目的 通过观察不同灸法足三里穴位局部的温度曲线变化,探讨不同灸法穴位局部的温热效应特征.方法 对31名健康志愿者序贯施予隔附饼灸、悬灸和隔姜灸3种不同灸法,使用温度记录仪动态监测施灸过程中足三里穴局部皮肤的温度曲线,并分析其变化特征.结果 3种施灸方法比较,灸前温度,3种灸法无显著差异(P>0.05);最高温度、终末温度显示出差异:隔姜灸高于悬灸(P<0.05),隔附子饼灸高于悬灸(P<0.05),隔姜灸高于隔附子饼灸(P<0.05);终末温度:悬灸高于隔姜灸、隔附子饼灸(P<0.05),隔姜灸与隔附子饼灸无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 不同施灸方法具有各自不同的温度曲线特点:悬灸呈现出小波平缓的温度曲线特点,隔物灸则呈现出大波浪式递增的温度曲线特点.从皮肤安全性考虑,悬灸大于隔附子饼灸,隔附子饼灸大于隔姜灸.从温热角度出发,如果医生不以发泡为目的灸法则推荐选用悬灸和隔附子饼灸.
As a major alternative therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it has been demonstrated that moxibustion could generate a series of molecular events in blood, spleen, and brain, and so forth. However, what would happen at the moxibustioned site remained unclear. To answer this question, we performed a microarray analysis with skin tissue taken from the moxibustioned site also Zusanli acupoint (ST36) where 15-minute moxibustion stimulation was administrated. The results exhibited 145 upregulated and 72 downregulated genes which responded immediately under physiological conditions, and 255 upregulated and 243 downregulated genes under pathological conditions. Interestingly, most of the pathways and biological processes of the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) under pathological conditions get involved in immunity, while those under physiological conditions are involved in metabolism.
Acupoint has been regarded as both crucial and initiate step for generating clinic efficacy by moxibustion therapy.So the local acupoint would to be an important target to uncover the mechanism of moxibustion.This review mainly focus on discussing the biological mechanism of changed temperature,blood flow,molecular events,immunity,transient receptor potential,and purinergic signaling at the moxibustioned site caused by moxibustion stimulation.
目的:了解经络按摩护理对提高Ⅱ型糖尿病老年人的生活质量的应用效果.方法:采用随机配对的方法将受试者分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行经络护理和常规护理,对照组进行常规护理,采用糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表,对两组受试者进行测量,并比较两组干预前后的相关数据.结果:经过四个月的经络护理,对实验组和常规组进行生存质量特异性量表测定后,实验组得分高于对照组,表明实验组整体生存质量较之有明显提高.结论:对长期实施经络按摩护理的Ⅱ型糖尿病老年人,可以有效改善老年人的生活质量.
As investigation of moxibustion mechanism,located warm effect induced by moxibustion and its mechanism have been attracted more and more attentions.To explore more deeply,this article summarized the study advance on warm effect elicited by moxibustion on basis of the relevant studies from biophysics characteristics of moxibustion,its impact on temperature of located issues and its molecule responses,and pointed out potential molecule targets of warm effect induced by moxibustion.
随着艾灸温热效应研究渐成为艾灸研究领域的热点,艾灸温度曲线也成为大家的关注点。因温度的变化受外界因素影响较大,故艾灸温度曲线的监测也应综合各方面的因素考虑。然而目前尚无统一、公认的关于艾灸温度曲线监测的操作规范。通过检索目前国内外相关文献,本文综合探讨了环境、施灸材料、灸量及操作方法等因素对艾灸温度曲线的影响,以期为提高艾灸温度曲线研究操作质量和促进艾灸温度曲线操作规范化提供参考依据。
Detecting local temperature changes induced by moxibustion is the fundamental part of the mechanism or thermal stimuli study.This paper summarizes the current temperature contact and non-contact detection methods,points out the superiorities and disadvantages.The contact method has been widely used in superficial temperature owing to its high accuracy and easy operation while the non-contact method can detect the dynamic subcutaneous temperature with low accuracy.Thus,we suggest that cooperation with different professionals and formulation of creditable standards are essential for the improvement of moxibustion temperature detection.
