Carbon nanoparticle suspension has a good optical limiting properties,which is an excellent broadband optical limiting material.The relationship between micro-bubble radius and the incident light energy,theoretical mode of carbon nanoparticles suspension scattering coefficient and transmission ratio are established by heat conduction equations and Mie scattering theory.The variation of the scattering coefficient with the micro bubble size factor and optical limiting properties' change law with the incident light energy's change are simulated by matlab.The effects of bubble size factor,incident laser energy and wavelength on the optical limiting properties of carbon nanoparticles are investigated.It shows that when the laser energy reaches a certain value,the radius of the micro bubbles is kept constant,and no longer increases with the increase of the laser energy.The increase of micro bubble size has a significant effect on the transmittance of the suspensions of carbon nanoparticles.Meanwhile,carbon nanoparticle suspension has different optical limiting properties for different incident light wavelengths and light energy.The research results provide theoretical guidance for the experimental study.

On the basis of Internet of Things technology, this study discussed the application of Internet of Things technology, web technology and two-dimensional code technology in vegetable production, focusing on the timeliness and complicated variety and process of vegetables. Combining the sensor technology, video surveillance technology, web technology and two dimensional code technology with the vegetable production in Changling lake, it set up a set of third integrated traceability management platform with enterprise as the main body, integrating the functions of vegetable traceability, scientific planting and intelligent warning.
As an important renewable energy, wind power is paid great attention by all countries. It is of great significance to predict wind speed accurately for the power system which includes large amounts of wind power. The wind speed time series appears typical non-stationary, as a result, the outcome obtained from applying single prediction method directly will be unsatisfied. In order to improve the accuracy of wind speed prediction, a model based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and support vector machines (SVM) is proposed in the paper. The wind speed time series is made by EMD at first, then appropriate support vector machine model is established with different frequency bands, finally the output value of each model is summed equal right to get the final prediction result. The radial kernel is selected by the SVM, the parameters that necessary are obtained through cross-validation. The actual cases are employed to demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach. The results are compared with those obtained by the single SVM model, which shows that the given model can effectively improve the accuracy of wind speed forecasting.
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the clinical features and diagnostic points of occupational acute dimethylformamide (DMF) poisoning and to explore the mechanism of occupational acute DMF poisoning.METHODS:A comprehensive analysis was performed on the clinical data of 16 cases of occupational acute DMF poisoning, including symptoms, signs, and laboratory testing results.RESULTS:The main clinical features of occupational acute DMF poisoning were digestive system impairments, especially abdominalgia. Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis was not found by gastroscopy. There was no significant correlation between the degree of abdominalgia and alanine aminotransferase level (r(s) = 0.109, P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Abdominalgia is recommended to be one of the reference indices for the diagnosis and degrading of occupational acute DMF poisoning, The mechanism of DMF poisoning remains unclear but it is considered to be related to methyl isocyanate, the intermediate product of DMF metabolism.
On the basis of present situation analysis of Xinji leather industry, the existing problems in the development of leather industry were introduced. The countermeasures to upgrade the leather cluster were put forward in order to make it green and ecological. It hopes that the suggestions are helpful for the leather industry development of other cities.

As the LA School was established, architecture courses were offered to encourage an integration of Landscape study and Architecture study. Through the joint efforts of generations of teachers, architecture courses have become a very important program for landscape architecture students and lay a solid foundation for their further study. As the development of landscape architecture and architecture studies, innovation has occurred in architecture courses to explore and promote the content, mode, and system of teaching. As a result, faculty of architecture program gradually have their own understanding of architecture studies and will be helpful for the establishment of undergraduate architecture program in the near future.
In the high-speed train control system, the command information such as allowable running distance, time and speed can be sent by the global system for mobile communications for railways (GSM-R). This paper will propose the framework of real-time train scheduling and control based on model predictive control for the optimal speed set-points of high-speed trains. The rolling optimization process combines the genetic algorithm with the simulation of train operation to evaluate the performance of speed set-points, which can be easily implemented in the parallel computing environment for real-time processing. The conflict resolution at the crossing stations is modeled by and embedded in the combination of various speed set-points which are formed from virtual to simulation speed. The final actual speed of train is engendered based on the movement authority and running time through the system of automatic train protection (ATP). The simulation results demonstrate the favorable performance of proposed method.
The status and methods of optimal scheduling of train operation were analyzed,and further the strategy of real-time predictive scheduling(RTPS) combined with the alternative graph model was proposed based on the mechanism of predictive control.With regard to a small railway network,the function of simulation platform has been explored and justified about the description of dynamic characteristic of train operation.And then a simulation has been carried out with respect to a big railway network in Netherlands.The simulation results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm has advantages over the algorithms in current literature such as first come first service(FCFS),first leave first service(FLFS),and avoid maximum current Cmax(AMCC) in the current literature.The proposed scheduling algorithm in this paper could provide more optimized strategies of conflict resolution for the dispatcher.
3-D vegetation mattress for slope protection has been widely used in geotechnical engineering as an important ecological protection measure.Based on FEM software of MIDAS-GTS,combining with mechanical properties of shallow soil,we establish a FEM model of subgrade and cutting slope protected by 3-D vegetation mattress under rainfall infiltration condition;furthermore,we simulate shallow and general slope stability under rainfall infiltration condition.The results show that safety factor of the slope increases by 20% due to the protection of vegetation mattress,and the vegetation mattress plays a role of stress dispersion,resulting in a decreasing of displacement of soft intercalations,therefore,partial destruction of slopes can be avoided to a certain extent.
This paper analyzes the status quo of plan establishment and speed adjustment of train operation,and summarizes the modeling and solution technique of scheduling of train operation.With respect to the relatively static scheduling models at present,the generalized model of train scheduling is established considering dynamic operation processes and with the unified description about stations and block sections.And the framework of real-time scheduling and control of train operation is proposed based on the mechanism of model predictive control,prediction model,rolling optimization and real-time feedback.This framework can improve the density,resist the stochastic disturbance and optimize the operation performance of railway network.
The through time of right turning traffic at a crossing intersection are investigated for 2 hours on a single day.The distribution of the data samples are assumed to conform to normal distribution.With the method of Pearson test,the above assumption can be proved.Based on the above conclusion,with the proposed concept of modified coefficient of right-turning vehicles,the model of travel time reliability used in the section had been improved.The new model can be used to evaluate the through time reliability of the right-turning vehicles at the crossing intersection.This model is suitable for the special environment of the crossing intersection which has not special right-turning signal lamp.The results of this study will be the essential part of the travel time reliability of the whole route.
本研究从广泛食用的14株真菌中筛选高产漆酶的菌株,获得了高产漆酶的菌株-双孢菇2796.用不同底物、不同浓度、不同培养时间、不同培养基,进行了漆酶产生菌株筛选条件的初步研究,并以双孢菇2796为供体菌,运用RT-PCR方法对漆酶基因进行扩增,克隆后得到长度为160bp的漆酶基因片段.
Laccase production strain incubation conditions were studied by different substrate concentrations and different incubation time,different medium.Agaricus bisporus 2796 as the best Laccase production strain was selected from a wide range of consumption of 14 fungal,The extraction of total RNA from Agaricus bisporus 2796 and RT-PCR technology was used to gain a length of 160bp fragment of Laccase cDNA sequences.
This paper is concerned with the analysis of a feedback M[X]/G/1 retrial queue with starting failures and general retrial times.In a batch,each individual customer is subject to a control admission policy upon arrival.If the server is idle,one of the customers admitted to the system may start its service and the rest joins the retrial group,whereas all the admitted customers go to the retrial group when the server is unavailable upon arrival.An arriving customer(primary or retrial) must turn-on the server,which takes negligible time.If the server is started successfully(with a certain probability),the customer gets service immediately.Otherwise,the repair for the server commences immediately and the customer must leave for the orbit and make a retrial at a later time.It is assumed that the customers who find the server unavailable are queued in the orbit in accordance with an FCFS discipline and only the customer at the head of the queue is allowed for access to the server.The Markov chain underlying the considered queueing system is studied and the necessary and sufficient condition for the system to be stable is presented.Explicit formulae for the stationary distribution and some performance measures of the system in steady-state are obtained.Finally,some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the influence of the parameters on several performance characteristics.
Carbon tetrachloride extraction of high-fat foods in the aviation oil and pigment,a method for fast determination melamine residue in cooked food was stablished.One high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was sed.The method was validated and good results were obtained with respect to precision,repeatability and spiked recovery.The limit of detection was 10μg/kg for melamine,and the linear range was from 10 to 200μg/kg,r =0.9999.The average recoveries were between 79.0% ~ 85.2%,RSD ≤7.3%.The method has good repeatability and high sensitivity,and can be applied for the determination of melamine residue in cooked food of air craft.
At present, the adjustment of train operation plans is undertaken generally before a comparatively long planning horizon such as 3 hours by the dispatchers via the workstation of train scheduling, which can not meet the requirements of optimization and real-time processing in the networked operation with medium- and high-speed trains. This paper establishes the generalized formal description for train scheduling, and proposes a framework and algorithm for the real-time train scheduling and control based on model predictive control, i.e. real-time predictive scheduling (RTPS), which provides automatic and intelligent decision support for the optimization of train operation. The simulation results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed approach over the current heuristic scheduling strategies such as FCFS (first come first served), FLFS (first leave first served), and AMCC (avoid most critical completion time). The proposed RTPS considers the effects of future selection of alternative arcs on the current selection of them with performance improvement of total railway network in the prediction horizon rather than that of one train for the selection of alternative arcs.
The purpose was to find new compound phase change material which is suitable to heat storage in greenhouse,according to transition temperature,heat of fusion and price,we choosed butyl stearate and paraffin to mix into new compound phase change material.The mass propotion was 7∶3,6∶4,5∶5,4∶6,3∶7.Testing the heat flow chart with varying temperature of new compound phase change material and paraffin and butyl stearate samples using differential Scanning Calorimeter.Analyzing DSC chart it turned out that the thermal properties of new compund PCMs were better than paraffin or butyl stearate.The mass proportion of 5∶5 of butyl stearate and paraffin was the best.
