新财经教育改革是教育部"四新"建设要求在财经教育领域的新实践和新拓展,是新时代我国贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的现实需要.新财经教育改革遵循科技发展规律、产业发展规律和人才培养规律,采用新理念、新方法和新模式,培养具有"家国情怀、专业知识、信息技术、职业素养、国际视野"五维规格的复合性应用型高素质新财经人才.为推进新财经教育改革走深走实,从构建自主知识体系、推进学科交叉融合、创新人才培养内容、创新教学方式方法、创新人才培养模式、提升社会服务水平、构建开放办学体系、推进教育资源共享等八个方面入手,构建中国特色财经学科自主知识体系.

立德树人,是新时代高校思想政治工作创新发展的中心环节,是高校思想政治工作的本质要求和价值诉求.全面落实立德树人根本任务是高校各级党组织和全体教师的主体责任和首要任务.高校要深刻把握并运用思想政治教育规律,从坚持显性教育与隐性教育相统一、推进思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程、积极发挥党组织体系优势等维度,正确认识和把握高校立德树人工作的现实逻辑与实现路径,切实加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作.

本文从思想观念、落实工作、遵守纪律等方面对党员干部加强组织纪律性方面存在的问题进行了分析，剖析了问题原因，从增强党性修养、健全组织制度、严格组织管理、加强监督检查等方面提出了加强党员干部组织纪律性的对策。

The inundant forged and fake commodity will not only disturb the normal economic order,but also endanger people's life and property safety,so need the effective management urgently.The economic reasons are nothing more than producers and consumers,market regulation,and the external technical environment such as factors.In order to fundamentally eliminate and management fake behavior,we should take the classification management way,to establish the scientific standard of all kinds of products as the foundation,strengthen the relationship between the fake and inferior management and government performance appraisal,strengthen the cooperation among different regions,and different departments.

With the development of the rural economy, the Chinese rural population is greatly diversified. However, the current rural social insurance model could not meet the need of rural endowment insurance under the new situation. Therefore, it is most imperative for current Chinese social insurance models in line with the rural characteristics. Based on the rural differentiation, this article proposed four models of social endowment insurance and developed some suggestion and solutions. It is of important implications to accomplish rural endowment insurance.

As a particular brand concept,regional brand has dual nature,industrial cluster nature which stand for the history and present situation about developing,brand nature which give the regional brand some brand equity.The two nature become the core heart identity system.This identity system have it's a lot of unique trait.Studying Regional brand have important meaning both theory and practice.

On the basis of explaining the coupling relation of agricultural ecological-environment to economy development the paper establishes coupling degree model to measure the level of coupling relation.Then the coupling degree has been analyzed about 31 regions(not including Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan) in China during the year of 2005.The result indicates that all the couping degrees in different provinces(regions) are rather higher,but the coordination degrees differ greatly and most of the coordination degrees belong to two types: medorate ang high coordination;from the point of the relation of ecological-environment to economy development most of the provinces(regions) have not reach the condition of harmonious reaction due to either sluggish ecological-environment or economy.
