The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze peroxidase isoenzyme,esterase isoenzyme,superoxide dismutase isoenzyme of five Leacaena leucacephal varieties and a variety of Acacia farnesiana(L.)Willd.According to isozyme bands characteristics,the genetic relationship and genetic diversity of six varieties were studied.The results showed that the number of zymogram bands,mobility,enzyme activity and distribution characteristics of the germplasm resources had difference in various degree.
The paper mainly overviewed importance,measures,achievements and effect of grazing withdrawal and management of project on grassland ecology and socio-economic in Diqing district.And it also discussed existing problems in project grazing withdrawal and management of grassland.Finally paper proposed solution,including construction of grassland protection facility and countermeasure of grassland scientific utilization.Since implementation of grazing withdrawal and management of grassland,we have already obtained some significant impacts,such as inhibiting natural grassland degradation and soil erosion,improving sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry,improving grassland tourist industry,increasing salary income of farmers and herdsmen and protecting biodiversity of the three rivers valley that belongs to world natural and cultural heritage,which was meaningful to accelerate pace of multi-ethnic common prosperity,maintain long-term stability and national unity in frontier regions and improve social stability and harmonious progress.
Eragrostis pilosa is an important variety of forage and turfgrass.The systematic research works in many countries have been conducted.However,few works were done in China.The research works were mainly focused on seed development and resistance in China.The seed development,utilizing patterns,cultivation methods,drought resistance,effect of nitrogen application rate on yield,photosynthetic characteristics,genetic diversity and so on were conducted in countries out of China.In this paper,the research progress both domestic and abroad on E.pilosa was summarized in order to provide necessary information for improving the research work in China.
The germplasm resources of Leucaena was very important.In this paper the resources of Leucaena and its current situation of study were introduced in Yunnan province and other countries. The investigation on germplasm resources of Leucaena in Yunnan indicated that protection, utilization and study on germplasm resources of Leucaena in Yunnan will have important value and meaning. Moreover, some suggestions about the methods to protect germplasm resources of Leucaena in Yunnan, and its prospect and measures of utilization were made too.
Production performance of growth period,botanical characteristics,seed characteristics,growth character,biomass and regeneration property of Leacaena leucacephal cv.Dongchuan and Leacaena leucacephal cv.Reyan No.1 were tested.The results showed that Leacaena leucacephal cv.Dongchuan showing better production performance in Songming area of Yunnan province at rainfall 1 000 mm condition compared to Leacaena leucacephal cv.Reyan No.1.
This study shows that the relative water content of the leaves of four Eragrostis species was obviously decreased under the situation of soil water stress.The order of drought resistance of the four species was:E.songmingensis E.xundianensis E.xundianensis var. E.curvula.The changes of relative water content in the leaves were consistent with the change of chlorophyll content in leaves.
The experiment studied improving seed quality of Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok with different sealing treatments(0,2,4,6,8,10 d).The result indicated that the temperature and relative humidity of sealed seeds increased obviously.The temperature increased rapidly first,then reduced the speed,finally decreased gradually.The trend of relative humidity is similar to that of temperature,but it decreased rapidly in the middle stage.With the increase of sealing time,dehulling rate of sealed seed has increased by 14.04%-52.80% compared to the control.The germination rate of six days sealing treatment was the highest,which contributed to 64% and has increased 10% than the control.The sealing seed treatment could improve the seed quality of S.sphacelata cv.Narok effectively when the temperature was 24.77 ℃,the relative humidity was 93%,and the best time of sealing seed was six to eight days.
Four Eragrostis varieties were studied in terms of their seed characteristics,germination rate,growth status,seed yield,leaf characteristics,biomass,nutritive composition and nutrient allocation.Results showed that 4 Eragrostis varieties gave good performance in Songming area of Yunnan province,but E.curvula and E.songmingensis were better and can be extended in the area.
Based on correlation and regression analysises about seed yield components of nineteen varieties of Festuca arundinacea L.,we got a relevant regression model.The results indicated that except for inflorescence length,increasing any seed yield component can increase seed yield;effect of yield components on seed yield was in order of correlation as following:X2(florets/shoot) X4(shoot) X1(inflorescence length) X3(spikelets/shoot);The relationship between potential seed yield and harvested seed yield was positive linear correlation.
Yunnan province has abundance of forage germplasm resources because of its complicated natural geography and climate.The natural geography and the abundance ratio,distributing and research status of forage germplasm resources in Yunnan province were introduced in this paper.According to the problems in germplasm resources,suggestions such as extensive collection,effective conservation,intensive research,active innovation and sustainable utilization were put forward.The future research strategies for forage germplasm resources were proposed.
