In order to screen the best cultivation substrate formula suitable for breeding lily (Lilium brownii var. viridulum Baker) bulbs, in the stage of scale bulblets to small bulblets, used OT series lily Conca d’or as the experimental material to study the effects of eight different substrate preparations of grass charcoal, vermiculite, perlite and river sand on the growth of Conca d’or bulblets. The results showed that there were significant differences in the plant growth, proliferation coefficient and bulblets size of Conca d’or bulblets. The cultivation substrate was composed of vermiculite, perlite and river sand.,the number of bulblets was relatively high, and the proliferation coefficient was high, because of the three kinds of matrix nutrients were less, the circumference and weight of the bulblets were small, so it was not suitable for cultivation substrate. Taking into account the plant morphology, bulblet size, bulblet weight, rooting and other indicators, the cultivation substrate is charcoal:perlite=3∶1, which is most conducive to the growth of the Conca d’or bulblets.

百合(Lilium spp.)鳞片子球在田间栽培过程中存在植株生长势弱、子球生长量小、成球率低等问题.为了提高子球质量,以百合品种西伯利亚、索邦、木门的鳞片球为试验材料,进行带鳞片栽培和去鳞片栽培两种栽培方式对比试验.结果表明,3个品种带鳞片栽培比去鳞片栽培子球发芽时间都提前了3 d,子球抽薹率分别提高了7.33、4.33、15.43个百分点,子球植株高度分别提高了3.9、2.7、1.6 cm.3个品种带鳞片栽培对子球周径和重量的影响差异显著,子球周径比去鳞片栽培分别增加了28.2%、32.6%、24.1%,子球重量分别增加了20.1%、25.4%、48.5%.带鳞片栽培能够促进百合子球生长,提高子球质量,对百合种球商品化生产具有指导意义.
以阿尔泰郁金香和天山郁金香鳞茎为试材,采用异地人工驯化栽培的方法,研究了不同栽培条件和基质对2种野生郁金香主要观赏性状的影响,以期为我国野生郁金香的开发和利用提供理论指导.结果表明:2种野生郁金香可以在沈阳地区成功驯化,除株高明显降低外,其它观赏性状基本保持了原有的生物学特性.在沈阳地区露地栽培时萌芽期、展叶期、现蕾期、变色期较原生地晚14 d左右,结实期和果熟期均与原生地接近;在沈阳地区温室栽培过程中,2种郁金香的萌芽期、展叶期早于露地28 d左右,始花期、盛花期和结实期较露地提前14 d,果熟期较露地提前10 d;使用腐殖土为栽培基质时,2种郁金香的植株高度最高,分别为15.03 cm和19.47 cm.
近10年来,我国郁金香产业迅猛发展,郁金香科研广泛开展.目前,在郁金香属种质资源、引种与栽培技术、扩繁与种球复壮、育种等方面都开展了研究.但是,也存在着科研起步晚,层次低、科研落后于产业、研究单位较少和各科研单位之间协调性不高等问题.现根据郁金香科研的发展现状和存在的具体问题,提出了高度重视郁金香育种、科研要紧密与产业结合、总体协调和联合攻关的发展策略,以期从根本上解决郁金香品种缺乏问题,为我国郁金香产业可持续发展提供支撑.
我国郁金香产业迅猛发展,已经成为农业供给侧结构性改革的重要组成部分.但我国应用的种球严重依赖国外进口,是郁金香产业可持续发展的瓶颈问题.大力发展国产郁金香种球产业化,增加国产种球的市场占有份额是当前郁金香产业发展的重要任务.指出加速种球繁育技术创新,重点扶持龙头企业(合作社),促进产业标准化、规模化、机械化发展,提出了用现代市场营销理念指导龙头企业产业化经营、实施名牌战略、灵活定价和合理处销等策略,为实现中国郁金香种球全面国产化提供参考.
2009年,以荷兰盆栽菊品种‘Breeze Dark Red’为母本,以辽宁省农业科学院花卉研究所2008年选育的地被菊品种“辽菊041”为父本进行杂交.2010年,在大量实生苗中选出株型紧凑、株冠近球形花朵颜色为亮黄色的单株,编号为2009-12-2.经组培扩繁后,于2012、2013、2014年,分别在沈阳、大连、辽阳、抚顺和铁岭等地进行盆栽和露地栽培试验,连续3年观察表明,2009-12-2的无性繁殖后代遗传性状稳定.2015年备案定名为“金朵”.
以菊花品种“神马”为试材,采用单因素逐级优化试验设计方法,研究了蔗糖浓度、预培养时间、装载时间、玻璃化处理时间、茎尖大小以及冻存时间对茎尖存活率的影响.结果表明:菊花茎尖玻璃化超低温长期保存最佳处理组合为预培养蔗糖浓度0.25 mol/L,预培养时间3d,装载处理温度25℃、40 min,玻璃化处理温度0℃、60 min,菊花茎尖大小1.5~2.0 mm.采用此体系保存菊花茎尖180 d后,经卸载及恢复培养,存活率可达71.33%.
以‘AAFKE’ ‘Eskimo Chief’等5个郁金香品种为试材,研究了冷藏对其生物学性状及F1种子萌发的影响.结果表明:增加冷藏时间可以有效推迟郁金香花期,冷藏时间每增加2周,盛花期就会相应的推迟10 d,生育周期也缩短.但冷藏时间对植株的生物学性状、杂交结实率、F1代种子萌发率影响不大.杂交结实率与品种倍性有关,郁金香二倍体与二倍体的杂交结实率高于二倍体与三倍体的杂交结实率.
随着人们生活水平的提高,在庭院及家中欣赏盆栽郁金香成为一种时尚.如今,虽然郁金香盆花反季节栽培及周年供应已成为可能,但大多数种植户并没有完全掌握栽培技术,郁金香盆花产业尚未形成规模.
郁金香为百合科郁金香属多年生草本花卉,具有极高的观赏价值,其花姿优雅、花型端庄、鲜艳夺目. 我国在20世纪末便开始从国外进口郁金香种球进行切花生产,且引进数量呈逐年上升趋势,1992年进口种球约300万粒,1995年增至3000万粒,2000年近4000万粒,近几年增幅更是直线上升.
以从荷兰引种到沈阳地区的16个郁金香品种为试材,对露地越冬后的生物学性状进行观察和统计,研究郁金香生长发育的性状.结果表明:在沈阳地区大多数的郁金香品种在3月下旬萌发,4月中旬前后各品种基本能用肉眼观察到花蕾,始花期集中在4月15-22日.品种‘Senora’、‘Cum Laude’、‘Ravani’、‘Canasta’、‘Mount Tacoma’和‘Black Parrot’的花期较长,达到15 d或以上,是布展和城市绿化的理想品种.品种‘Golden Apeldoom’、‘Triumph Blue’和‘Purpled Dream’株高都超过了40.0 cm,可以用作切花生产.品种‘Red Baby Doll’、‘Uncle Tom’和‘Canasta’的植株高度均在20.0 cm以下,是理想的盆栽品种.品种‘Blue Parrot’的繁殖能力最强,总繁殖率达到620.0%,品种‘Crystal Beauty’和‘Crystal Star’,开花球繁殖率最高,分别为220.0%和200.0%.
郁金香"紫玉"是以‘Purple Lady’为母本,‘Miss Holland’为父本进行杂交获得的郁金香新品种。植株高30cm,花单生茎顶,亮紫色;生育期70d,盛花期16d,花朵品质高,抗寒能力强。
郁金香在国外具有400多年的栽培历史,选育出的郁金香品种有8000多个.我国从20世纪80年代开始从国外引进郁金香种球进行栽培,目前郁金香已经成为农民增收和城市、公园绿化的重要球根花卉.但我国使用的郁金香种球,完全依靠从国外进口,这不仅增加了生产成本,更是我国郁金香产业可持续发展的最重要制约因素.本文主要介绍北方地区郁金香露地种球扩繁技术,以为我国郁金香种球繁育者提供参考.
花生覆膜栽培是一项增产效果显著的技术措施.花生覆膜栽培提高了土温,稳定土壤水分,保持耕层疏松;出苗早、齐、全、匀、壮;根系发育好、根瘤菌数量多;提高净光合生产率;开花早、花量大、结果多、果饱.但花生覆膜栽培是否需要全生育期覆盖?我们通过对花生生育中期破膜试验,结果表明,中期破膜更充分发挥了调节中后期土壤温度、土壤水分,起到减少烂果、提高产量和品质的作用.
在阜新地区试种山东省花育系列花生品种7个.结果表明,有5个品种表现高产、抗病、不早衰活秧成熟.亩产荚果259.6~377.14 kg,比对照亩增产荚果48.21~112.26 kg,增产幅度18.2%~42.4%.生育期138~140 d,属于中熟品种.
A total of 74 accessions of peanut materials were screened for chilling stress resistance based on a previously established method,resulting in a germplasm line 9650 with 80% germination. Total RNA was extracted from seeds of 9650 imbibed in distilled water at 2( low temperature treatment) or 25℃( check) for 2h 6 and 8h,and differentially expressed genes( DEGs) were isolated using Genefishing technology. 34 unique DEGs were obtained. Of them,5 sequences have not been annotated before,and the rest 29 were found to be highly similar to the sequences in the GeneBank database. BLAST2Go analysis revealed that 34 unigenes belonged to diverse functional categories including metabolism,signal transduction,stress response,cell defense and transcriptional regulation. Four genes potentially related to low-temperature stress tolerance in peanut were further validated by qRT-PCR The full length cDNA of cyclophilin gene was obtained with 5'- RACE,laying foundation for functional analysis of its role in peanut chilling stress tolerance through transgenesis.
The high yield trait and physiological characteristics of Fuhua series peanut varieties were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the candidate cultivars had many good characteristics for high yield, such as many branches, good podding habit, high shelling percentage and high productivity per plant. They also have good physiological characteristics, such as more and rapid dry matter accumulation, high leaf area index and high net photosynthetic rate, high chlorophyll content. In peanut breeding, more branchs, more pods, plump pods and higher shelling percentage should be regarded as important reference indexes for high yield of single plant selection.
分析了辽宁省1949-2012年育成的95个花生品种系谱及农艺性状的演变.结果表明:辽宁花生育成品种共涉及100个亲本,其中,来自辽宁的有45个,49个是育种单位的中间材料,鲁花12号、白沙1016、伏花生、豫花11号等是辽宁花生育成品种的骨干亲本.进入21世纪以来,辽宁省育成的花生品种株高、侧枝长逐渐增加,从变异区间来看,百仁重、出米率呈增加趋势,而粗蛋白与粗脂肪含量变化较小.在分析辽宁省花生育种背景的基础上,提出辽宁省花生育种上宜重视回交手段的利用,发展食用型品种,把抗旱、抗寒、抗病、抗虫、耐连作作为重要的育种目标,利用生物技术手段和野生资源加速育种进程,进一步拓宽辽宁花生品种的遗传基础.
研究了大垄三行增密种植模式.大垄距50 cm,垄底宽120 cm,垄面宽100 cm,垄高10~12 cm;垄上种植三行,行间距35 cm.结果表明,大垄三行测产实收21 600株/亩,小垄单行测产实收19 300株/亩,增密2 300株/亩,增产荚果40.36 kg/亩,增产11.5%,增产效果显著.
