.可见,饲粮中添加适量微生态制剂均能提高蛋鸡生产性能和经济效益.
试验探讨日粮中添加不同水平抗菌肽对海兰褐商品蛋鸡产蛋后期生产性能和血液生化指标的影响.随机选取480只380日龄产蛋率相近的海兰褐蛋鸡分成4组,其中Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只鸡.Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.01 L/kg、0.005 L/kg、0.002 L/kg浓度的抗菌肽.试验结果表明:抗菌肽显著提高蛋鸡的产蛋率和平均蛋重,其中Ⅱ组的产蛋率和蛋重分别高于Ⅰ组6.88%和6.18%,差异显著(P<0.05).抗菌肽也有降低破蛋率和料蛋比的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05).试验Ⅳ组血清白蛋白含量比Ⅰ组提高37.15%,差异极显著(P<0.01).
试验旨在研究日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对AA^+肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能及经济效益的影响。试验选取4 800只1日龄体质量相近且健康的AA^+肉鸡,随机分成2组,每组2 400只,每组3个重复。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg枯草芽孢杆菌,预饲期7 d,试验期35 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组鸡末质量和平均日增质量分别提高7.11%和7.44%,均有显著差异(P〈0.05),且半净膛率和全净膛率分别显著提高1.83%和3.38%(P〈0.05),料肉比有降低趋势,平均每只鸡增收0.71元。可见,饲粮中添加适量的枯草芽孢杆菌能有效改善AA^+肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能,增加经济效益。
试验旨在研究日粮蛋白质水平对AA+肉鸡生产性能及血清生化指标的影响。试验选用1日龄体重相近、健康的AA+商品肉鸡5400只,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂高、中、低蛋白质水平日粮。结果表明,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组显著提高了15日龄体重(P<0.05),并极显著提高8~15 d的平均日增重(P<0.01);Ⅱ组16~30 d料重比最低,且极显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组49日龄体重显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组显著提高了15日龄血清TP水平(P<0.05),Ⅲ组极显著提高了15日龄血清TP水平(P<0.01)、极显著降低了15日龄血清BUN水平(P<0.01);与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组显著降低了49日龄血清TP水平(P<0.05)。可见,肉鸡日粮蛋白质水平显著影响其生产性能及血清生化指标。
To study the effect of probiotics on production performance and ammonia concentration in AA+ broiler, 1-day-age AA+ broilers were randomly divided into four groups,each of 4 200 with three replicates. Control group Ⅰ was fed with basic diet and group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was respectively fed with the basic diets supplemented with bacillus subtilis ,Hongyuan bacteria and Sanyi ecological bacteria. The results showed that probiotics could significantly improve final weight compared with control group(P<0.05),group Ⅱ was most prominent. Feed to gain ratio of Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was decreased by 9.36%,3.45% and 5.91%(P<0.05)respectively. The highest survival rate was group Ⅱ(P<0.05). Group Ⅱ was the most cost-effective,net profit per bird was 2.67 yuan,higher than group Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ. At 23 to 27,35 to 39 days of age ammonia concentration of the test group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). The appropriate amount of probiotics in diet could improve feed efficiency,improve economic efficiency and reduce chenet ammonia concentration. The effect which added Bacillus subtilis was the best.
