There are different ways to cultivate pipelined general technical talents and umbrella model excellent technical talents. The current society needs more umbrella excellent technical talents. Taking Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic as an example, this paper analyzes the ability structure of umbrella model excellent technical talents, and summarizes that the professional comprehensive quality,professional ability and technical skill practice of excellent technical talents constitute the umbrella model, and the cultivation of umbrella model,excellent technical talents corresponds to the umbrella model talent training system.The importance and innovation path of constructing the umbrella model talent training system in higher vocational colleges are expounded in order to promote the development of modern vocational education.

为提高甘蔗收获机工作效率,将切断后的甘蔗段通过输送臂实时输送到田间运输车装斗中,输送臂结构的静力学分析至关重要.为此,针对HN 4 GDL-132型甘蔗收割机样机,利用ANSYS仿真软件对输送臂进行了结构静力学分析和振动模态分析,得到了输送臂小臂、大臂和连接轴的应力、应变云图.其中,小臂承受负载应力最大值为113.11MPa,最大变形量为4.24mm;大臂承受负载应力最大值为225.86MPa,最大变形量为5.30mm;连接轴承受负载应力最大值为232.38MPa,最大变形量为0.09mm,并分别分析了输送臂前4阶模态下的振动特性.采用应变片试验对静力学仿真结果进行验证,两者数值结果相对误差为20%以内,变化趋势一致.研究结果可为输送臂结构的优化设计提供参考.

But in the traditional course teaching of automobile electrical appliances, because the school teaching condition and per capita experimental facilities are relatively insufficient, the practical ability of students in the course of teaching is relatively lacking. In experimental teaching, it should strengthen and guide the students to discuss the principles and structures of automotive electrical appliances, so as to avoid the usual experimental teaching mode, that is, confirmatory experimental teaching.

本文分析了当前高职创业教育现状,提出以高职专业教育融入创新创业教育教学的方法,设想在高职汽车美容与养护课程教学中实施创业教育的总体思路及其方案,探讨在汽车美容课程教学中实施的创业途径和方法. 根据麦可思研究院发布了“2015年中国大学生就业报告”暨2015年“就业蓝皮书”,报告显示,从近三届的趋势可以看出,本科毕业生创业略有提升,高职高专毕业生自主创业的比例呈现明显上升趋势(3.8%,3.2%,2.9%).由此可见,国内大学生创业在就业方式中所占的比例不断提高,而高职创业学生又在大学生创业中占有大的比例,大学生的创业意识在不断增强,笔者走访了广东省几所重点高职院校学生中得出了一些数据,数据显示高职创业热情是非常高涨的,但是摆在我们面前的是如何让热情转化为行动.因此,加强大学生的创业教育已成为高职院校教育工作中的一个重要任务.
