通过研究国内外技术转移体系建设的创新实践,包括构建技术转移政策体系、搭建技术转移平台、建设技术转移机构、培养技术经理人、实施技术转移奖补等方面,总结广东省技术转移体系建设的发展现状,分析其发展过程中存在的问题与不足,提出加强技术转移体系顶层设计,构建技术转移生态系统,聚集全球创新资源,完善社会激励机制,营造良好社会氛围,加大财政投入等加快广东技术转移体系建设的建议.
从广东省内各生产力促进中心的服务供给与发展运行全视角出发,综合考虑服务潜力和现有水平构建评价指标体系,运用基于熵权法的TOPSIS综合评价方法构建生产力促进中心科技服务能力评价模型,并通过灰色关联分析法验证评价模型的合理性,确定关键影响因素.实证研究发现:2010-2018年间广东省内各生产力促进中心的科技服务能力总体呈上升趋势,但区域发展不均衡,珠三角地区生产力促进中心的科技服务能力遥遥领先于粤东西北地区;企业服务能力、人力资源、科技创新资源对生产力促进中心科技服务能力影响相对显著.

<span id="ChDivSummary" name="ChDivSummary" class="abstract-text">为提高山地果园电驱动单轨运输机的安全性,实现对运输机行驶速度的有效控制,设计运输机的速度控制装置。该装置加入蜗轮蜗杆传动机构,通过电磁失电式制动器制动阻力的作用,增强蜗轮蜗杆机构的自锁性控制运输机在较大坡度运行的速度,并使所需制动力矩较原来降低62.96%。为分析该装置的性能,选取三个水平对运输机进行39°下坡速度的试验,并对其制动性能进行上、下坡试验。结果表明:该装置可以有效控制运输机下坡的速度,使下坡速度取决于电机的输出转速,并且可实现运输机负载400 kg时在39°坡度上、下坡时的安全制动。</span>

基于工程爆破现场信息化、智能化监管的需求,采用无人机对爆破现场进行监控.搭建工程爆破信息化智能管控系统,将事先获取的爆破作业区域分级地图与爆破作业流程相结合,进行系统后台预编程,控制无人机在爆破现场的启停,实现对爆破现场作业进行有效实时视频监控.最后对应用效果、作用及意义进行了总结.
分析了当前爆破工程存在的问题,以工程爆破企业为主要服务对象,采用数字图像、计算机、信息化、北斗/GPS定位、3G通信等技术,通过人员权限管理、企业流程信息化管理、爆破器材运输车无线视频监控、爆破现场无线视频监控、爆破现场信息化管理等系统,构建了工程爆破信息化智能管控系统.该系统已在实际应用中取到了良好的效果,对工程爆破施工单位实现信息化管理和加强安全生产监督管理具有重要意义.
针对密植果园或成熟果园中由于果树树冠逐渐长大使果树行距变小甚至封行,增加果树喷药难度和劳动强度、危及喷雾作业人员安全等问题,设计了一种果园管道自动顺序喷雾控制系统.该系统由喷雾给药单元、自动顺序喷雾主控器和电磁阀控制节点组成.喷雾给药单元为系统提供药液,自动顺序喷雾主控制器给电磁阀控制节点提供控制信号,电磁阀控制节点控制电磁阀的开关,通过控制果园中多个电磁阀的顺序开启和关闭,实现对果树的自动顺序喷雾.运行试验结果表明,该系统可以按照设定喷雾时间对果树进行自动顺序喷雾,不需要人工进入果园喷雾.
设计一种基于RFID 433MHz和视频监控的定员式门禁系统,采用基于RFID技术433MHz有源电子标签和读写器实现对门禁式定员的敞开式管理,并对人员进行定位;结合视频监控技术实现对人员身份的图像采集,并在满员、超员和非法侵入时及时抓拍信息、自动提醒报警、上传图像信息至应急系统.该系统在实际应用中取到了良好的效果.

In order to overcome the transition,field operation,and standardized batch production difficulties of the existing track cargo vehicle in mountainous orchard,as well as to raise the utilization rate,the mountain orchard detachable unidirectional traction double track cargo vehicle was developed.This paper introduced the whole machine structure,the wire rope diameter selection,the minimum track inclination,the maximum track distance,the minimum track turning radius and the working principle of the rope brake device.Load experiments were carried out to test the cargo′s synthetic track function.It isindicated by calculation that the wire rope diameter should be 7.7mm,the minimum track inclination was 5.7°,the maximum track distance was 170 m,the minimum track horizontal turning radius was 7m,and the minimum track vertical turning radius was 2m.Load experiment results indicated that the cargo vehicle′s uplink average speed was 0.51m/s,the downlink average speed was 0.54m/s,the average energy consumption was 1.235kW·h and the effective use degree was 100%.This cargo vehicle was suitable for fruit,pesticide,chemical fertilizer and other cargo transportation in the mountain orchard.Meanwhile,it can be applied to carry the spraying machine,the shave machine and other agricultural machines.

Professional agricultural town as the main modern agricultural carry in Guangdong province, its scientific and technological innovation environmental construction has a major impact on agricultural industrial upgrading and industrial restructuring. This paper used Entropy Weight Method to evaluate scientific and technological innovation environment of professional agricultural town. The result showed that the government support environment, market environment, technological environment, financial environment, cooperation environment and socio-cultural environment of professional agricultural town aren't superior. So, professional agricultural town needs to deepen the industry-universityresearch cooperation based on the public innovation service platform, build the collaborative innovation system around the resources and special industries, establish the diversified funding mechanisms for agricultural science and technology innovation, and promote the regional public brand and service system.
An automatic double spiral wire rope ranging device was designed to resolve the problems of wire rope disorder and extrusion when the mountain orchard traction double-track cargo vehicle was used in the curved track.Based on the analysis of the design requirement,the basic components and the operational principle of this device,the structure parameters of the chain transmission,the slide steering curve,and the guide fork of this wire ranging device was analyzed in this paper.Several synthetic wire rope ranging tests about this device were carried out after analyzing the force of the ranging rope wheel.The experimental results indicated that,in average,the wire rope ranging coefficient of original driving device was increased by 22.6% within the 16mwire rope after installing the wire rope ranging device.Meanwhile,the power consumption increased by 0.026kW·h in average and the driving device vibration noise was reduced by 0.75%.This wire rope ranging device has the advantages of ranging wire rope,low power consumption and reducing the driving device vibration noise.
This paper used factor analysis method to evaluate S&T innovation of every city in Guangdong excluding Shenz-hen from the S&T support capabilities,technological innovation and S&T output,and classified professional towns according to the evaluation results. Finally,this paper proposed corresponding upgrading countermeasures to different professional towns.
广东省专业镇中小微企业服务平台建设将提升中小微企业竞争力,有利于中小微企业健康发展,促进专业镇转型升级.建立科学、合理、公正的专业镇中小微企业服务平台评价指标体系,对专业镇中小微企业服务平台建设起到良好的引导和示范作用.在分析评价指标体系构建原则的基础上设计评价指标体系,用层次分析法确定评价指标体系的权重,并以7个平台示例进行论证,最后提出加快专业镇中小微企业服务平台建设的建议.
The number of people in dangerous workplace has been limited strictly ,so people pass in and out dangerous workplace must be controlled strictly .The design of single-pass two-way access control system based on radio frequency identification ( RFID ) technology can use the non-contact wireless identification characteristic ,identify the information of the people with the passive electronic label ,decide to open the gate or excess personnel alarm whether or not from judging the legitimacy and counting the number of people in the dangerous workplace ,upload the information of people and alarm ,thus achieve the arm of strict rated passenger capacity management in the dangerous workplace .This project gives out the system design ,software design ,applies to the practice ,and obtains the good effect .
